Intérêt de la caractérisation biochimique pour l'évaluation de la proportion de matière organique stable après décomposition dans le sol et la classification des produits organominéraux

Abstract

La determination des fractions biochimiques de 61 produits organomineraux a ete realisee ainsi que des mesures respirometriques pour huit produits de ce panel au cours d'une incubation en conditions controlees. Ces analyses biochimiques ont ete comparees statistiquement avec les teneurs en C et N totaux. Les resultats montrent que la constitution biochimique d'un produit n'est pas correlee a sa teneur en carbone et azote, ni a son rapport C/N. Differents groupes de produits, suivant leur composition biochimique et leurs proprietes agronomiques, ont ete constitues et valides par analyse en composantes principales et analyse factorielle discriminante. Une relation entre taux de carbone restant dans le sol et composition biochimique des produits a ete etablie. Cette modelisation aboutit a une estimation du potentiel humique des produits organomineraux testes a partir de leur constitution biochimique, en incluant l'effet de la fraction minerale dans le processus d'humification.
