Abstract

La Vitamina C posee excelentes propiedades antioxidantes y su uso en formulaciones de uso tópico trae muchos beneficios para la piel. Por estas razones y la marcada tendencia a nivel mundial de desarrollar productos de base natural, la industria utiliza pulpas de fruta ricas en este componente para la formulación de productos para el cuidado y bienestar de la piel. El presente artículo se enfoca en determinar los Parámetros de Hansen de esta vitamina, los cuales son hallados mediante métodos de contribución de grupos, para luego compararlos con los mismos parámetros de solventes o mezclas de ellos y así, se podrían estimar numéricamente cual o cuales serían los mejores solventes para la extracción de este compuesto orgánico de una biomasa y/o para su incorporación en formulaciones farmacéuticas, cosmecéuticas, cosméticas, entre otras.
