Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Анализ маржинальной прибыли ТЭЦ (на примере Первомайской ТЭЦ ПАО «ТГК-1»)». Данная работа посвящена изучению особенностей формирования маржинального дохода ТЭЦ и комплексному анализу маржинального дохода с целью выявления возможностей его повышения. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Анализ энергетических предприятий и деятельности ТЭЦ на рынке. 2. Характеристика производственной деятельности Первомайской ТЭЦ и особенностей получения дохода на данном предприятии. 3. Разработка методологии расчета маржинального доходаТЭЦ-14 и комплексный анализ формирования маржинальной прибыли за выбранный период. 4. Разработка мероприятий по повышению уровня маржинального дохода на Первомайской ТЭЦ и оценка экономической эффективности проведенного мероприятия. Исследование проводилось на базе Первомайской ТЭЦ ПАО «ТГК-1». Для аналитической и расчетной части выпускной работы использовалась внутренняя отчетность компании и информация о внутренних процессах предприятия. Был проведен анализ производственной деятельности ТЭЦ-14 и структуры и динамики себестоимости энергии. Также была разработана методология для расчета маржинального дохода ТЭЦ с учетом количества и особенностей установок. По результатам детального анализа формирования маржинальной прибыли было принято решение о сокращении удельного расхода топлива до минимального за рассматриваемый период и использовании только газа в качестве топлива на котельной. Расчетная часть показала, что общая маржинальная прибыль вырастет на 18,9 %. Таким образом предложения по сокращению удельного расхода топлива и использование только газа в качестве топлива привело к значительным улучшениям показателей эффективности работы ТЭЦ-14.

The topic of the final qualifying work: "Analysis of the marginal profit of the CHP (on the example of the Pervomaisk CHP of PJSC TGC-1)". This work is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the formation of the marginal income of the CHP and a comprehensive analysis of the marginal income to identify opportunities to increase it. Tasks that were solved during the study: 1. Analysis of energy enterprises and CHP activities in the market. 2. Characteristics of the production activity of Pervomaiskaya CHPP and the features of income generation at this enterprise. 3. Development of the methodology for calculating the marginal income of the SEC-14 and a comprehensive analysis of the formation of margin profit for the selected period. 4. Development of measures to increase the level of marginal income at Pervomaiskaya CHP and assessment of the economic efficiency of the event. The study was conducted based on Pervomaiskaya CHPP PJSC "TGC-1". For the analytical and calculation part of the final work, the company's internal reporting and information about the internal processes of the enterprise were used. The analysis of the production activity of CHP-14 and the structure and dynamics of the cost of energy was carried out. A methodology was also developed for calculating the marginal income of the CHP, considering the number and characteristics of the installations. Based on the results of a detailed analysis of the formation of margin profit, it was decided to reduce the specific fuel consumption to the minimum for the period under review and use only gas as fuel at the boiler house. The estimated part showed that the total margin profit will grow by 18.9 %. Thus, proposals to reduce specific fuel consumption and the use of only gas as fuel have led to significant improvements in the performance indicators of CHP-14.
