Ð’ магиÑтерÑкой диÑÑертации проведен анализ нормативно-правовой базы в облаÑти ÑнергоÑÐ±ÐµÑ€ÐµÐ¶ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð² РоÑÑии. Выполнен анализ отечеÑтвенного и зарубежного опыта Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾ÐµÐºÑ‚Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ ÑтроительÑтва модульных зданий. РаÑÑмотрены преимущеÑтва и недоÑтатки модульных зданий и оÑобенноÑти их ÑтроительÑтва в уÑловиÑÑ… Крайнего Севера. ИÑÑледованы факторы, оказывающие влиÑние на ÑнергоÑффективноÑÑ‚ÑŒ модульных зданий: конÑтруктивные и объемно-планировочные Ñ€ÐµÑˆÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ наружные ограждающие конÑтрукции. Произведена оценка ÑнергоÑффективноÑти модульных зданий в уÑловиÑÑ… Крайнего Севера Ñ ÑƒÑ‡ÐµÑ‚Ð¾Ð¼ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÑнергоÑффективных материалов. Выполнен раÑчёт Ñ‚ÐµÐ¿Ð»Ð¾Ð¿Ð¾Ñ‚Ñ€ÐµÐ±Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¼Ð¾Ð´ÑƒÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ… зданий и произведена оценка ÑкономичеÑкой ÑффективноÑти ÑнергоÑберегающих мероприÑтий.
The master's thesis analyzed the regulatory framework in the field of energy saving in Russia. An analysis of domestic and foreign experience in the design and construction of modular buildings was carried out. The advantages and disadvantages of modular buildings and the peculiarities of their construction in the Far North are considered. The factors affecting the energy efficiency of modular buildings were investigated: structural and space-planning solutions and external enclosing structures. The energy efficiency of modular buildings in the Far North was assessed taking into account the implementation of energy efficient materials. The heat consumption of modular buildings was calculated and the economic efficiency of energy-saving measures was assessed.
