Abstract

В статье содержится история создания опросника К. Томаса – Р. Килманна (TKI-R), предназначенного для определения предпочитаемого стиля управления конфликтом и измерения выраженности пяти основных типов стиля поведения в межличностном конфликте: соперничество, сотрудничество, компромисс, избегание и приспособление. Особое внимание уделено апробации и уточнению формулировок пунктов методики. В статье приведен текст опросника на русском и английском языке для оценки идентичности.
