THE IMPORTANCE OF OIL PRICES IN THE PROCESS OF PLANNING R&D INVESTMENTS IN THE ELECTRONIC AND OPTICAL INDUSTRY OF THE REGION

Abstract

The article formulates a hypothesis regarding the sensitivity of the investment and innovation activity of the electronic and optical industry in the region to the pricing policy of the oil market. The degree of study of such significant aspects of investment planning in R&D at enterprises of the electronic and optical industry in the region as the uncertainty of oil prices, mitigation of climate change, digitalization of the economy, achievements in the field of materials science is analyzed. The conclusions are empirically substantiated and reserves for the development of scientific research are determined in the context of improving the planning of investment and innovation activity of enterprises of the electronic and optical industry in the region.

В статье сформулирована гипотеза относительно чувствительности инвестиционно-инновационной активности электронной и оптической промышленности региона к ценовой политике нефтяного рынка. Проанализирована степень изученности таких значимых аспектов планирования инвестиций в НИОКР на предприятиях электронной и оптической промышленности региона, как неопределенность цен на нефть, смягчение последствий изменения климата, цифровизация экономики, достижения в области материаловедения. Эмпирически обоснованы выводы и определены резервы развития научного исследования в контексте совершенствования планирования инвестиционно-инновационной активности предприятий электронной и оптической промышленности региона.
