Abstract

Alors qu'il constitue aussi une aire de protection de l'environnement, le littoral nord de Bahia (Bresil) connait un essor touristique rapide qui bouscule le cadre de vie traditionnel. L'article etudie l'action des acteurs dans la triple perspective du developpement durable : l'economie, l'environnement, le developpement social. Le tourisme, dont le complexe de Costa do Sauipe est l'element majeur, a un impact fort sur l'economie locale et entraine de fortes inegalites socio-spatiales.
