分岐管における氷水二相流の流動特性と氷分率制御

Abstract
地域冷房システムにおける冷熱エネルギーの高密度輸送のために氷の潜熱利用方式冷熱輸送技術が開発途上にある.本研究では,この技術の実用化において必要となる氷水二相流の分岐管における流動特性を実験的に解明し,枝管に分配される冷熱量を制御する技術を開発した.実験に用いた分岐管は内径80mmの水平な主管とこれと直角な内径50mmの枝管からなる.氷粒子には,製氷機による比較的粗い氷と天然のざらめ雪を用いた.氷水二相流の分岐によるエネルギー損失は分岐方向,主管の分率と流速,粒子の性状によらず水のみの場合とほぼ等しいが,枝管内の氷分率はこれらの因子の影響を強く受けることがわかった.本研究で開発した枝管内の分率を所望値に制御する装置は最も厳しい条件下でも有効に働くことが確認された.
