Energy efficiency has become an integral part of the projects by adoption of laws and regulations on energy efficiency in 2011. This paper presents energy rehabilitation of the primary school building 'Dobrila Stambolic' in Svrljig. Energy restoration of this building, in addition to replacement of the roof cladding and roof constructions, included the installation of thermal insulation on all facade walls of the building, replacement of windows and heating system. By applying the suggested refurbishments the building energy class rating transferred from F to D which is two classes improvement.
