Abstract

Acción Contra el Hambre, Bioversity International y CCAFS, han apoyado a la SESAN desde el año 2016 en el diseño, desarrollo e implementación del sistema de monitoreo y alerta temprana de hambre estacional denominado “Sala Situacional”. En el marco de este proyecto el apoyo consistió en el acompañamiento técnico a la implementación y escalamiento de dicho sistema, con énfasis en un despliegue piloto a nivel de 5 municipios del Departamento Chiquimula y un municipio del Departamento de Huehuetenango.
