Abstract

Considerando el impacto ambiental que presentan las edificaciones existentes en operación y mantenimiento vinculados al consumo de agua, energía, el confort en el uso de los mismos, el presente trabajo se elaboró con el objetivo de establecer de una metodología para la certificación LEED en Operación y Mantenimiento para la Universidad Ean, bajo los parámetros de la guía 4.1 para identificar la optimización en la funcionabilidad operacional de los edificios.

Considering the environmental impact existing buildings in operation and maintance linked to the consumption of water, energy, comfort in their use, this document was prepared with the objective of establishing a methodology for LEED Certification in O+M for Ean University, under the parameters of version 4.1 to identify optimization in the operational functionality of buildings.
