Abstract

La investigación aborda la problemática de la disminución en la demanda de GLP (Gas Licuado de Petróleo) en Colombia debido a la competencia con otras fuentes de energía. A pesar de que el GLP tiene una cobertura amplia en el país y es utilizado por aproximadamente el 21% de las familias colombianas, su crecimiento se ve obstaculizado por la preferencia hacia alternativas como el gas natural e incluso la leña o carbón. En este contexto, el objetivo del trabajo es diseñar un modelo que promueva la sostenibilidad en las operaciones del canal de granel de CLC, mejorando la eficiencia operativa y reduciendo el impacto ambienta

The research addresses the issue of declining demand for LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) in Colombia due to competition with other energy sources. Despite LPG having extensive coverage in the country and being used by approximately 21% of Colombian families, its growth is hindered by the preference for alternatives such as natural gas and even firewood or coal. In this context, the objective of the study is to design a model that promotes sustainability in the operations of CLC's bulk channel, improving operational efficiency and reducing environmental impact.
