Teorie ohřevu vsázky elektromagnetickou indukcí ve studeném kelímku ; Theory of "Skull Melting" by electromagnetic induction

Abstract

; Katedra technologií a měření ; Obhájeno ; The thesis presents the induction melting in cold crucible. It describes shortly the theory of induction melting and types of equipment to be used. Then there are the possible heat losses of these furnaces. The fourth chapter describes the principle of induction melting in a cold crucible. After that it is introduced with analytical computation for selected materials (ZrO2, Ti, Al2O3). Next chapter is summarized advantages and disadvantages of the induction melting in cold crucible. At the end is described energy consumption of melting. The conclusion is devoted to the evaluation of melting in cold crucible.
