Viabilitat econòmica de millores d'eficiència energètica, aplicades a edificis de serveis

Abstract

L'eficiència energètica pretén reduir el consum d'energia d’un bé, d’un servei o d’un procés productiu mantenint el confort i la qualitat. Té altres beneficis com la reducció de la contaminació, l’allargament de la vida dels recursos naturals i energètics, la reducció dels conflictes bèl·lics i està estretament lligada amb l’activitat econòmica. És en aquest context que es creu molt rellevant donar a conèixer els mecanismes i les eines que hi ha a l’abast de tothom, per poder ser eficients energèticament, el kilowatt que menys contamina és aquell que no es consumeix. En aquest treball es realitzen dos auditories energètiques de dos centres públics reals, destinats a diverses activitats, un pavelló esportiu i una biblioteca. Partint d’un inventari complert de les seves instal·lacions, amb un seguit de dades obtingudes a camp i amb l’obtenció de les dades de facturació energètica, es plantegen una sèrie de propostes per reduir el consum d’aquets dos centres. Aquestes mesures es presenten acompanyades d’un estudi econòmic per poder valorar la seva viabilitat econòmica i la seva posterior implementació. També s’ha fet un estudi d’una tercera entitat, l’escola Santa Teresa de Lisieux per valorar la conveniència i la viabilitat econòmica de firmar un contracte d’estalvis compartits (ESCO), que li oferia Gas Natual Fenosa a l’escola Santa Teresa de Lisieux, per tal de canviar la il·luminació actual per LED.
