Abstract

Aquest treball de fi de grau es centra en l'estudi de les fallades en plaques fotovoltaiques connectades a la xarxa elèctrica i els problemes de sobretensions associats. A través d'un anàlisi detallat de les reclamacions dels clients registrades durant els darrers tres anys, i avaluacions de casos reals, s'han identificat les principals causes d'aquestes incidències i s'han proposat solucions tècniques i normatives per mitigar-ne els efectes, a més de dissenyar un esquema que estableix un procediment clar per gestionar de manera estructurada les reclamacions per sobretensions L'objectiu principal és garantir una millor qualitat del subministrament elèctric i una integració més eficient de les instal·lacions fotovoltaiques, contribuint a l'avenç cap a un model energètic més sostenible.
