Análisis de la estrategia de transformación funcional de una aerolínea basada en modelos de producción Lean

Abstract

Este proyecto tiene como objetivo aplicar la metodología Lean Management en el área de operaciones de la Aerolínea A, con la finalidad de optimizar procesos internos. El proyecto se desarrolla a través de una metodología estructurada en cuatro fases: análisis de la situación inicial, identificación de posibles actuaciones, selección y desarrollo de acciones viables, y evaluación de su impacto mediante una matriz de indicadores clave. Esta matriz permite medir cómo afectan las actuaciones tanto de forma individual como combinada a indicadores estratégicos como la puntualidad, satisfacción del cliente, eficiencia del combustible o número de incidencias. Finalmente, el análisis demuestra que estas actuaciones, en línea con la metodología lean, son completamente factibles, impactando de forma positiva en la operativa. Como conclusión obtenemos que la implementación del lean management en la Aerolínea A es una muy buena estrategia para mejorar la eficiencia, calidad del servicio y sostenibilidad.

This project aims to apply the Lean Management methodology to the operations area of Aerolínea A, with the goal of optimizing internal processes. The project follows a structured methodology divided into four phases: analysis of the initial situation, identification of potential actions, selection and development of viable measures, and evaluation of their impact through a key performance indicator matrix. This matrix allows for the assessment of how each action-individually or in combination-affects strategic indicators such as punctuality, customer satisfaction, fuel efficiency, and the number of incidents. Finally, the analysis shows that these actions, aligned with the lean methodology, are entirely feasible and have a positive impact on operations. The conclusion is that implementing Lean Management in Aerolínea A is a highly effective strategy for improving efficiency, service quality, and sustainability.
