Optimización del sistema energético de la empresa textil ABSA

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo principal analizar y optimizar el sistema energético de la empresa textil Acabats del Bages S.A. (ABSA), especializada en procesos de acabados textiles. En un contexto marcado por la presión normativa y la creciente demanda social por modelos productivos sostenibles, este estudio busca ofrecer soluciones viables que permitan disminuir la dependencia de combustibles fósiles, reducir las emisiones contaminantes y mejorar la eficiencia energética de la fábrica. Para alcanzar estos fines, se ha llevado a cabo una auditoría energética integral que incluye el análisis de consumos eléctricos, de gas y de agua anuales de las instalaciones, así como una revisión detallada de los procesos productivos y sus demandas. A partir de estos datos, se han detectado diversas oportunidades de mejora. Además, se ha desarrollado un modelo de optimización utilizando el software Lingo, que considera diferentes alternativas tecnológicas como la instalación de paneles fotovoltaicos y un sistema de cogeneración. Este modelo ha permitido identificar una configuración energética que, aunque implica una mayor inversión inicial y un leve aumento en el consumo de gas, ofrece una importante reducción de costes eléctricos. El estudio ofrece una base técnica y justificada para futuras actuaciones además de un presupuesto y cálculo del retorno de la inversión que permiten a la empresa avanzar hacia un modelo energético más sostenible y eficiente
