Abstract

This paper makes a particular implementation of Agenda SIMUSOL in the study of thermal behavior of vertical enclosure walls in homes and buildings in the Northeast Region Argentino. The objective was to make the simulation of two technology options as a first step in studying usual kinds and combinations with elements that form the structural system of buildings. The first prototypes are distinctive in terms of favorable / unfavorable IRAM stipulated in the rules and their use is quite prevalent in the region. The simple brick wall on both paramentos revoked and the wall with dual air chamber filled with polyethylene expanded are characterized by thermal circuit for Simusol which shed on this occasion, graphics distribution temperatures and heat flow. There is a better thermal performance of the double wall regarding linearity and temperature distribution as well as the transmission of streams calorie registering lower values than those of simple brick wall. We obtained good results in the assessment of graphics made with this simulator. It is considered good potential simulator for future applications in the building.
