Optimalsteuerungsentwurf für ein elastisch gekoppeltes Flächenportal mit Vergleich zu Standardverfahren

Abstract

Dieser Beitrag befasst sich mit der zeitoptimalen Trajektorienplanung von Portalsystemen. Die betrachtete Konfiguration besteht aus zwei parallelen H-Portalen, welche sich durch eine elastische Kopplung im Grundgestell gegenseitig beeinflussen. Es wird ein Optimalsteuerungsproblem zur Planung einer Ruhelagenüberführung formuliert, welches die nichtlinearen Systemzusammenhänge zeitdiskret approximiert. Zudem wird eine Bahnbeschränkung implementiert, die ein Hindernis im Arbeitsraum berücksichtigt. Das so erhaltene endlichdimensionale Optimierungsproblem wird im Anschluss mit Hilfe von CasADi, IPOPT und MUMPS gelöst. Die vorgeschlagenen Ansätze werden in Simulationsstudien und Experimenten validiert und mit verschiedenen in der Industrie etablierten Methoden verglichen.

Time-optimal trajectory planning for a dual gantry platform is discussed. The system considered consists of two H-gantries mounted in parallel on a common base frame. An optimal control problem corresponding to a rest-to-rest transition of the system is posed and replaced by a finite dimensional approximation. The latter problem is solved by means of CasADi in connection with IPOPT and MUMPS. Taking into account path-constraints, the proposed method allows for obstacle avoidance. Simulations and experimental results show the advantages of the method when compared to established approaches.
