人工呼吸器装着児(者)の家族の医療的ケアをめぐる危機 : ABC-Xモデルを用いた視覚化
Abstract
人工呼吸器を使用している障がい児(者)の母親の負担感やQOL の研究は数多いが、家族の危機に関する研究は少ない。そこで本研究では、家族が医療的ケアを受け入れる際のストレス因子の明確化と、医療的ケア必要児(者)を育てる家族の危機的状況のモデル化を目的とし、障がい児の家族を対象に質問紙調査を行い、家族アセスメントの視点をより具体的にするための危機モデルを作成し、因子を抽出・可視化した。
