Z anketiranjem tujih poslovnih gostov smo potrdili njihovo zanimanje za souporabo avtomobila in predlagali nova prevzemno-vračilna mesta avtomobilov v neposredni bližini najpomembnejših turističnih znamenitosti v Sloveniji in prometnih središčih.
»Car-sharing« service is a model of car rental where people rent cars for short periods of time from point-to-point (point A to point B). This is an example of sharing economy which is service oriented rather based on ownership. By using the car only when it is necessary, the shared car is more exploited which makes the whole service cheaper and accessible. The purpose of this Bachelor's thesis is to analyse the convenience of »car-sharing« service among foreign business travelers in Slovenia. Business travel is one of the fastest growing subsets of tourism. Business tourists are in general wealthier than average leisure tourists and therefore tend to spend more money during their stay. It is important to provide them appropriate conditions for work and various possibilities how to qualitatively spend their free time. The results of the survey demonstrate that foreign business travelers are interested in using »car-sharing« service in Slovenia and new pick-up spots in the vicinity of tourist sights have been proposed. Foreign business travelers need to be informed about the possibility of »car-sharing« service prior to their arrival to Slovenia.
