Abstract

Este estudo tem por objetivo apresentar a experiência do Núcleo de Desenvolvimento Social e Econômico (NUDESE/FURG) como protagonista de projeto de extensão de Agricultura Urbana e Periurbana vinculado ao Ministério de Desenvolvimento Social e Combate a Fome (MDS). O projeto tem alcançado de forma direta através de formação, sensibilização, acompanhamento técnico a produção e fortalecimento da comercialização as instituições que seguem: Centro de Atenção Integral à Criança e ao Adolescente (CAIC), Centro de Convívio Meninos do Mar (CCMAR), Escola Assis Brasil, Penitenciária Estadual do Rio Grande, Comunidade Terapêutica Vida Nova e Comunidade Terapêutica Prosseguir, Agricultores familiares de São José do Norte, Agricultores familiares de Rio Grande e o Grupo de Produtores Ecológicos.

This study aims to bring the experience of the Center for Social and Economic Development (NUDESE / FURG) as the protagonist of the extension project “Agricultura Urbana e Periurbana” under the Ministry of Social Development and Fight against Hunger (MDS). The project has achieved directly through formation, awareness, technical monitoring the production and marketing of strengthening the institutions that follow: Centro de Atenção Integral à Criança e ao Adolescente (CAIC), Centro de Convívio Meninos do Mar (CCMAR), Escola Assis Brasil, Penitenciária Estadual do Rio Grande, Comunidade Terapêutica Vida Nova and Comunidade Terapêutica Prosseguir, family farms of São José do Norte, family farms of Rio Grande and Grupo de Produtores Ecológicos.
