ALDREN Methodology note on linking the EVCS to building financial valuation (M18; first release at M12, consolidation at M28-30). Protocol document.NB. This deliverable will also include as annexes: (a) a state of the art and return on experience on some nation-al and local initiatives (ex. Slovakia, also Spain if needed); (b) a description of the integration of complementary indicators in building assets valuation (e.g. energy – health - comfort).
