    Die Bedeutung von Unternehmenstransaktionen – oft unter dem Begriff „Mergers & Acquisitions“ (M&As) zusammengeführt – nehmen in der Anzahl und Bedeutung in den letzten Jahren nicht nur in Deutschland deutlich zu. Dabei stehen oft die Reduktion von Kosten und die Steigerung von Effizienz im Mittelpunkt. In der Gesellschaft spielen jedoch zunehmend Fragen der Nachhaltigkeit eine Rolle und beeinflussen Unternehmen in ihrem Geschäftsmodell. Genau an dieser Stelle setzt die Dissertation an, indem sie den Zusammenhang von Unternehmenstransaktionen und Nachhaltigkeit erforscht. Dabei wird der Hypothese nachgegangen, dass die Unternehmensfunktion Einkauf als Schnittstelle dient, um Nachhaltigkeitsaspekte erfolgreich in Unternehmen einzuführen und dauerhaft zu verfolgen. Damit kann die Chance gesteigert werden, durch eine entsprechend ausgestaltete Unternehmensfunktion Mehrwerte bei M&A-Transaktionen zu generieren.

    Um der wirklichkeitsnahen und recheneffizienten Planung betontechnologischer, konstruktiver sowie bauausführungsbezogener Maßnahmen zur Abwendung der Rissegefahr bei großen RCC-Staumauern ein Stück näher zu kommen, wird in der vorliegenden Arbeit eine Verfahrensweise entwickelt, mit der es möglich ist, wesentliche Einflussfaktoren in umfassenderer Weise als bisher zu berücksichtigen und die Temperatur- und Spannungsentwicklungen im Beton während der Bauausführung und des Betriebs der großen RCC-Staumauern effizient zu berechnen. Ausgehend von der bekannten Fourier'schen Differentialgleichung werden in Kapitel 2 mathematische Beziehungen vorgestellt, die es gestatten, die Temperatur im Beton unter Berücksichtigung der Kopplung zwischen Temperaturverlauf und Hydratationswärmeabgabe und unter möglichst wirklichkeitsnaher Berücksichtung der Rand- und Anfangsbedingungen iterativ zu ermitteln. Die Sonnenstrahlung und Verdunstung werden dabei als Wärmeströme direkt in den Cauchy-Neumannschen Randbedingungen untergebracht. Bei denen sind sowohl die Cauchyschen Randbedingungen (Wärmeaustausch zwischen dem Bauwerk/Baugrund und der Luft) als auch die Neumannschen Randbedingungen (vorgegebene Wärmeflüsse: Sonnenstrahlung und Verdunstung) zu berücksichtigen. Der konvektive Wärmeaustausch zwischen dem Bauwerk/Baugrund und der Luft bei Vorhandensein der Verdunstung wird zusammen mit der Temperatur des Untersuchungsobjekts und der Verdunstung auf den Oberflächen iterativ ermittelt. Die Globalsonnenstrahlung auf die Oberflächen des Bauwerkes kann aus den anderen üblich erhältlichen meteorologischen Daten (Lufttemperatur, Luftdruck, relative Luftfeuchte und Sonnenscheindauer) an oder nahe dem Standort der Staumauer anhand der Sonnenstrahlungsmodelle abgeschätzt werden. Zur Abschätzung der Kurzzeitverdunstung an nassen Oberflächen ist das Penmann-Brutsaert-Modell bevorzugt. Wegen der starken kurzreichweitigen Komponenten in solch realistischen NN Wechselwirkungen muss man dazu Methoden der Vielteilchentheorie benutzen, die über eine einfache Mean Field oder Hartree Fock Beschreibung hinausgeht. ; The aim of this work was, to describe the global characteristics like binding energy and radius of atomic nuclei on basis of realistic nucleon nucleon interactions. Because of the strong short-range components of the nucleon nucleon interaction, methods of many-body-theory have to be used, that go beyond mean field method or hartree fock method.

    Das Prüfwesen in der Landtechnik soll eine hohe Qualität der Maschinen und Geräte sicherstellen. Über die dynamische Entwicklung der Messtechnik erhalten Prüfverfahren neue Impulse oder es werden heute sogar neue Verfahren ermöglicht, die bisher nicht bekannt oder zu aufwendig waren. Im Mittelpunkt steht heute häufig immer noch der Traktor, dessen Verbrauchswerte mittels Prüfverfahren realistisch dargestellt werden. Hohe Investitionen für eine Verbesserung dieser Prüfverfahren werden in Zukunft noch zuverlässigere Informationen sicherstellen. Aus der Forschung kommen neue Verfahren der Sensorik und Datenanalyse, um komplexe Strukturen beschreiben und extrahieren zu können, die beispielsweise eine Vereinfachung der Bewertung der Arbeitsqualität von Bodenbearbeitungsgeräten erlauben. Test engineering in agricultural machinery ensures high quality in all machinery components. Latest instrumentation contributes to improve test procedures or creates new opportunities that were not known or possible. Today the tractor still is in focus, but its fuel consumption is well documented due to realistic test procedures. High investments in those procedures today make sure that in the future this information will be even more reliable.     Die energetische Nutzung der Biomasse erlebt vor Allem aufgrund hoher Preise für fossile Energieträger und durch die derzeitigen Bemühungen um mehr Klimaschutz neue Aufmerksamkeit in Politik und Öffentlichkeit. Der in Deutschland stattfindende Bioenergie-Boom ist durch politische Entscheidungen bedingt; es handelt sich also um politische Märkte. Bei der derzeitigen Euphorie um Bioenergie wird dies gerne übersehen. Die weitere Entwicklung der Bioenergiemärkte hängt trotz hoher Ölpreise somit vor Allem von der Entwicklung der politischen Rahmenbedingungen ab. Die Förderung der Bioenergie wird mit einer Reihe von Vorteilen begründet, zu denen ressourcen-, umwelt-, arbeitsmarkt-, wirtschaft-, agrar- und strukturpolitische Argumente gehören. Während zu den Energie- und Ökobilanzen der Biokraftstoffe bereits eine Reihe von Studien vorliegt, sind die Bereiche der arbeits-, wirtschafts-, agrar- und strukturpolitischen Aspekte bisher noch recht wenig erforscht. Besonders vor dem Hintergrund der Einführung des Europäischen Landwirtschaftsfonds für die Entwicklung des ländlichen Raumes (ELER) und der Überprüfung der Effizienz der Förderung besteht an dieser Stelle noch erheblicher Forschungsbedarf. Ziel der Arbeit ist es, eine Abschätzung darüber vorzunehmen, welche ländlichen Regionen Nordrhein-Westfalens von diesen neuen Absatzmöglichkeiten und Wertschöpfungsmöglichkeiten profitieren könnten. Zudem wird eine mögliche Förderpolitik für den ländlichen Raum skizziert, die die Einkommenschancen erhöht und gleichzeitig mögliche negative Umwelteinwirkungen vorausschauend verhindert. Die Arbeit beginnt mit der Analyse der relevanten Rahmenbedingungen der Biokraftstoff-Produktion in NRW. Anschließend wird untersucht, welche Energiepflanzen in welchen Regionen Nordrhein-Westfalens einen positiven Beitrag zur Einkommensentwicklung leisten können.     Das Karlsruher Tritium Neutrino Experiment KATRIN hat das Ziel, die Masse des Elektron-Antineutrinos mit einer Sensitivität von 0.2 eV/c^2 zu bestimmen. Ein Hauptziel dieser Arbeit ist die Untersuchung der absoluten Energieskala von ATRIN um den Q-Wert des β-Zerfalls von Tritium zu bestimmen. Um das Potenzial in der Analysierebene untersuchen zu können, wurde eine winkelselektive, monoenergetische Photoelektronenquelle (‘e-gun’) in dieser Arbeit zusammengebaut, kommissioniert und charakterisiert. Die Fowler Methode wird erklärt und verwendet um die Austrittsarbeit der e-gun und der ‘rear wall’ zu bestimmen. Der Tritium-Q-Wert wird mit den Daten der ersten Tritium Kommissionierungsphase (FT) von KATRIN und für die erste Neutrino-Messkampagne (KNM1) bestimmt. Die e-gun wird zudem zur Bestimmung der Energieverlustfunktion von Deuterium verwendet. Basierend auf integralen- und Flugzeitmessungen wird eine neue Parametrisierung der Energieverlustfunktion bestimmt. ; The Karlsruhe tritium neutrino experiment KATRIN aims to measure the mass of the electron antineutrino with a sensitivity of 0.2 eV/c 2 with a model-independent approach. A main goal of this thesis is to investigate the absolute energy scale of the KATRIN experiment and to determine the Q-value of tritium β-decay. To investigate the potential in the analyzing plane an angular selective, monoenergetic photoelectron source, referred to as ’e-gun’, is assembled, commissioned, and characterized during this work. The Fowler method is introduced and used to determine the work function of the e-gun and the ‘rear wall’. The e-gun is also used to measure the energy loss function, which describes the energy loss of signal electrons passing the gaseous source. The measurement is performed on deuterium gas with an integrating and a time of flight method. A new model parametrization of the energy loss function is created and fitted to the data.

Therefore, the German Society for Agronomy has compiled scientific findings on the topics of biodiversity, climate relevance and climate resilience, nutrient management, crop protection, soil protection and production of renewable raw materials, and identified the existing need for research. After an executive summary that highlights the findings, the subject areas are explained in detail. The purpose of this paper is not to make recommendations for policy-making, but to support the public debate by providing factual information.

    Die Bedeutung von Unternehmenstransaktionen – oft unter dem Begriff „Mergers & Acquisitions“ (M&As) zusammengeführt – nehmen in der Anzahl und Bedeutung in den letzten Jahren nicht nur in Deutschland deutlich zu. Dabei stehen oft die Reduktion von Kosten und die Steigerung von Effizienz im Mittelpunkt. In der Gesellschaft spielen jedoch zunehmend Fragen der Nachhaltigkeit eine Rolle und beeinflussen Unternehmen in ihrem Geschäftsmodell. Genau an dieser Stelle setzt die Dissertation an, indem sie den Zusammenhang von Unternehmenstransaktionen und Nachhaltigkeit erforscht. Dabei wird der Hypothese nachgegangen, dass die Unternehmensfunktion Einkauf als Schnittstelle dient, um Nachhaltigkeitsaspekte erfolgreich in Unternehmen einzuführen und dauerhaft zu verfolgen. Damit kann die Chance gesteigert werden, durch eine entsprechend ausgestaltete Unternehmensfunktion Mehrwerte bei M&A-Transaktionen zu generieren.

    Um der wirklichkeitsnahen und recheneffizienten Planung betontechnologischer, konstruktiver sowie bauausführungsbezogener Maßnahmen zur Abwendung der Rissegefahr bei großen RCC-Staumauern ein Stück näher zu kommen, wird in der vorliegenden Arbeit eine Verfahrensweise entwickelt, mit der es möglich ist, wesentliche Einflussfaktoren in umfassenderer Weise als bisher zu berücksichtigen und die Temperatur- und Spannungsentwicklungen im Beton während der Bauausführung und des Betriebs der großen RCC-Staumauern effizient zu berechnen. Ausgehend von der bekannten Fourier'schen Differentialgleichung werden in Kapitel 2 mathematische Beziehungen vorgestellt, die es gestatten, die Temperatur im Beton unter Berücksichtigung der Kopplung zwischen Temperaturverlauf und Hydratationswärmeabgabe und unter möglichst wirklichkeitsnaher Berücksichtung der Rand- und Anfangsbedingungen iterativ zu ermitteln. Die Sonnenstrahlung und Verdunstung werden dabei als Wärmeströme direkt in den Cauchy-Neumannschen Randbedingungen untergebracht. Bei denen sind sowohl die Cauchyschen Randbedingungen (Wärmeaustausch zwischen dem Bauwerk/Baugrund und der Luft) als auch die Neumannschen Randbedingungen (vorgegebene Wärmeflüsse: Sonnenstrahlung und Verdunstung) zu berücksichtigen. Der konvektive Wärmeaustausch zwischen dem Bauwerk/Baugrund und der Luft bei Vorhandensein der Verdunstung wird zusammen mit der Temperatur des Untersuchungsobjekts und der Verdunstung auf den Oberflächen iterativ ermittelt. Die Globalsonnenstrahlung auf die Oberflächen des Bauwerkes kann aus den anderen üblich erhältlichen meteorologischen Daten (Lufttemperatur, Luftdruck, relative Luftfeuchte und Sonnenscheindauer) an oder nahe dem Standort der Staumauer anhand der Sonnenstrahlungsmodelle abgeschätzt werden. Zur Abschätzung der Kurzzeitverdunstung an nassen Oberflächen ist das Penmann-Brutsaert-Modell bevorzugt.     Das Prüfwesen in der Landtechnik soll eine hohe Qualität der Maschinen und Geräte sicherstellen. Über die dynamische Entwicklung der Messtechnik erhalten Prüfverfahren neue Impulse oder es werden heute sogar neue Verfahren ermöglicht, die bisher nicht bekannt oder zu aufwendig waren. Im Mittelpunkt steht heute häufig immer noch der Traktor, dessen Verbrauchswerte mittels Prüfverfahren realistisch dargestellt werden. Hohe Investitionen für eine Verbesserung dieser Prüfverfahren werden in Zukunft noch zuverlässigere Informationen sicherstellen. Aus der Forschung kommen neue Verfahren der Sensorik und Datenanalyse, um komplexe Strukturen beschreiben und extrahieren zu können, die beispielsweise eine Vereinfachung der Bewertung der Arbeitsqualität von Bodenbearbeitungsgeräten erlauben. Test engineering in agricultural machinery ensures high quality in all machinery components. Latest instrumentation contributes to improve test procedures or creates new opportunities that were not known or possible. Today the tractor still is in focus, but its fuel consumption is well documented due to realistic test procedures. High investments in those procedures today make sure that in the future this information will be even more reliable.     Die energetische Nutzung der Biomasse erlebt vor Allem aufgrund hoher Preise für fossile Energieträger und durch die derzeitigen Bemühungen um mehr Klimaschutz neue Aufmerksamkeit in Politik und Öffentlichkeit. Der in Deutschland stattfindende Bioenergie-Boom ist durch politische Entscheidungen bedingt; es handelt sich also um politische Märkte. Bei der derzeitigen Euphorie um Bioenergie wird dies gerne übersehen. Die weitere Entwicklung der Bioenergiemärkte hängt trotz hoher Ölpreise somit vor Allem von der Entwicklung der politischen Rahmenbedingungen ab. Die Förderung der Bioenergie wird mit einer Reihe von Vorteilen begründet, zu denen ressourcen-, umwelt-, arbeitsmarkt-, wirtschaft-, agrar- und strukturpolitische Argumente gehören. Während zu den Energie- und Ökobilanzen der Biokraftstoffe bereits eine Reihe von Studien vorliegt, sind die Bereiche der arbeits-, wirtschafts-, agrar- und strukturpolitischen Aspekte bisher noch recht wenig erforscht. Besonders vor dem Hintergrund der Einführung des Europäischen Landwirtschaftsfonds für die Entwicklung des ländlichen Raumes (ELER) und der Überprüfung der Effizienz der Förderung besteht an dieser Stelle noch erheblicher Forschungsbedarf. Ziel der Arbeit ist es, eine Abschätzung darüber vorzunehmen, welche ländlichen Regionen Nordrhein-Westfalens von diesen neuen Absatzmöglichkeiten und Wertschöpfungsmöglichkeiten profitieren könnten. Zudem wird eine mögliche Förderpolitik für den ländlichen Raum skizziert, die die Einkommenschancen erhöht und gleichzeitig mögliche negative Umwelteinwirkungen vorausschauend verhindert. Die Arbeit beginnt mit der Analyse der relevanten Rahmenbedingungen der Biokraftstoff-Produktion in NRW. Anschließend wird untersucht, welche Energiepflanzen in welchen Regionen Nordrhein-Westfalens einen positiven Beitrag zur Einkommensentwicklung leisten können.     Das Karlsruher Tritium Neutrino Experiment KATRIN hat das Ziel, die Masse des Elektron-Antineutrinos mit einer Sensitivität von 0.2 eV/c^2 zu bestimmen. Ein Hauptziel dieser Arbeit ist die Untersuchung der absoluten Energieskala von ATRIN um den Q-Wert des β-Zerfalls von Tritium zu bestimmen. Um das Potenzial in der Analysierebene untersuchen zu können, wurde eine winkelselektive, monoenergetische Photoelektronenquelle (‘e-gun’) in dieser Arbeit zusammengebaut, kommissioniert und charakterisiert. Die Fowler Methode wird erklärt und verwendet um die Austrittsarbeit der e-gun und der ‘rear wall’ zu bestimmen. Der Tritium-Q-Wert wird mit den Daten der ersten Tritium Kommissionierungsphase (FT) von KATRIN und für die erste Neutrino-Messkampagne (KNM1) bestimmt. Die e-gun wird zudem zur Bestimmung der Energieverlustfunktion von Deuterium verwendet. Basierend auf integralen- und Flugzeitmessungen wird eine neue Parametrisierung der Energieverlustfunktion bestimmt. ; The Karlsruhe tritium neutrino experiment KATRIN aims to measure the mass of the electron antineutrino with a sensitivity of 0.2 eV/c 2 with a model-independent approach. A main goal of this thesis is to investigate the absolute energy scale of the KATRIN experiment and to determine the Q-value of tritium β-decay. To investigate the potential in the analyzing plane an angular selective, monoenergetic photoelectron source, referred to as ’e-gun’, is assembled, commissioned, and characterized during this work. The Fowler method is introduced and used to determine the work function of the e-gun and the ‘rear wall’. The e-gun is also used to measure the energy loss function, which describes the energy loss of signal electrons passing the gaseous source. The measurement is performed on deuterium gas with an integrating and a time of flight method. A new model parametrization of the energy loss function is created and fitted to the data.

    Scientific facts about the relationships between the goals are indispensable for the rational social discourse on solving the various conflicting goals on the way to sustainable crop production. Therefore, the German Society for Agronomy has compiled scientific findings on the topics of biodiversity, climate relevance and climate resilience, nutrient management, crop protection, soil protection and production of renewable raw materials, and identified the existing need for research. After an executive summary that highlights the findings, the subject areas are explained in detail. The purpose of this paper is not to make recommendations for policy-making, but to support the public debate by providing factual information.
