Peña;El presente estudio se llevó a cabo en el cantón Lago Agrio, provincia de Sucumbíos en la Casa de Huéspedes "Green Amazon". La finalidad es analizar la calidad de servicio al cliente en la casa de huéspedes "Green Amazon", cantón Lago Agrio, provincia de Sucumbíos. Para el análisis de la calidad en el servicio al cliente se consideró trabajar través de la aplicación de la metodología SERVPERF, misma que propuso un análisis a la percepción de la calidad bajo los indicadores propuestos. Entre los resultados obtenidos se encuentra: la percepción de nivel de calidad del servicio recibido; el análisis de los resultados de la encuesta con las percepciones del huésped y la matriz de impactos cruzados para establecer estrategias que ayuden a mejorar la calidad de servicio del establecimiento. A través de la herramienta ServPerf, resultó que el nivel de la calidad del servicio por dimensiones presenta los siguientes valores: seguridad (90%), fiabilidad (90%), capacidad de respuesta (80%), elementos tangibles (50%) y empatía (50%). Cette étude a été réalisée dans le canton de Lago Agrio, province de Sucumbíos, dans la maison d'hôtes « Green Amazon ». L'objectif est d'analyser la qualité du service à la clientèle dans la maison d'hôtes « Green Amazon », dans le canton de Lago Agrio, dans la province de Sucumbíos. Pour l'analyse de la qualité du service à la clientèle, il a été envisagé de travailler à travers l'application de la méthodologie SERVPERF, qui a proposé une analyse de la perception de la qualité sous les indicateurs proposés. Parmi les résultats obtenus figurent : la perception du niveau de qualité du service reçu ; l'analyse des résultats de l'enquête avec les perceptions des clients et la matrice des impacts croisés pour établir des stratégies qui aident à améliorer la qualité du service de l'établissement. Grâce à l'outil ServPerf, il s'est avéré que le niveau de qualité du service par dimensions présente les valeurs suivantes : sécurité (90 %), fiabilité (90 %), réactivité (80 %), éléments tangibles (50 %) et empathie (50 %). Through the ServPerf tool, it turned out that the level of service quality by dimensions presents the following values: safety (90%), reliability (90%), responsiveness (80%), tangible elements (50%) and empathy (50%). أجريت هذه الدراسة في كانتون لاغو أغريو، مقاطعة سوكومبيوس في دار ضيافة "الأمازون الأخضر". والغرض من ذلك هو تحليل جودة خدمة العملاء في دار الضيافة "الأمازون الأخضر"، كانتون لاغو أغريو، مقاطعة سوكومبيوس. لتحليل الجودة في خدمة العملاء، تم النظر في العمل من خلال تطبيق منهجية SERVPERF، التي اقترحت تحليل تصور الجودة في إطار المؤشرات المقترحة. من بين النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها: تصور مستوى جودة الخدمة المتلقاة ؛ تحليل نتائج المسح مع تصورات الضيف ومصفوفة التأثيرات المتقاطعة لوضع استراتيجيات تساعد على تحسين جودة خدمة المنشأة. من خلال أداة ServPerf، اتضح أن مستوى جودة الخدمة حسب الأبعاد يقدم القيم التالية: السلامة (90 ٪)، والموثوقية (90 ٪)، والاستجابة (80 ٪)، والعناصر الملموسة (50 ٪) والتعاطف (50 ٪).

El presente trabajo detalla el diseño y construcción de un sistema capaz de registrar velocidad y dirección de viento con características particulares. El equipo fue construido especialmente para ser instalado en localidades remotas sin suministro de energía eléctrica con el fin de evaluar el potencial energético de origen eólico de una zona determinada. Debido a esto hubo que cumplir requisitos de diseño físico para soportar condiciones de intemperie, autonomía tanto energética como en capacidad de almacenamiento de los datos adquiridos y condiciones en la forma de efectuar las medidas. Se tuvo especial cuidado en minimizar en todos los aspectos el consumo de energía. A fin de poder estudiar en profundidad las características del viento, las medidas se toman una vez por segundo y se almacenan todos los valores sin efectuar promedios. La gran cantidad de datos a almacenar y la necesidad de que el consumo sea mínimo llevó a la utilización de una arquitectura mixta que consta de una unidad de adquisición y control especialmente diseñada para esta aplicación y un computador que almacena los datos en medio magnético. El equipo actualmente se encuentra funcionando con resultados satisfactorios. -- This paper details the design and construction of a system to registrate the wind speed and direction with special characteristics. The equipment was specially constructed to work in remote places without electrical power supply to evaluate the eolic energetic potential of a determinated area. This restriction determined the following design characteristics: energy autonomy, high amount of data storage, power saving policies in measurements procedures, and physical design to support external weather conditions. Special care was taken to minimize in all aspects the power consumption. The measurements are sampled every second, and each value is storaged in order to be able to study completely the wind's characteristics. An architecture that integrates an acquisition and control unit specially designed for this application and a computer that storages the data in magnetic media was adopted to satisfy low power consumption and high storage capability.
