    Resumen: En este Trabajo de Final de Grado se aborda, como principal objetivo la reducción del consumo energético, en una bodega construida en el año 1965 con posteriores modificaciones para adaptarse a las demandas de la producción, en la actualidad tiene capacidad para procesa un máximo de 10 millones de kilos de uva por vendimia. Una de las modificaciones fue el cambio de ubicación de la zona de recepción del mosto, pasando de la cota más alta a la parte más baja de la finca, de unos depósitos de cemento a los de acero inoxidable i de estar ubicados en el interior de la bodega a la intemperie. Como se ha apuntado anteriormente, el principal objetivo de este proyecto es la reducción del consumo energético y concretamente de la zona de recepción, para tal fin se construirá un cofre aislante con las siguientes medidas 35 x 16 x 14 m, albergando en su interior los depósitos y el intercambiador de calor, ejecutándose la obra con dichos elementos inamovibles. Se han realizado los cálculos pertinentes para el dimensionado de la estructura metálica del cofre, de los cabales y dimensiones de los nuevos circuitos de refrigeración, calculando la potencia frigorífica necesaria para mantener la temperatura deseada, con una entrada máxima diaria de 200 tn de uva por día. Los cerramientos se realizarán con paneles aislantes que permitan mantener la temperatura del mosto refrigerado inicialmente hasta su clarificación y trasiego. Se ha calculado un presupuesto de ejecución de obra por contrato y se han elaborado los planos correspondientes. Así pues el proyecto consta de los siguientes documentos: Documento N.º 1 Memoria y 9 Anejos Documento N.º 2 Planos Documento N.º 4 Presupuesto detallado Como conclusión, podemos afirmar que con este proyecto se espera una reducción del 55% en el consumo energético de la zona de Recepción del mosto, mejoraría el rendimiento, tanto energético como en eficiencia con la automatización de las instalaciones entre la zona de Recepción y el Lagar. Abstract: This Final Degree Work addresses the reduction of energy consumption, mainly electricity, of a winery built in 1965, with subsequent modifications adapting to production circumstances, with the capacity to process 10 million kilos of grapes. One of the modifications was the change in location of the must reception area, moving from the highest to the lowest level of the farm, from cement tanks to stainless steel tanks and to be located inside the cellar in the open air. The objective of the project is the reduction of energy consumption in the must reception area, through the construction of an insulating box of 35 x 16 x 14 m, closing the six tanks and the tubular heat exchanger inside. the work being carried out with said immovable elements inside. The necessary calculations have been made for the dimensioning of the metal structure of the chest, the flow rates and the dimensions of the new refrigeration circuits, as well as the refrigeration power necessary to maintain them at the desired temperature, with a daily input of 200 t of grape The enclosures will be made with insulating panels that allow the temperature of the initially cooled must to be maintained until its clarification by gravity. A contract execution budget has been calculated and the corresponding plans have been drawn up. So, the project consists of the following documents: Document Nº1: Memory and 9 chapters. Document No. 2: 19 plans Document Nº4: Detailed budget. As a conclusion we will say that this project is expected to reduce energy consumption in the reception area by 55% and we can affirm that the performance, both energy and efficiency, would improve if the facilities between the Reception area and the Presses. Resum: En aquest treball de Final de Grau s'aborda la reducció del consum energètic d'un celler construït l'any 1965, amb posteriors modificacions per adaptar-se a les circumstancies de la producció, amb capacitat per processar 10 milions de quilos de raïm . Una d'elles va ser el canvi d'ubicació de la zona de recepció del most, passant de la cota mes alta a la part mes baixa de la finca, d'uns dipòsits de ciment a uns d'acer inoxidable i d'estar en el interior del celler al intempèrie. L'objectiu del projecte serà doncs, la reducció del consum energètic de la zona de recepció del most, mitjançant la construcció d'un cofre aïllant de 35 x 16 x 14 m, tancant en el seu interior els dipòsits i l'intercanviador de calor que romandran en el seu lloc mentre s'executi el projecte. S'han realitzat els càlculs necessaris per dimensionar l'estructura metàl·lica del cofre, dels cabals i dimensions dels nous circuits de refrigeració i de la potencia frigorífica necessària per mantenir-los, amb una entrada màxima diària de 200 tn de raïm per dia. Els tancaments es realitzaran amb panells aïllants que permetin mantenir la temperatura del most refredat inicialment, fins al seu desfangat estàtic. S'ha calculat un pressupost d'execució d'obra per contracta i s'han elaborat els plànols corresponents. Així doncs, el projecte consta del: Document Nº 1: Memòria i 9 Annexes. Document Nº 2: 19 plànols Document Nº 4: Pressupost detallat Com a conclusió direm que d'aquest projecte s'espera una reducció del 55% en el consum energètic a la zona de recepció del most i que es milloraria el rendiment, tant energètic com en eficiència amb l'automatització de les instal·lacions entre la Recepció i el Lagar. La transició dels sistemes energètics cap a tecnologies energètiques renovables amb baixes emissions de carboni és una mesura clau per mitigar el canvi climàtic. La Unió Europea (UE) ha establert l’objectiu d’aconseguir una reducció d’emissions de gasos d’efecte hivernacle (GEH) del 80% al 95% l’any 2050. El biogàs ha demostrat tenir un potencial important com a font d'energia renovable per a aplicacions industrials i domèstiques i una solució eficient a la crisi energètica global. També pot ajudar a resoldre el problema de la gestió de residus en convertir els materials orgànics de rebuig en energia, i reduir l’ús d’abocadors i les emissions associades de metà, un potent gas d’GEH. Aquest projecte es centra en l’avaluació ambiental de les emissions GEH associades a la producció de biometà liquat en una planta de gestió i producció de biogàs. La metodologia que s’utilitza per calcular la petjada de carboni de la planta és l’Anàlisi del Cicle de Vida (ACV) segons les normatives ISO 14040-44:2006, i la normativa relativa al càlcul de la petjada de carboni de producte ISO 14067:2019. A més, l’avaluació ambiental també inclou el criteri de tall o “Cut-off” per ometre etapes de cicle de vida no rellevants, tipus d’activitats, processos i productes específics; i la metodologia d’aplicació de crèdits o metodologia de càrrega evitada, que consisteix en comptabilitzar com crèdits les emissions que es deixen d’emetre en la producció de biometà en lloc de produir metà d’origen fòssil. Per altra banda, els resultats obtinguts de l’ACV es contraposen amb dades provinents d’eines de càlcul d’emissions de CO2 així com estudis científics rellevants en el camp del biogàs, amb l’objectiu de validar els resultats.

    [ES] La Internet de les Coses (IoT, en anglès) cada vegada està més present en les nostres activitats quotidianes, per tal de millorar la nostra experiència en aquestes. Així doncs, l objectiu d aquest Treball de Fi de Màster (TFM) és el desenvolupament de solucions IoT per a proporcionar serveis intel·ligents en l àmbit dels hotels, amb la finalitat de millorar l experiència dels hostes i optimitzar les operacions de l hotel. Mitjançant la implementació de dispositius intel·ligents, com bombetes, aires condicionats, sensors de consum d aigua i electricitat, i detectors de fum, es proposa un sistema capaç de monitoritzar i gestionar de manera més eficient l entorn de les habitacions, així com la gestió global dels serveis i recursos de l hotel. El sistema inclou una API REST que garanteix la comunicació fluida entre el frontend, el backend i els components del sistema, així com la simulació de les interaccions dels hostes a través d una aplicació web. A més, per garantir una comunicació en temps real entre els dispositius intel·ligents, s utilitza el protocol MQTT (Message Queuing Telemetry Transport, el qual permet la publicació i subscripció a missatges entre dispositius de manera eficient i lleugera. Aquesta comunicació es gestiona a través del broker AWS IoT, una plataforma segura i escalable que facilita la connexió i la gestió de milions de dispositius IoT, assegurant una comunicació ràpid, fiable i amb un alt nivell de seguretat. Les funcionalitats principals inclouen el check-in i check-out automàtic, la personalització de l ambient de l habitació, la gestió de serveis com el restaurant o l spa, les notificacions i alertes de l hotel, la gestió del personal de neteja i la monitorització del consum de recursos, amb incentius per als clients que adopten un ús responsable d aquests. En resum, aquest projecte ofereix una solució IoT aplicada al sector hoteler, demostrant com la tecnologia pot transformar i millorar tant l experiència del client com l eficiència operativa de l hotel, a més d incentivar la sostenibilitat a través d ofertes personalitzades. [EN] The Internet of Things (IoT) is increasingly present in our daily activities, aimed at enhancing our experience in them. Thus, the objective of this Master s Thesis (TFM) is the development of IoT solutions to provide smart services in the hotel industry, with the goal of improving guest experiences and optimizing hotel operations. Through the implementation of smart devices, such as light bulbs, air conditioning units, water and electricity consumption sensors, and smoke detectors, a system is proposed that can monitor and manage the room environment more efficiently, as well as the overall management of hotel services and resources. The system includes a REST API that ensures smooth communication between the frontend, backend, and system components, as well as the simulation of guest interactions through a web application. Additionally, to guarantee real-time communication between smart devices, the MQTT protocol (Message Queuing Telemetry Transport) is used, which allows for efficient and lightweight message publishing and subscribing between devices. This communication is managed via the AWS IoT broker, a secure and scalable platform that facilitates the connection and management of millions of IoT devices, ensuring fast, reliable, and highly secure communication. The main functionalities include automatic check-in and check-out, room environment personalization, service management such as restaurant or spa bookings, hotel notifications and alerts, housekeeping management, and resource consumption monitoring, with incentives for guests who adopt responsible usage of these resources. In summary, this project offers an IoT solution applied to the hotel industry, demonstrating how technology can transform and improve both the customer experience and the operational efficiency of the hotel, while also encouraging sustainability through personalized offers.

    Authors: Baldoyra Puig, Clara;

    El present projecte presenta diversos estudis d’alternatives per analitzar la implantació d’un Parc Solar Fotovoltaic (PSFV) per alimentar la dessaladora de Bajo Almanzora (Almeria). En concret, s’analitzen la potència pic, les tecnologies disponibles al mercat, les possibles ubicaci- ons de la planta i el dimensionament del parc solar fotovoltaic. Primerament, s’ha dut a terme un estudi de la potència pic pel PSFV. El criteri definitiu per determinar la potència pic ha estat un percentatge d’autoconsum del 35%, obtingut amb una potència de 16,5 MWp. Tot seguit, s’han estudiat les diferents tecnologies dels components del PSFV disponibles al mercat per tal d’optimitzar les característiques del parc. S’han determinat la tipologia de pa- nells solars, inversors, estructures fotovoltaiques i la idoneïtat de l’ús de Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). Aquest estudi s’ha realitzat a partir de dades tècniques, econòmiques, ambi- entals i un dimensionament amb l’eina PVsyst. L’anàlisi s’ha efectuat mitjançant un sistema d’elecció multicriteri. Com a conclusió d’aquest estudi, s’ha decidit utilitzar panells bifacials monocristal·lins, estructures de seguidors d’un eix, inversors de strings i no s’utilitzaran BESS. A continuació, s’ha determinat tres possibles alternatives d’ubicació i línies d’evacuació del PSFV al voltant de la dessaladora. A partir d’una anàlisi d’elecció multicriteri mitjançant la metodologia PRES, s’ha determinat la ubicació òptima. Totes tres alternatives resulten viables, però l’alternativa 3 es considera la més adequada segons els criteris establerts. Un cop determinada la ubicació, s’ha realitzat un dimensionament del PSFV amb models comer- cials i s’ha fet una simulació amb l’eina PVsyst. El parc dimensionat consta de 27.072 panells, 383 seguidors (219 de 96 panells, 88 de 48 panells i 76 de 24 panells) i 47 inversors. A més, s’ha realitzat una implantació en les diferents parcel·les de l’alternativa 3 a partir de l’eina AutoCAD. Després s’ha realitzat un estudi econòmic i de viabilitat on s’ha estimat el pressupost del projecte i s’ha comparat el preu de compra del mercat amb el preu de la producció de l’energia a partir del PSFV, obtenint un valor inferior a 50 €/MWh corresponent al preu de mercat. Finalment, la planificació i el pressupost, l’impacte ambiental i l’estudi social i de gènere con- clouen el projecte.

    Treball Final de Màster Universitari en Professor/a d'Educació Secundària Obligatòria i Batxillerat, Formació Professional i Ensenyaments d'Idiomes. Codi SAP809. Curs: 2019/2020 En aquest projecte es desenvolupa un Treball de Final de “Màster de Professor/a d’Educació Secundària i Obligatòria i Batxillerat, Formació Professional i Ensenyament d’Idiomes”, dins de l’especialitat d’Arts Plàstiques. El seu títol és “Creació artística a l’aula de secundària a través de la conscienciació ambiental”. El treball s’emmarca en la modalitat de Planificació i/o programació curricular, i té com a objectiu el disseny d’una programació didàctica corresponent a un trimestre de l’assignatura Educació Plàstica Visual i Audiovisual, per als alumnes de 4t d’ESO. S’han tingut en compte les directrius que marca la vigent llei d’educació, la LOMQE definits en el Reial Decret 1105/2014. Les 3 unitats didàctiques que es desenvolupen tenen com a fil conductor el cuidat del medi ambient des de l’aula de plàstica, el qual s’introdueix amb activitats dinàmiques i metodologies actives principalment. Els continguts tractats s’engloben en el bloc I (Expressió plàstica), el bloc III (Fonaments del disseny) i el bloc IV (Llenguatge audiovisual i multimèdia). Amb aquest treball final de màster pretenem que els alumnes tinguen una visió més real del que ocorre al seu voltant, que reflexionen i que proposen solucions d’una manera artística. Es tractarà des de tres disciplines distintes, per a fer-los veure i que ells i elles també demostren, que no sols reutilitzant materials pots crear consciència. En la primera unitat didàctica realitzaran un retrat d’un company amb materials sostenibles i/o reutilitzables. En la segona dissenyaran un cartell on hauran de reflectir la necessitat de tindre cura del medi ambient. En l’última realitzaran un vídeo on es denuncie les males accions de la societat enfront del medi ambient i possibles millores o solucions. This project corresponds to the master’s thesis of “Teacher of Secondary and Compulsory Education (ESO) and Baccalaureate, Vocational Training and Language Teaching”, within the specialization in Plastic Arts. Its title is “Artistic creation in the secondary school classroom through environmental awarness”. This study is framed in the modality of Planning and/or curricular programming. The purpose of the study is to design an academic program corresponding to a trimester of the subject “Visual and Audiovisual Plastic Education” for 4th-grade ESO students. Guidelines of the current Spanish education law, LOMCE, defined in Royal Decree 1105/2014, have been taken into account. The main objective of the three didactic units developed is to take care of the environment from the plastic course, which is mainly conducted with dynamic activities and active methodologies. The covered contents are included in block I (Plastic Expression), block III (Foundations of Design), and block IV (Audiovisual and Multimedia Language). The study aims to help students better understand environmental care and reflect and propose solutions in an artistic way. Three different disciplines will be applied to show the students that reusing material is not the only way to raise awareness. In the first didactic unit, they are to make a portrait of a peer by using sustainable and/or reusable materials. In the second unit, they are to design a poster where the need to take care of the environment is reflected. In the last unit, they will make a video documenting society’s wrong actions towards the environment while offering possible improvements or solutions.

    Authors: López Ruiz, Alba;

    En un món on la digitalització és un factor clau en el nostre dia a dia i on el sector dels transports necessita eficiència i seguretat, l'eina Wi-CMR emergeix com una solució digital innovadora que farà evolucionar processos tradicionals i optimitzarà recursos. Així, aquest projecte d'enginyeria del software se centra en el disseny, la implementació i la validació d'una eina destinada a la gestió documental del sector del transport de mercaderies terrestres. Més detalladament, el projecte ha permès construir una aplicació mòbil, dirigida als conductors d'aquestes mercaderies terrestres, a través de la qual poden fer els tràmits pertinents per a la correcta creació i validació del document de transport electrònic (eCMR), que esdevindrà obligatori en els pròxims mesos amb l'entrada en vigor de la normativa corresponent. Representant una aposta estratègica per liderar el mercat en la gestió documental, Widoit ha comptat amb el suport de l'inLab FIB per al desenvolupament d'aquesta eina, gràcies a la qual ha sorgit l'elaboració d'aquest Treball de Fi de Grau. Wi-CMR no només es compon d'una aplicació mòbil, sinó que també disposa d'una API RESTful completa que permet l'ús d'aquest servei a clients externs i de la qual al llarg d'aquest treball se'n parlarà de manera més extensa. Encara més, Wi-CMR també compta amb una pàgina web de caràcter administratiu, que queda fora de l'abast d'aquest Treball de Fi de Grau. Aquest sistema no només ofereix una simplificació en la gestió documental, sinó que també redueix els errors humans, agilitza els tràmits i regula els costos que suposen els documents a paper. L'aplicació mòbil Wi-CMR i l'API associada, doncs, doten aquest projecte d'un avantatge competitiu en un sector altament complex i en plena transformació, afrontant reptes com la innovació, la sostenibilitat i l'eficàcia. In a world where digitalisation is a key factor in our daily lives and where the transport sector requires efficiency and security, the Wi-CMR tool emerges as an innovative digital solution that will lead to the evolution of traditional processes and optimise resources. This software engineering project focuses on the design, implementation and validation of a tool for document management in the road freight transport sector. Specifically, the project enabled the development of a mobile application for driver drivers, through which they are going to be able to carry out the relevant procedures for the correct creation and validation of the electronic transport document (eCMR), which will become mandatory in the coming months with the approval of certain regulations. Representing a strategic commitment to lead the market in document management, Widoit has had the support of inLab FIB for the development of this tool, which has led to the completion of this Final Degree Project. Wi-CMR not only includes a mobile application, but also features a complete RESTful API that allows the use of this service by external clients, which will be discussed in more detail throughout this project. In addition, Wi-CMR incorporates an administrative website, which is outside the scope of this Final Degree Project. This system does not only offer a simplification in document management, but also reduces human errors, speeds up procedures and regulates the costs associated with paper-based documentation. The Wi-CMR mobile application and its API provide this project with a competitive advantage in a highly complex and rapidly changing sector, addressing challenges such as innovation, sustainability and efficiency.

    Resumen: En este Trabajo de Final de Grado se aborda, como principal objetivo la reducción del consumo energético, en una bodega construida en el año 1965 con posteriores modificaciones para adaptarse a las demandas de la producción, en la actualidad tiene capacidad para procesa un máximo de 10 millones de kilos de uva por vendimia. Una de las modificaciones fue el cambio de ubicación de la zona de recepción del mosto, pasando de la cota más alta a la parte más baja de la finca, de unos depósitos de cemento a los de acero inoxidable i de estar ubicados en el interior de la bodega a la intemperie. Como se ha apuntado anteriormente, el principal objetivo de este proyecto es la reducción del consumo energético y concretamente de la zona de recepción, para tal fin se construirá un cofre aislante con las siguientes medidas 35 x 16 x 14 m, albergando en su interior los depósitos y el intercambiador de calor, ejecutándose la obra con dichos elementos inamovibles. Se han realizado los cálculos pertinentes para el dimensionado de la estructura metálica del cofre, de los cabales y dimensiones de los nuevos circuitos de refrigeración, calculando la potencia frigorífica necesaria para mantener la temperatura deseada, con una entrada máxima diaria de 200 tn de uva por día. Los cerramientos se realizarán con paneles aislantes que permitan mantener la temperatura del mosto refrigerado inicialmente hasta su clarificación y trasiego. Se ha calculado un presupuesto de ejecución de obra por contrato y se han elaborado los planos correspondientes. Así pues el proyecto consta de los siguientes documentos: Documento N.º 1 Memoria y 9 Anejos Documento N.º 2 Planos Documento N.º 4 Presupuesto detallado Como conclusión, podemos afirmar que con este proyecto se espera una reducción del 55% en el consumo energético de la zona de Recepción del mosto, mejoraría el rendimiento, tanto energético como en eficiencia con la automatización de las instalaciones entre la zona de Recepción y el Lagar. Abstract: This Final Degree Work addresses the reduction of energy consumption, mainly electricity, of a winery built in 1965, with subsequent modifications adapting to production circumstances, with the capacity to process 10 million kilos of grapes. One of the modifications was the change in location of the must reception area, moving from the highest to the lowest level of the farm, from cement tanks to stainless steel tanks and to be located inside the cellar in the open air. The objective of the project is the reduction of energy consumption in the must reception area, through the construction of an insulating box of 35 x 16 x 14 m, closing the six tanks and the tubular heat exchanger inside. the work being carried out with said immovable elements inside. The necessary calculations have been made for the dimensioning of the metal structure of the chest, the flow rates and the dimensions of the new refrigeration circuits, as well as the refrigeration power necessary to maintain them at the desired temperature, with a daily input of 200 t of grape The enclosures will be made with insulating panels that allow the temperature of the initially cooled must to be maintained until its clarification by gravity. A contract execution budget has been calculated and the corresponding plans have been drawn up. So, the project consists of the following documents: Document Nº1: Memory and 9 chapters. Document No. 2: 19 plans Document Nº4: Detailed budget. As a conclusion we will say that this project is expected to reduce energy consumption in the reception area by 55% and we can affirm that the performance, both energy and efficiency, would improve if the facilities between the Reception area and the Presses. Resum: En aquest treball de Final de Grau s'aborda la reducció del consum energètic d'un celler construït l'any 1965, amb posteriors modificacions per adaptar-se a les circumstancies de la producció, amb capacitat per processar 10 milions de quilos de raïm . Una d'elles va ser el canvi d'ubicació de la zona de recepció del most, passant de la cota mes alta a la part mes baixa de la finca, d'uns dipòsits de ciment a uns d'acer inoxidable i d'estar en el interior del celler al intempèrie. L'objectiu del projecte serà doncs, la reducció del consum energètic de la zona de recepció del most, mitjançant la construcció d'un cofre aïllant de 35 x 16 x 14 m, tancant en el seu interior els dipòsits i l'intercanviador de calor que romandran en el seu lloc mentre s'executi el projecte. S'han realitzat els càlculs necessaris per dimensionar l'estructura metàl·lica del cofre, dels cabals i dimensions dels nous circuits de refrigeració i de la potencia frigorífica necessària per mantenir-los, amb una entrada màxima diària de 200 tn de raïm per dia. Els tancaments es realitzaran amb panells aïllants que permetin mantenir la temperatura del most refredat inicialment, fins al seu desfangat estàtic. S'ha calculat un pressupost d'execució d'obra per contracta i s'han elaborat els plànols corresponents. Així doncs, el projecte consta del: Document Nº 1: Memòria i 9 Annexes. Document Nº 2: 19 plànols Document Nº 4: Pressupost detallat Com a conclusió direm que d'aquest projecte s'espera una reducció del 55% en el consum energètic a la zona de recepció del most i que es milloraria el rendiment, tant energètic com en eficiència amb l'automatització de les instal·lacions entre la Recepció i el Lagar. La transició dels sistemes energètics cap a tecnologies energètiques renovables amb baixes emissions de carboni és una mesura clau per mitigar el canvi climàtic. La Unió Europea (UE) ha establert l’objectiu d’aconseguir una reducció d’emissions de gasos d’efecte hivernacle (GEH) del 80% al 95% l’any 2050. El biogàs ha demostrat tenir un potencial important com a font d'energia renovable per a aplicacions industrials i domèstiques i una solució eficient a la crisi energètica global. També pot ajudar a resoldre el problema de la gestió de residus en convertir els materials orgànics de rebuig en energia, i reduir l’ús d’abocadors i les emissions associades de metà, un potent gas d’GEH. Aquest projecte es centra en l’avaluació ambiental de les emissions GEH associades a la producció de biometà liquat en una planta de gestió i producció de biogàs. La metodologia que s’utilitza per calcular la petjada de carboni de la planta és l’Anàlisi del Cicle de Vida (ACV) segons les normatives ISO 14040-44:2006, i la normativa relativa al càlcul de la petjada de carboni de producte ISO 14067:2019. A més, l’avaluació ambiental també inclou el criteri de tall o “Cut-off” per ometre etapes de cicle de vida no rellevants, tipus d’activitats, processos i productes específics; i la metodologia d’aplicació de crèdits o metodologia de càrrega evitada, que consisteix en comptabilitzar com crèdits les emissions que es deixen d’emetre en la producció de biometà en lloc de produir metà d’origen fòssil. Per altra banda, els resultats obtinguts de l’ACV es contraposen amb dades provinents d’eines de càlcul d’emissions de CO2 així com estudis científics rellevants en el camp del biogàs, amb l’objectiu de validar els resultats.

    [ES] La Internet de les Coses (IoT, en anglès) cada vegada està més present en les nostres activitats quotidianes, per tal de millorar la nostra experiència en aquestes. Així doncs, l objectiu d aquest Treball de Fi de Màster (TFM) és el desenvolupament de solucions IoT per a proporcionar serveis intel·ligents en l àmbit dels hotels, amb la finalitat de millorar l experiència dels hostes i optimitzar les operacions de l hotel. Mitjançant la implementació de dispositius intel·ligents, com bombetes, aires condicionats, sensors de consum d aigua i electricitat, i detectors de fum, es proposa un sistema capaç de monitoritzar i gestionar de manera més eficient l entorn de les habitacions, així com la gestió global dels serveis i recursos de l hotel. El sistema inclou una API REST que garanteix la comunicació fluida entre el frontend, el backend i els components del sistema, així com la simulació de les interaccions dels hostes a través d una aplicació web. A més, per garantir una comunicació en temps real entre els dispositius intel·ligents, s utilitza el protocol MQTT (Message Queuing Telemetry Transport, el qual permet la publicació i subscripció a missatges entre dispositius de manera eficient i lleugera. Aquesta comunicació es gestiona a través del broker AWS IoT, una plataforma segura i escalable que facilita la connexió i la gestió de milions de dispositius IoT, assegurant una comunicació ràpid, fiable i amb un alt nivell de seguretat. Les funcionalitats principals inclouen el check-in i check-out automàtic, la personalització de l ambient de l habitació, la gestió de serveis com el restaurant o l spa, les notificacions i alertes de l hotel, la gestió del personal de neteja i la monitorització del consum de recursos, amb incentius per als clients que adopten un ús responsable d aquests. En resum, aquest projecte ofereix una solució IoT aplicada al sector hoteler, demostrant com la tecnologia pot transformar i millorar tant l experiència del client com l eficiència operativa de l hotel, a més d incentivar la sostenibilitat a través d ofertes personalitzades. [EN] The Internet of Things (IoT) is increasingly present in our daily activities, aimed at enhancing our experience in them. Thus, the objective of this Master s Thesis (TFM) is the development of IoT solutions to provide smart services in the hotel industry, with the goal of improving guest experiences and optimizing hotel operations. Through the implementation of smart devices, such as light bulbs, air conditioning units, water and electricity consumption sensors, and smoke detectors, a system is proposed that can monitor and manage the room environment more efficiently, as well as the overall management of hotel services and resources. The system includes a REST API that ensures smooth communication between the frontend, backend, and system components, as well as the simulation of guest interactions through a web application. Additionally, to guarantee real-time communication between smart devices, the MQTT protocol (Message Queuing Telemetry Transport) is used, which allows for efficient and lightweight message publishing and subscribing between devices. This communication is managed via the AWS IoT broker, a secure and scalable platform that facilitates the connection and management of millions of IoT devices, ensuring fast, reliable, and highly secure communication. The main functionalities include automatic check-in and check-out, room environment personalization, service management such as restaurant or spa bookings, hotel notifications and alerts, housekeeping management, and resource consumption monitoring, with incentives for guests who adopt responsible usage of these resources. In summary, this project offers an IoT solution applied to the hotel industry, demonstrating how technology can transform and improve both the customer experience and the operational efficiency of the hotel, while also encouraging sustainability through personalized offers.

    [ES] Este trabajo de fin de grado consiste en la domotización de varias estancias de una vivienda, con el objetivo de mejorar la vida de los usuarios, así como de contribuir al ahorro energético. Se ha realizado un estudio de posibles automatizaciones tanto para el interior como para el exterior de una vivienda, las cuales serán plasmadas en una maqueta realizada con una impresora 3D. Para captar los parámetros del entorno físico se implementará un sistema de sensores, que mediante una plataforma de creación electrónica de código abierto (ESP32) se conectarán con los actuadores. A su vez, como alternativa al uso de sistemas convencionales de calefacción y refrigeración, el prototipo constará de un sistema pasivo que contribuirá tanto en la eficiencia energética de la vivienda como en el bienestar de sus residentes.     Authors: Baldoyra Puig, Clara;

    El present projecte presenta diversos estudis d’alternatives per analitzar la implantació d’un Parc Solar Fotovoltaic (PSFV) per alimentar la dessaladora de Bajo Almanzora (Almeria). En concret, s’analitzen la potència pic, les tecnologies disponibles al mercat, les possibles ubicaci- ons de la planta i el dimensionament del parc solar fotovoltaic. Primerament, s’ha dut a terme un estudi de la potència pic pel PSFV. El criteri definitiu per determinar la potència pic ha estat un percentatge d’autoconsum del 35%, obtingut amb una potència de 16,5 MWp. Tot seguit, s’han estudiat les diferents tecnologies dels components del PSFV disponibles al mercat per tal d’optimitzar les característiques del parc. S’han determinat la tipologia de pa- nells solars, inversors, estructures fotovoltaiques i la idoneïtat de l’ús de Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). Aquest estudi s’ha realitzat a partir de dades tècniques, econòmiques, ambi- entals i un dimensionament amb l’eina PVsyst. L’anàlisi s’ha efectuat mitjançant un sistema d’elecció multicriteri. Com a conclusió d’aquest estudi, s’ha decidit utilitzar panells bifacials monocristal·lins, estructures de seguidors d’un eix, inversors de strings i no s’utilitzaran BESS. A continuació, s’ha determinat tres possibles alternatives d’ubicació i línies d’evacuació del PSFV al voltant de la dessaladora. A partir d’una anàlisi d’elecció multicriteri mitjançant la metodologia PRES, s’ha determinat la ubicació òptima. Totes tres alternatives resulten viables, però l’alternativa 3 es considera la més adequada segons els criteris establerts. Un cop determinada la ubicació, s’ha realitzat un dimensionament del PSFV amb models comer- cials i s’ha fet una simulació amb l’eina PVsyst. El parc dimensionat consta de 27.072 panells, 383 seguidors (219 de 96 panells, 88 de 48 panells i 76 de 24 panells) i 47 inversors. A més, s’ha realitzat una implantació en les diferents parcel·les de l’alternativa 3 a partir de l’eina AutoCAD. Després s’ha realitzat un estudi econòmic i de viabilitat on s’ha estimat el pressupost del projecte i s’ha comparat el preu de compra del mercat amb el preu de la producció de l’energia a partir del PSFV, obtenint un valor inferior a 50 €/MWh corresponent al preu de mercat. Finalment, la planificació i el pressupost, l’impacte ambiental i l’estudi social i de gènere con- clouen el projecte.

    Treball Final de Màster Universitari en Professor/a d'Educació Secundària Obligatòria i Batxillerat, Formació Professional i Ensenyaments d'Idiomes. Codi SAP809. Curs: 2019/2020 En aquest projecte es desenvolupa un Treball de Final de “Màster de Professor/a d’Educació Secundària i Obligatòria i Batxillerat, Formació Professional i Ensenyament d’Idiomes”, dins de l’especialitat d’Arts Plàstiques. El seu títol és “Creació artística a l’aula de secundària a través de la conscienciació ambiental”. El treball s’emmarca en la modalitat de Planificació i/o programació curricular, i té com a objectiu el disseny d’una programació didàctica corresponent a un trimestre de l’assignatura Educació Plàstica Visual i Audiovisual, per als alumnes de 4t d’ESO. S’han tingut en compte les directrius que marca la vigent llei d’educació, la LOMQE definits en el Reial Decret 1105/2014. Les 3 unitats didàctiques que es desenvolupen tenen com a fil conductor el cuidat del medi ambient des de l’aula de plàstica, el qual s’introdueix amb activitats dinàmiques i metodologies actives principalment. Els continguts tractats s’engloben en el bloc I (Expressió plàstica), el bloc III (Fonaments del disseny) i el bloc IV (Llenguatge audiovisual i multimèdia). Amb aquest treball final de màster pretenem que els alumnes tinguen una visió més real del que ocorre al seu voltant, que reflexionen i que proposen solucions d’una manera artística. Es tractarà des de tres disciplines distintes, per a fer-los veure i que ells i elles també demostren, que no sols reutilitzant materials pots crear consciència. En la primera unitat didàctica realitzaran un retrat d’un company amb materials sostenibles i/o reutilitzables. En la segona dissenyaran un cartell on hauran de reflectir la necessitat de tindre cura del medi ambient. En l’última realitzaran un vídeo on es denuncie les males accions de la societat enfront del medi ambient i possibles millores o solucions. This project corresponds to the master’s thesis of “Teacher of Secondary and Compulsory Education (ESO) and Baccalaureate, Vocational Training and Language Teaching”, within the specialization in Plastic Arts. Its title is “Artistic creation in the secondary school classroom through environmental awarness”. This study is framed in the modality of Planning and/or curricular programming. The purpose of the study is to design an academic program corresponding to a trimester of the subject “Visual and Audiovisual Plastic Education” for 4th-grade ESO students. Guidelines of the current Spanish education law, LOMCE, defined in Royal Decree 1105/2014, have been taken into account. The main objective of the three didactic units developed is to take care of the environment from the plastic course, which is mainly conducted with dynamic activities and active methodologies. The covered contents are included in block I (Plastic Expression), block III (Foundations of Design), and block IV (Audiovisual and Multimedia Language). The study aims to help students better understand environmental care and reflect and propose solutions in an artistic way. Three different disciplines will be applied to show the students that reusing material is not the only way to raise awareness. In the first didactic unit, they are to make a portrait of a peer by using sustainable and/or reusable materials. In the second unit, they are to design a poster where the need to take care of the environment is reflected. In the last unit, they will make a video documenting society’s wrong actions towards the environment while offering possible improvements or solutions.

    Authors: López Ruiz, Alba;
