Motiviert durch ein Anwendungsbeispiel wird die Komfortzone für mobile, kinematisch redundante Manipulatoren definiert. Die Lage und Orientierung der Basis des Manipulators und die Gelenkwinkel werden so gewählt, dass ausgesuchte Zielfunktionen minimal werden. Diese Zielfunktionen werden aus bekannten Maßen wie kartesische Geschwindigkeit, Kraft und Steifigkeit abgeleitet. Sie werden abhängig von den Parametern der Basis und den Gelenkwinkeln des Manipulators bestimmt, wobei nur ein Unterraum an möglichen Konfigurationen aufgrund der vorgegebenen Lage und Orientierung des Endeffektors (EE) für die Optimierung frei wählbar ist. Es werden im Sinne der multikriteriellen Optimierung Pareto-Fronten errechnet, welche durch vordefinierte Grenzen (z.B. minimale erreichbare Kraft oder minimale erreichbare Geschwindigkeit) begrenzt werden. Motivated by an application example, the comfort zone for mobile kinematically redundant manipulators is defined. The position and orientation of the mobile platform (=base of the manipulator) and the joint angles are selected in such a way that selected target functions are minimized. These objective functions are derived from known measures such as Cartesian velocity, force and stiffness. The objective functions are evaluated depending on the parameters of the base and the joint angles of the manipulator, whereby only a subspace of possible configurations is freely selectable for optimization due to the given position and orientation of the end effector (EE). Pareto-fronts are calculated in the sense of multi-criteria optimization, which are limited by, e.g., minimum achievable force or minimum achievable speed. Um Netto-Null zu erreichen, muss der gesamte Wärmesektor defossiliert und die erneuerbaren Energien erheblich ausgebaut werden. Beides führt zu Herausforderung durch saisonale Bedarfsschwankungen und wetterabhängige erneuerbare Energien. Fernwärme mit thermischen Langzeitspeichern (LTES), die mit Überschussstrom geladen werden, könnten erheblich zur Defossilisierung von Wärme beitragen und würden die Notwendigkeit von Spitzenlastanlagen und Ausgleichseingriffen verringern. Das Heat Balance Projekt hat dieses Konzept unter ökologischen, technischen und regulatorischen Gesichtspunkten für ein Campusnetzwerk der University of Edinburgh untersucht. Das Konzept kann zuverlässige Wärmeenergie für Fernwärmenetze zu reduzierten Betriebskosten und mit geringeren Emissionen bereitstellen, während gleichzeitig ein großer Anteil dieser Energie aus ansonsten abgeregelter Windenergie bereitgestellt wird.

Der Wirkungspfadansatz erlaubt es, bei der Bewertung von Stromerzeugungstechnologien nicht nur die Stromerzeugungskosten, sondern auch externe Effekte, insbesondere Umweltbelastungen zu berücksichtigen. Die ganzheitliche Bewertung berücksichtigt die drei Ziele: • Reduktion der Folgen des Klimawandels durch Treibhausgasemissionen, • Reduktion der Gesundheitsrisiken und Umweltschäden durch Umwelteinwirkungen, • geringe Stromgestehungskosten im Energiemix. Zu diesem Zweck wird der gesamte Lebenszyklus der Technologien berücksichtigt, und somit werden auch Emissionen und Kosten berücksichtigt, die außerhalb von Deutschland entstehen. Es gibt Sachbilanzen zu Emissionen durch die Herstellung und den Betrieb der Technologien, aber auch durch die vor- und nachgelagerten Prozesse. Da der Vergleich der Emissionen zu keinen eindeutigen Aussagen führt, müssen diese Daten bewertet werden. Dies ist durch die Berechnung von Schäden und der anschließenden monetären Bewertung der Schäden möglich. Die Ziele der Arbeit lassen sich in drei Teile unterteilen: • methodische Weiterentwicklung des Wirkungspfadansatzes, • die Anwendung der Methodik zur Berechnung der externen und sozialen Kosten von Stromerzeugungstechnologien, die im Jahr 2030 neu installiert werden, • die Einordnung der Ergebnisse in den Kontext der nachhaltigen Entwicklung. Die Verbesserungen der Methodik umfassen insbesondere: • die integrierte Bewertung von Klimawandel und Luftschadstoffen, • die Verwendung eines neuen regionalen Ausbreitungsmodells für Luftschadstoffe: o verbesserte Bewertung der sekundären Schadstoffe Ozon und anorganische Aerosole o räumliche Ausdehnung der Modellierung von Luftschadstoffen auf die nördliche Hemisphäre o Verwendung verschiedener Hintergrundemissionsszenarien o Anwendung verschiedener meteorologischer Jahre o Implementierung eines „Generators lokaler meteorologischer Daten“ für die lokale Ausbreitungsmodellierung • eine Bewertung der Auswirkungen auf Ökosysteme und Biodiversität, • die Verwendung eines globalen Ausbreitungsmodells für Luftschadstoffe, • die Implementierung der Bewertung von toxischen Stoffen und Radionukliden, • die Berücksichtigung der Zeitabhängigkeit der monetären Bewertung, • die Bewertung von schweren Unfälle und Risikoaversion, • die Berücksichtigung von Backup-Kosten, • eine Einschätzung der sozialen Kosten von „Power-to-Gas“. Mit der verbesserten Methodik werden externe und soziale Kosten verschiedener Stromerzeugungstechnologien berechnet. Die Ergebnisse und das Wissen über externe Kosten können zur Unterstützung der Entscheidungsprozesse bei Investitionen in verschiedene Stromtechnologien genutzt werden. Es wurden Daten für neue, erst in der Zukunft verfügbare Technologien ausgewertet. Im Mittelpunkt steht die Stromerzeugung für die Inbetriebnahme im Jahr 2030. Ergebnisse: Photovoltaik (PV), Windenergie, Wasserkraftwerke und Kernkraft in Form eines EPR weisen die geringsten sozialen Kosten auf. PV und Wind benötigen dabei Backup-Systeme zur Bereitstellung von Strom, wenn die Sonne nicht scheint und der Wind nicht weht. Deren Kosten sind in den sozialen Kosten mit enthalten. Auch Braunkohlekraftwerke mit Abscheidung und Speicherung von Kohlendioxid, sogenanntes „Carbon Capture and Storage“ (CCS) haben noch relativ geringe soziale Kosten. Zu beachten ist, dass Deutschland bis 2038 aus der Kohle und schon bis 2022 aus der Kernenergie austeigen will und, dass CCS bisher nicht akzeptiert wird. Somit können die entsprechenden Technologien nur im Ausland betrieben werden. Mit der in dieser Arbeit entwickelten methodischen Verbesserungen und Erweiterungen konnten neue, genauere soziale Kosten von Stromerzeugungstechniken berechnet werden. Die ermittelten Ergebnisse können zur Unterstützung von Entscheidungen zur Gestaltung des zukünftigen Stromerzeugungssystems im Rahmen der Energiewende herangezogen werden.

In diesem Beitrag werden die Auswirkungen der EEG-Novellierung auf die Landwirtschaft mit Hilfe des regionalen Agrarsektormodells RAUMIS und des Standortmodells ReSI-M im Jahr 2020 untersucht. Nach den Modellanalysen führt die Gewährung des Gülle- Bonus’ gegenüber einer Referenzsituation mit dem EEG 2004 einerseits zu der gewollten Zunahme der Gülleverwendung in der Biogaserzeugung. Andererseits resultieren auch deutlich höhere Energiemaispreise, die eine nochmalige Ausweitung des Energiemaisanbaus auf rund 2 Mio. ha induzieren. Um negative Folgeeffekte einer drastischen Ausdehnung des NawaRo- Anbaus zu vermeiden, ist die Ausgestaltung des Güllebonus beispielsweise dahingehend anzupassen, dass nur der auf Gülle einfallende Strom eine Bonusvergütung erhält. Τα στοιχεία περιλαμβάνουν τις αποδόσεις των αιολικών πάρκων που υπολογίζονται στη γερμανική επικράτεια και την αποκλειστική οικονομική ζώνη (ΑΟΖ) και τις σχετικές συνθήκες αιολικής ενέργειας βάσει της παραδοχής επέκτασης της υπεράκτιας αιολικής ενέργειας που ορίζεται σε διαφορετικά σενάρια. Rüther, Nils in OpenAIREDer vorliegende Beitrag befasst sich mit dem ganzheitlichen Planungsprozess für einen der Demostandorte innerhalb des Hydro4U Projekts, dem At-Bashy-Kleinwasserkraftwerk in Kirgisistan. Das Kleinwasserkraftwerk wird an einem bestehenden Wehr geplant, welches derzeit zur Bewässerungsausleitung genutzt wird. Hydrologische Modelle wurden verwendet um den Referenzzustand des Einzugsgebietes darzustellen, sowie um Aussagen über die klimatologische Entwicklung und die verfügbaren Wasserressourcen in der Zukunft treffen zu können. Zusätzlich wurden Befischungen durchgeführt, um Kenntnissen über die vorherrschende Fischfauna zu gewinnen und dies als Grundlage für die Planung der Fischaufstiegsanlage zu verwenden. Structure from Motion (SfM) wurde als Methodik angewandt, um detaillierte Gelände- und Bauwerksinformationen zu erhalten, die die Planung der Kraftwerkskomponenten in Verbindung mit dem bestehenden Bauwerk unterstützt. Basierend auf diesen Informationen wird an diesem Standort ein Kleinwasserkraftwerk bestehend aus zwei Modulen mit einer Nennleistung von 1,2 MW gebaut.
