  • Рассмотрены вопросы энергосбережения – важнейшей технической, экономической и экологической проблемы. Снижение энергозатрат возможно как за счет рационального использования традиционных источников топлива, так и за счет использования отходов угольной промышленности, в качестве топлива на энергоустановках. ; The issues of energy saving, the most important technical, economic and environmental problem, are considered. Reducing energy costs is possible both due to the rational use of traditional sources of fuel and through the use of waste coal industry as a fuel in power plants.

    В работе приведена классификация рисков, которые могут возникнуть в процессе работы предприятий энергетической отрасли. Для анализа использован метод анализа сетей, разработанный Т. Саати. Метод позволяет определить, какая из стратегий является приоритетной в общем процессе оценки рисков, а также, какая стратегия наиболее приемлема для группы и отдельных рисков. Проведен анализ рисков по трем стратегиям: принятие, перенос и уменьшение риска. У роботі наведено класифікацію ризиків, які можуть виникнути в процесі роботи підприємств енергетичної галузі. Для аналізу використано метод аналізу мереж, розроблений Т. Сааті. Метод дозволяє визначити, яка із стратегій є пріоритетною в загальному процесі оцінки ризиків, а також, яка стратегія найбільш прийнятна для групи і окремих ризиків. Проведено аналіз ризиків за трьома стратегіям: прийняття, перенесення і зменшення ризику. The aim of this work is to identify and evaluate a set of risk groups and subgroups that may occur in energy industry. This article provides a classification of risks that may occur in renewable energy. Risk analysis made by using the Analytic Network Process (ANP) and corresponding software Super Decisions, developed by T. Saaty. The method allows to determine what strategy has more priority in the overall process of the risk assessment, and which strategy is most appropriate for the group or certain risks. The risk assessment made by using the following strategies: to reduce risks, to transfer risks, and to undertake risks. Nine group of risks in renewable energy production were analyzed: personnel, operational, property, environmental, legislative, financial, market, strategic and political risks.

    The article shows the advantages of using modern electronic learning tools in the training of specialists for the mineral and raw materials complex and considers the basic principles of organizing training using these tools. The experience of using electronic learning tools using foreign teaching materials and involving foreign professors is described. A special attention is given to the electronic learning environment of the Cisco Networking Academy Cisco NetAcad. The experience of teaching at the Networking Academy of the Saint-Petersburg Mining University is described. Details are given to modern virtual environments for laboratory work, such as Cisco Packet Tracer, GNS3 and Emulated Virtual Environment. The experience of using electronic learning technologies at the University of Economics of Bratislava is considered. It actively cooperates with a number of universities of other countries, such as the University of International Business (Almaty), the Eurasian National University named after LN Gumilyov (Astana) and the Institute of Social and Humanitarian Knowledge (Kazan). В статье показаны преимущества использования современных средств электронного обучения при подготовке специалистов для минерально-сырьевого комплекса и рассмотрены основные принципы организации обучения с использованием этих средств. Описывается опыт использования средств электронного обучения с использованием зарубежных учебно-методических материалов и привлечением иностранных профессоров. Особое внимание уделяется рассмотрению среды электронного обучения Сетевой академии Cisco Cisco NetAcad. Описывается опыт преподавания в Сетевой академии Санкт-Петербургского горного университета. Подробно рассматриваются современные виртуальные среды для проведения лабораторных работ, такие как Cisco Packet Tracer, GNS3 и Emulated Virtual Environment. Рассмотрен опыт использования технологий электронного обучения в Экономическом университете Братиславы, который активно сотрудничает с рядом университетов других стран, таких как Университет международного бизнеса (Алматы), Евразийский национальный университет имени Л.Н.Гумилева (Астана) и Институт социальных и гуманитарных знаний (Казань). №4 (226) (2017)

  • На основании анализа ситуации, сложившейся в процессе реализации программы развития энергетики в РФ, можно сделать вывод: несмотря на то, что правотворческая деятельность является одной из основных мер и форм, обеспечивающих экологические права граждан, поскольку создает правовую возможность их реализации и предоставляет определенные гарантии в случае нарушения, закрепление в правовых актах, даже имеющих высшую юридическую силу и определяющих стратегию развития государства и главнейшие из принципов его функционирования, не обеспечивает реального соблюдения декларированных прав.

  • Приведены результаты анализа влияния тока нагрузки тяговых электромашин при их испытании на нагрев на общий расход электроэнергии на испытания. Показано, что увеличение тока нагрузки при испытании на нагрев позволяет существенно снизить расход электроэнергии, а также уменьшить время испытания без снижения его качества. ; The results of the analysis of the effect of the load current of traction electric machines when tested for heating on the total electricity consumption for the test are presented. It is shown that increase of load current at the heating test permits to significantly reduce the consumption of electrical energy, and reduce the testing time without reducing its quality.

  • В статье рассмотрены подходы к моделированию производства, распределения и поставок электроэнергии в энергосистеме Украины в условиях энергорынка. Рассматриваются особенности электроэнергии как товара и, как следствие этих особенностей, отмечается дисбаланс между поставками и потреблением электроэнергии. Обосновывается возникновение задачи согласования объемов производства и поставок с установленным уровнем спроса, подверженным динамическим изменениям, в условиях дефицита ресурсов. Учитывается, что электроэнергия поступает потребителям через промежуточные узлы – гидроаккумулирующие станции. Авторами предлагается сведение задачи нахождения оптимального плана передачи электроэнергии из пунктов производства в пункты потребления при минимизации транспортных расходов к многомерной транспортной задаче с промежуточными узлами. В статье формулируется математическая модель этой задачи, приводятся алгоритмы её решения, а также рассматривается практический пример применения предлагаемого подхода и приводится анализ полученных результатов. ; The article considers approaches to modelling production, distribution and supply of electric energy in the energy system of Ukraine under conditions of the energy market. It considers specific features of electric energy as a commodity and, as a consequence of these specific features, a disbalance between supply and consumption of electric energy. It justifies appearance of the task of co-ordination of volumes of production and supply with the established level of demand, subject to dynamic changes, under conditions of deficit of resources. It takes into account that electric energy is delivered to consumers through intermediary nodes – pumped-storage plants. The authors propose to reduce the task of finding an optimal plan of transmission of electric energy from points of production to points of consumption with minimisation of transportation expenditures to a multi-dimensional transportation task with intermediary nodes. The article formulates a mathematical model of this task, provides algorithms of its solution and considers a practical example of application of the proposed approach and provides analysis of the obtained results.

Описывается опыт использования средств электронного обучения с использованием зарубежных учебно-методических материалов и привлечением иностранных профессоров. Особое внимание уделяется рассмотрению среды электронного обучения Сетевой академии Cisco Cisco NetAcad. Описывается опыт преподавания в Сетевой академии Санкт-Петербургского горного университета. Подробно рассматриваются современные виртуальные среды для проведения лабораторных работ, такие как Cisco Packet Tracer, GNS3 и Emulated Virtual Environment. Рассмотрен опыт использования технологий электронного обучения в Экономическом университете Братиславы, который активно сотрудничает с рядом университетов других стран, таких как Университет международного бизнеса (Алматы), Евразийский национальный университет имени Л.Н.Гумилева (Астана) и Институт социальных и гуманитарных знаний (Казань). №4 (226) (2017)

  • На основании анализа ситуации, сложившейся в процессе реализации программы развития энергетики в РФ, можно сделать вывод: несмотря на то, что правотворческая деятельность является одной из основных мер и форм, обеспечивающих экологические права граждан, поскольку создает правовую возможность их реализации и предоставляет определенные гарантии в случае нарушения, закрепление в правовых актах, даже имеющих высшую юридическую силу и определяющих стратегию развития государства и главнейшие из принципов его функционирования, не обеспечивает реального соблюдения декларированных прав.

  • Приведены результаты анализа влияния тока нагрузки тяговых электромашин при их испытании на нагрев на общий расход электроэнергии на испытания. Показано, что увеличение тока нагрузки при испытании на нагрев позволяет существенно снизить расход электроэнергии, а также уменьшить время испытания без снижения его качества. ; The results of the analysis of the effect of the load current of traction electric machines when tested for heating on the total electricity consumption for the test are presented. It is shown that increase of load current at the heating test permits to significantly reduce the consumption of electrical energy, and reduce the testing time without reducing its quality.

  • В статье рассмотрены подходы к моделированию производства, распределения и поставок электроэнергии в энергосистеме Украины в условиях энергорынка. Рассматриваются особенности электроэнергии как товара и, как следствие этих особенностей, отмечается дисбаланс между поставками и потреблением электроэнергии. Обосновывается возникновение задачи согласования объемов производства и поставок с установленным уровнем спроса, подверженным динамическим изменениям, в условиях дефицита ресурсов. Учитывается, что электроэнергия поступает потребителям через промежуточные узлы – гидроаккумулирующие станции. Авторами предлагается сведение задачи нахождения оптимального плана передачи электроэнергии из пунктов производства в пункты потребления при минимизации транспортных расходов к многомерной транспортной задаче с промежуточными узлами. В статье формулируется математическая модель этой задачи, приводятся алгоритмы её решения, а также рассматривается практический пример применения предлагаемого подхода и приводится анализ полученных результатов. ; The article considers approaches to modelling production, distribution and supply of electric energy in the energy system of Ukraine under conditions of the energy market. It considers specific features of electric energy as a commodity and, as a consequence of these specific features, a disbalance between supply and consumption of electric energy. It justifies appearance of the task of co-ordination of volumes of production and supply with the established level of demand, subject to dynamic changes, under conditions of deficit of resources. It takes into account that electric energy is delivered to consumers through intermediary nodes – pumped-storage plants. The authors propose to reduce the task of finding an optimal plan of transmission of electric energy from points of production to points of consumption with minimisation of transportation expenditures to a multi-dimensional transportation task with intermediary nodes. The article formulates a mathematical model of this task, provides algorithms of its solution and considers a practical example of application of the proposed approach and provides analysis of the obtained results.
