description Publicationkeyboard_double_arrow_right Article 2023Publisher:EDP Sciences Authors: Ovchinnikova Svetlana; Schneider Elena; Lyamina Alla;Buildings and structures are erected on the foundation of ground or arranged in the soil column, and the subsoil can also be used as a building material. Its stability, durability, reliability and appropriate operation are determined not only by the structural qualities of the structure, but also by the properties of the foundation soil itself and the conditions of interaction between the structure and the foundation. Insufficiently studied engineering and geological conditions at the construction site, poorly designed bases and foundations, failure to considerably increase the weight of the building during its reconstruction or technical re-equipment, when erecting new buildings near the existing buildings, often cause their unacceptable deformations which can cause damage and sometimes even complete destruction of the erected buildings. The improvement of design and technological solutions in the field of foundations and foundations will result in saving both labor and material resources, and will reduce the construction period. This paper studies the properties of unstable soils, various difficulties in the design and construction of buildings and structures in special soil conditions with unstable structural relationships, the analysis of a variety of methods to strengthen the foundation soils and ways to combat deformations of buildings and structures.

An indispensable condition for the development of modern industry is the creation and use of information and knowledge. Industrial modernization requires an organizational and economic mechanism for resource management. When solving the problems of improving and technological development of production systems of industrial enterprises or business groups, a method for selecting a strategy for managing corporate information resources was developed. It is based on the consequences of economic monitoring of the state of the production system, which provides for the primary processing and assessment of the reliability of the results, creation of alternative predictive scenarios for changes in the state of the external and internal environment of the production system, expression of strategic goals and objectives of modernization, development of target criteria for achieving the results of modernization, alternative competing strategies for information and knowledge management, checking competing strategies against the target criterion, choosing a strategy to be applied in the improvement process. The transition to promising paths is permissible only under the condition of intensive modernization of industrial enterprises, carried out on the basis of those technical and economic decisions that will lead to the development and use of the latest NBIC technologies.

Lyamina; Svetlana Ovchinnikova; A. Yu Kalinichenko;Abstract The construction industry has a significant impact on our environment. When erecting buildings and structures, building materials, energy, water and other resources, the production of which violates the ecological balance, are used. The construction process itself has also negative effect on environment and the nearby objects with noise, vibration exposure, waste incineration, groundwater and soil pollution in general. However, the time period required for the construction of the building is insignificant compared to the period of operation. Experts estimate the service life of modern monolithic buildings at 125 - 150 years, and in some cases this index reaches 300 years. During this time, a new problem arises - the ecological balance violation: insufficient insolation, changes in natural wind flows, hydrogeology, vegetation reduction, soil and vegetation layer pollution, air masses stagnation, etc. All this creates the prerequisites for the creation of special environmental protection measures aimed at maintaining ecological balance. Thus, at each stage of the life cycle of a building, it is necessary to carry out the measures to protect the environment and minimize harmful effects on the environment. Today the prerequisites for the green building development are being laid in Russia. The main idea is to reduce energy intensity and increase energy efficiency in construction.

Zakirova; I.G. Nikitenko; G.S. Klychova; A.M. Zakirov;Crop farming is one of the most important branches of agriculture that ensures the food security of the country. For crop farming development, it is necessary to solve the problems of reducing the quantity and quality of the resulting crop due to insufficient nutrition and care, untimely harvesting and improper storage. To increase the efficiency and sustainability of the industry, it is necessary to digitalize both the production systems and decision-making processes at all levels of management. The study considers the stages of a digital crop management system: accounting for acreage with an electronic field map; organization of crop rotation taking into account organizational, soil-climatic and economic aspects of production; monitoring of technological operations; control of agricultural machinery with the formation of primary documents for accounting for completed works; maintaining a subsystem of material resources using the technic of precision farming; filling in technological maps and accounting for actually completed works with a list of works, the composition of agricultural aggregates, the timing of operations, production rates and fuel consumption, the need for seeds, fertilizers, plant protection products, and the cost of resources. The increased attention to the problem of digital agriculture on the part of the state and the highly competitive environment promote the use of new technological mechanisms and methods of work by agricultural producers, which are based on the use of Internet technologies, satellite navigation, robotics, sensors and sensors, and unmanned vehicles. Digitalization of agricultural processes allows increasing crop productivity, the efficiency of using material resources, equipment and human potential.

Accurately recognizing the influence of excavation disturbance on the traversing cross-type deep foundation pit of the subway, determining the active range of the disturbance, and reasonably arranging the structure within its range can effectively ensure the safety of the project and save resources to achieve the goal of sustainable development. A three-dimensional model was established using the soil small strain hardening model to examine the subway deep foundation pit project in the CBD (central business district) core area of Fuzhou Coastal New City, where the soil is mainly soft soil with high natural water content, high compressibility, and weak permeability. The model was verified against the theoretical solution of Melan, and the deformation characteristics of the cross-asymmetric foundation pit excavation were analyzed. The results show that, due to repeated disturbance from excavation and unloading between the foundation pits, the soil arching effect, and changes in the boundary conditions, the structure at the intersection and the surrounding soil interact. The horizontal displacement of the retaining structure and the surrounding surface settlement are quite different from those observed from a single foundation pit excavation. For instance, the maximum horizontal displacement of profile 1-3 in Zone I decreases by 26.1%, while the maximum horizontal displacement of profile 1-1 in Zone II increases by 20.4%, and the maximum surface settlement around the profiles also has similar characteristics. The disturbance on the retaining structure and soil in different areas at the intersection can be divided into positive and negative effects. The active range of the “disturbance influence zone” is determined: the foundation pit of Metro Line 6 is 3.5 He and the foundation pit of Metro Line F1 is 3.0 He. Finally, the influence of changes in the groundwater level on the active range of the “disturbance influence zone” is discussed.
