    The errors between the design parameters and experiment data of the power transformer in idle mode can reach 15-20% or more, because engineering techniques do not take into account in full all factors. Therefore, the aim of the work is to develop improved circuit models, which are interconnected with spatial electromagnetic field models. These models consider the active part design of the transformer, the hysteresis of the nonlinear magnetic properties of electrical steel, asymmetry and non-sinusoidal phase-to-phase currents and provide high accuracy determination of rated idling parameters of transformer. To research the idle mode of transformer, the circuit models were conjugated with 3D and 2D magnetic field models. Their numerical implementation was carried out by means of finite element method on the example of a three-phase power transformer (10 kVA, 380/220 V). The reduction of the computational time was performed by doubling cancellation of the volume of 3D three-phase transformer domain and the conformal transition to the 2D geometric domain. Determination of the effective magnetic characteristics of electrical steel according to single-phase idling experiment data, allows to take into account the combined effect of hysteresis and eddy currents, design and technological factors on the specific losses and magnetization power. This ensures high accuracy of the description of the interrelation between magnetic flux density and magnetic field strength, reducing of current error and relative errors in the calculation of idling losses up to 1.41% and 1.2% for the 3D model and up to 5.18% and 3.2% for the 2D model.

    Our article focuses on the essence, characteristics, and the structure of the labor potential of the region as well as its role in socio-economic development, territorial and environmental characteristics of labor resources and mechanisms for the reproduction of labor potential. Our results are based on a conceptual and methodological review of foreign and domestic sources. Perspective directions of labor resources research manifest such common features as the assessment of migration risks, the influence of globalization factors, forecasting the dependence of labor productivity at the regional level on market factors, climatic conditions, insurance mechanisms, and other factors. We conclude that research activity directed at human resources of the regions and their qualitative and quantitative properties is extremely high. Moreover, we note a high level of interest of scientists to the problem of labor potential at the micro, meso and macro level in Russian Federation. Our paper pays special attention to the analysis of existing approaches to methods for assessing the labor potential of the region, as proposed by Russian researchers and applied in the Russian Federation. Moreover, it considers the features of the main methodological approaches, studies their classification, as well as the technology of evaluation depending on the research tasks and objectives. We describe the method used for measuring the labor potential of a region on the basis of the index method which allows us to take into account its specific conditions of its reproduction and use at the regional level, as well as to conduct reasonable comparative assessments. In addition, we present our own calculations carried out on the basis of the proposed method and employing the state and the level of development of labor potential in the North Caucasus and Southern Caucasus federal districts, as well as in the Russian Federation as a whole.

    The article reviews the transverse magnetic flux machine designs. The work aim was the analysis of the transverse magnetic flux generator with a disk rotor, the stator poles optimal number selection and the resistance torque reducing. This resistance torque was created by one-sided magnetic attraction force from the permanent magnets on the rotor and it hasn’t been considered previously, which is a novelty of this work. The ways to increase the electromotive force in the generator are also considered. The main work goal was obtained by magnetic system analysis of generator using Ansys Maxwell software and disk rotor strength analysis using ASCON Компас-3D software. It is concluded that the magnetic reversal frequency of the stator cores depends on the number of permanent magnets on the rotor. The dependence of the magnetic induction average value in the U-shaped stator core on their number was obtained during the magnetic analysis. The disk rotor strength simulation allowed getting the maximum possible bend of the disk rotor under the influence of the one-sided magnetic attraction force. The neodymium permanent magnets help to improve generator efficiency and to decrease its mass-dimensional indicators. It was proposed to use an uneven permanent magnets distribution on the rotor in the transverse magnetic flux generator to reduce the resistance torque of the disk rotor. The permanent magnets attraction force that interacts with stator steel poles was considered. The dependence of magnetic attraction force of the permanent magnets on the air gap size of the generator has been obtained.

The purpose of the study was to collect information about the sources of atmospheric air pollution in the city of Bishkek. The following tasks were solved: identification of the main sources of pollution as they affect the atmosphere of the city. As methods for collecting information, data from Kyrgyzhydromet and Internet sources on the state of atmospheric air were used with an accurate indication of the location of the sensors. A map of the city was used, which shows in color digital readings from each sensor. The analysis of the map made it possible to understand the state of polluted air in certain parts of it. In writing the article, air condition diagrams for the last 3 years were used. And also the article suggests ways out of the current situation with solving the problems of air pollution in the city. It is necessary: to examine the quality of coal burned by residents of the private sector and CHP; apply the enrichment of Kara-Kechinsky low calorie brown coal by briquetting with the use of additives; conduct a mass check of the availability of car catalysts in Bishkek. Apply high fines to drivers for their absence; prohibit cars from entering the city without catalysts, restore the public transport system, remove minibuses from the city; continue greening the city and strengthen control over the survival of trees; check baths, saunas for burning solid waste and tires, install surveillance cameras there; seek subsidies for the introduction of gas heating in residential areas of Bishkek; gradually transfer the CHPP to the use of gas fuel; stop the chaotic development of the city, when building new buildings in Bishkek, take into account their energy efficiency, as well as the wind rose; conduct explanatory work with residents of the private sector and housing estates about the negative impact of burning household waste on air quality and public health; conduct explanatory work with the population about the thermal insulation of premises; reclamation of the existing city dump and its transfer to the farthest possible distance from the city, accelerating the construction of a waste processing plant. Целью исследования был сбор информации об источниках атмосферного загрязнения воздуха в городе Бишкек. Решались следующие задачи: выявление основных источников загрязнения по мере воздействия на атмосферу города. В качестве методов для сбора информации использовались данные Кыргызгидромета и источники интернета по состоянию атмосферного воздуха с точным указанием расположения датчиков. Использовалась карта города, на которой в цвете изображены цифровые данные о показаниях с каждого датчика. Проведенный анализ карты позволяет понимать состояние загрязненного воздуха в определенных его частях. В написании статьи использовались диаграммы состояния воздуха за последние 3 года. А также в статье предложены пути выхода из создавшейся ситуации с решением проблем загрязнения атмосферного воздуха в городе. Необходимо: исследовать на качество угля, сжигаемого жителями частного сектора и ТЭЦ; применить обогащение Кара-Кечинского низкокалорийного бурого угля путем брикетирования с применением добавок; проводить массовую проверку наличия катализаторов автомобилей в Бишкеке. Применять высокие штрафы к водителям за их отсутствие; запретить въезд в город машин без катализаторов, восстановить систему общественного транспорта, убрать маршрутки из города; продолжить озеленение города и усилить контроль за приживаемостью деревьев; провести проверку бань, саун на предмет сжигания твердых бытовых отходов и шин, установить там видеокамеры слежения; изыскать субсидии на внедрение газового отопления в жилмассивах Бишкека; постепенно перевести ТЭЦ на использование газового топлива; прекратить хаотичную застройку города, при строительстве новых зданий в Бишкеке учитывать их энергоэффективность, а также розу ветров; провести разъяснительные работы с жителями частного сектора и жилмассивов о негативном влиянии сжигания бытовых отходов на качество воздуха и здоровье населения; проводить разъяснительные работы с населением о теплоизоляции помещений; рекультивация имеющейся городской свалки и перенос ее на возможно дальнее расстояние от города, ускорение строительства мусороперерабатывающего завода.   • В угольных регионах накоплены миллионы тонн угольных шламов, но в свою очередь, используя отходы в процессе брикетирования, можно существенно экономить энергетические и сырьевые ресурсы, снизить загрязнение окружающей среды, а также создавать новые, эффективные рабочие места и за счет рентабельной работы брикетных производств пополнять местные бюджеты. Отсюда очевидно, что брикетирование отходов полностью отвечает целям реструктуризации хозяйства, в частности, при реструктуризации угольной отрасли имеет смысл создавать брикетные производства для переработки отходов в угольных регионах. Millions of tons of coal sludge have been accumulated in coal regions, but in turn, using waste in the briquetting process, one can significantly save energy and raw materials, reduce environmental pollution, as well as create new, efficient jobs and replenish local budgets. Hence, it is obvious that waste briquetting fully meets the goals of restructuring the economy, in particular, when restructuring the coal industry, it makes sense to create briquettes for processing waste in coal regions.   • The main source of energy in Kyrgyzstan is a hydroelectric power station, the operation of which depends on the volume of water in the Toktogul reservoir. Which, in turn, depends on the environment, in particular, with a cycle of dry years and harsh winters. We cannot resolve this problem. Therefore, the issue of energy conservation and energy consumption culture is important and necessary today. If every inhabitant of our country, regardless of age, uses electricity sparingly, we will preserve the possibility of life on our planet. Therefore, this is a very important and relevant issue for everyone. Которая в свою очередь зависит от окружающей среды, в частности с циклом засушливых лет и суровых зим. Эту проблему мы не можем регулировать. Поэтому вопрос энергосбережения и культура потребления энергии являются на сегодня важным и необходимым. Если каждый житель нашей станы, независимо от возраста, будет экономно расходовать электроэнергию, мы сохраним возможность жизни на нашей планете.     The article examines potential integration of government initiatives in the field of environmental protection and policies aimed at the development of energy sector of the Russian Federation. The analysis, carried out on the basis of national ecological projects and the energy strategy of the Russian Federation, reveals that the two planning areas are practically disjoint. This indicates that integrated approach towards solving the issue of global warming through modification of energy supply and demand patterns, which is dominant in many Western countries, has little political support in Russia. The article concludes that the goal to combat climate change, pronounced by the Russian government, has not been followed through in the factual government plans.

  • Innovations in the nuclear industry are inextricably linked to economic evaluations of new engineering solutions. To improve the economic literacy of students of engineering areas of training at NRNU MEPhI, an innovative course on the economics of digital design and engineering in the nuclear industry has been implemented since 2016. The structure of the interdisciplinary course is modular, which makes it possible to involve in the teaching activity specialists who are most competent in the respective areas of training. To increase the involvement of students, a software and hardware complex has been developed, which provides through the wi-fi classroom system a permanent online contact of the teacher with students. During the lectures, students respond in real time through their gadgets (smartphones, laptops, tablets, etc.) to 5 questions on the materials of each specific lecture, and during the workshops - solve about a dozen problems in the explanations of the teacher also through gadgets. This at the end of each lesson allows the teacher on his laptop not only to have a list of responses of each student to the second, but also to adjust the subsequent sessions to the understanding of certain aspects of the course. The work of students in the network allowed even as a creative task to develop a technological package «Nuclear technology-2035», showing a promising vision of the development of the domestic nuclear industry. In 2016-2020, more than 1400 students of various engineering specialties were trained. Statistical processing of the results of the control of the educational process allows us to make preliminary conclusions about the abilities (giftedness) of students to certain activities described, including in the course materials. Software and hardware complex can be used for other educational programs, which, depending on the subject area of study allows you to form a kind of «digital portrait» of each student Инновации в атомной отрасли неразрывно связаны с экономическими оценками новых инженерных решений. Для повышения экономической грамотности студентов инженерных направлений подготовки в НИЯУ МИФИ разработан и около пяти лет успешно реализуется инновационный междисциплинарный курс «Экономика цифрового проектирования и конструирования в атомной отрасли». Модульная структура курса позволяет привлекать специалистов, наиболее компетентных в соответствующих направлениях подготовки. Для повышения вовлеченности студентов создан программно-технический комплекс, обеспечивающий постоянный интернет-контакт преподавателя со студентами. Студенты в режиме реального времени с помощью своих гаджетов (смартфонов, планшетов и пр.) дают ответы на вопросы в ходе лекций, решают задачи в ходе практикумов. В конце занятия преподаватель имеет ведомость ответов каждого студента с точностью до секунды и может корректировать последующие занятия с учетом понимания тех или иных аспектов курса. Работа студентов в сети позволила даже в качестве творческого задания разработать технологический пакет «Ядерные технологии-2035», показывающий перспективное видение студентами развития отечественной атомной промышленности. В 2016-2020 гг. обучение прошли более 1400 студентов различных инженерных специальностей. Обработка результатов контроля учебного процесса позволяет делать предварительные выводы о способностях (одаренности) студентов к определенным видам деятельности, описанным, в том числе, в материалах курса.     Climate change, combined with exposure to air pollutants, can adversely affect the quality of life of patients with pollinosis. Meteorological factors such as temperature and precipitation can correct the aeropalynological prognosis in different years. With this in mind, the purpose of this article was to study the influence of meteorological factors and pollutants on the dynamics of the pollen content of plants in the air and its modifications associated with climate change. It was established that the temperature increase in the spring in Bishkek favored intensive pollinating of trees and shrubs, and in the fall — of weeds. Precipitation and relative humidity dramatically negatively affected the pollen content, due to fragmentation, the disintegration of native pollen into smaller fragments. Air pollutants influenced both positively (dust, benz–a–pyrene) on the dynamics of the pollen content, and negatively (SO2, NO2, CO). The number of polymorphic, teratomorphic, deformed and fragmented pollen grains, especially of grass and weeds, has increased in the aeropatinological spectrum, which in the future will contribute to the weighting of pollinosis and the development of symptoms of pollen asthma. The obtained results serve as the basis for creating a regional pollen monitoring service, its inclusion in the global network and taking into account the allergenic properties of trees and shrubs when greening cities in the republic.

Авторы в рамках исследования приходят к выводам, что зеленая энергетика приводит к снижению энергоемкости ВВП при одновременном повышении обеспечения доступа граждан и экономических субъектов к надежному и современному энергоснабжению. This article discusses the trends in energy consumption by cities in recent years, and classifies them by consumption groups. The analysis based on the experience of foreign countries and Kyrgyzstan shows that green energy is the main element of energy sustainability and environmental safety of cities. The authors of the study come to the conclusion that green energy leads to a decrease in the energy intensity of GDP while increasing the access of citizens and economic entities to a reliable and modern energy supply.     The errors between the design parameters and experiment data of the power transformer in idle mode can reach 15-20% or more, because engineering techniques do not take into account in full all factors. Therefore, the aim of the work is to develop improved circuit models, which are interconnected with spatial electromagnetic field models. These models consider the active part design of the transformer, the hysteresis of the nonlinear magnetic properties of electrical steel, asymmetry and non-sinusoidal phase-to-phase currents and provide high accuracy determination of rated idling parameters of transformer. To research the idle mode of transformer, the circuit models were conjugated with 3D and 2D magnetic field models. Their numerical implementation was carried out by means of finite element method on the example of a three-phase power transformer (10 kVA, 380/220 V). The reduction of the computational time was performed by doubling cancellation of the volume of 3D three-phase transformer domain and the conformal transition to the 2D geometric domain. Determination of the effective magnetic characteristics of electrical steel according to single-phase idling experiment data, allows to take into account the combined effect of hysteresis and eddy currents, design and technological factors on the specific losses and magnetization power. This ensures high accuracy of the description of the interrelation between magnetic flux density and magnetic field strength, reducing of current error and relative errors in the calculation of idling losses up to 1.41% and 1.2% for the 3D model and up to 5.18% and 3.2% for the 2D model.

    Our article focuses on the essence, characteristics, and the structure of the labor potential of the region as well as its role in socio-economic development, territorial and environmental characteristics of labor resources and mechanisms for the reproduction of labor potential. Our results are based on a conceptual and methodological review of foreign and domestic sources. Perspective directions of labor resources research manifest such common features as the assessment of migration risks, the influence of globalization factors, forecasting the dependence of labor productivity at the regional level on market factors, climatic conditions, insurance mechanisms, and other factors. We conclude that research activity directed at human resources of the regions and their qualitative and quantitative properties is extremely high. Moreover, we note a high level of interest of scientists to the problem of labor potential at the micro, meso and macro level in Russian Federation. Our paper pays special attention to the analysis of existing approaches to methods for assessing the labor potential of the region, as proposed by Russian researchers and applied in the Russian Federation. Moreover, it considers the features of the main methodological approaches, studies their classification, as well as the technology of evaluation depending on the research tasks and objectives. We describe the method used for measuring the labor potential of a region on the basis of the index method which allows us to take into account its specific conditions of its reproduction and use at the regional level, as well as to conduct reasonable comparative assessments. In addition, we present our own calculations carried out on the basis of the proposed method and employing the state and the level of development of labor potential in the North Caucasus and Southern Caucasus federal districts, as well as in the Russian Federation as a whole.

    The article reviews the transverse magnetic flux machine designs. The work aim was the analysis of the transverse magnetic flux generator with a disk rotor, the stator poles optimal number selection and the resistance torque reducing. This resistance torque was created by one-sided magnetic attraction force from the permanent magnets on the rotor and it hasn’t been considered previously, which is a novelty of this work. The ways to increase the electromotive force in the generator are also considered. The main work goal was obtained by magnetic system analysis of generator using Ansys Maxwell software and disk rotor strength analysis using ASCON Компас-3D software. It is concluded that the magnetic reversal frequency of the stator cores depends on the number of permanent magnets on the rotor. The dependence of the magnetic induction average value in the U-shaped stator core on their number was obtained during the magnetic analysis. The disk rotor strength simulation allowed getting the maximum possible bend of the disk rotor under the influence of the one-sided magnetic attraction force. The neodymium permanent magnets help to improve generator efficiency and to decrease its mass-dimensional indicators. It was proposed to use an uneven permanent magnets distribution on the rotor in the transverse magnetic flux generator to reduce the resistance torque of the disk rotor. The permanent magnets attraction force that interacts with stator steel poles was considered. The dependence of magnetic attraction force of the permanent magnets on the air gap size of the generator has been obtained.

The purpose of the study was to collect information about the sources of atmospheric air pollution in the city of Bishkek. The following tasks were solved: identification of the main sources of pollution as they affect the atmosphere of the city. As methods for collecting information, data from Kyrgyzhydromet and Internet sources on the state of atmospheric air were used with an accurate indication of the location of the sensors. A map of the city was used, which shows in color digital readings from each sensor. The analysis of the map made it possible to understand the state of polluted air in certain parts of it. In writing the article, air condition diagrams for the last 3 years were used. And also the article suggests ways out of the current situation with solving the problems of air pollution in the city. It is necessary: to examine the quality of coal burned by residents of the private sector and CHP; apply the enrichment of Kara-Kechinsky low calorie brown coal by briquetting with the use of additives; conduct a mass check of the availability of car catalysts in Bishkek. Apply high fines to drivers for their absence; prohibit cars from entering the city without catalysts, restore the public transport system, remove minibuses from the city; continue greening the city and strengthen control over the survival of trees; check baths, saunas for burning solid waste and tires, install surveillance cameras there; seek subsidies for the introduction of gas heating in residential areas of Bishkek; gradually transfer the CHPP to the use of gas fuel; stop the chaotic development of the city, when building new buildings in Bishkek, take into account their energy efficiency, as well as the wind rose; conduct explanatory work with residents of the private sector and housing estates about the negative impact of burning household waste on air quality and public health; conduct explanatory work with the population about the thermal insulation of premises; reclamation of the existing city dump and its transfer to the farthest possible distance from the city, accelerating the construction of a waste processing plant. Целью исследования был сбор информации об источниках атмосферного загрязнения воздуха в городе Бишкек. Решались следующие задачи: выявление основных источников загрязнения по мере воздействия на атмосферу города. В качестве методов для сбора информации использовались данные Кыргызгидромета и источники интернета по состоянию атмосферного воздуха с точным указанием расположения датчиков. Использовалась карта города, на которой в цвете изображены цифровые данные о показаниях с каждого датчика. Проведенный анализ карты позволяет понимать состояние загрязненного воздуха в определенных его частях. В написании статьи использовались диаграммы состояния воздуха за последние 3 года. А также в статье предложены пути выхода из создавшейся ситуации с решением проблем загрязнения атмосферного воздуха в городе. Необходимо: исследовать на качество угля, сжигаемого жителями частного сектора и ТЭЦ; применить обогащение Кара-Кечинского низкокалорийного бурого угля путем брикетирования с применением добавок; проводить массовую проверку наличия катализаторов автомобилей в Бишкеке. Применять высокие штрафы к водителям за их отсутствие; запретить въезд в город машин без катализаторов, восстановить систему общественного транспорта, убрать маршрутки из города; продолжить озеленение города и усилить контроль за приживаемостью деревьев; провести проверку бань, саун на предмет сжигания твердых бытовых отходов и шин, установить там видеокамеры слежения; изыскать субсидии на внедрение газового отопления в жилмассивах Бишкека; постепенно перевести ТЭЦ на использование газового топлива; прекратить хаотичную застройку города, при строительстве новых зданий в Бишкеке учитывать их энергоэффективность, а также розу ветров; провести разъяснительные работы с жителями частного сектора и жилмассивов о негативном влиянии сжигания бытовых отходов на качество воздуха и здоровье населения; проводить разъяснительные работы с населением о теплоизоляции помещений; рекультивация имеющейся городской свалки и перенос ее на возможно дальнее расстояние от города, ускорение строительства мусороперерабатывающего завода.   • В угольных регионах накоплены миллионы тонн угольных шламов, но в свою очередь, используя отходы в процессе брикетирования, можно существенно экономить энергетические и сырьевые ресурсы, снизить загрязнение окружающей среды, а также создавать новые, эффективные рабочие места и за счет рентабельной работы брикетных производств пополнять местные бюджеты. Отсюда очевидно, что брикетирование отходов полностью отвечает целям реструктуризации хозяйства, в частности, при реструктуризации угольной отрасли имеет смысл создавать брикетные производства для переработки отходов в угольных регионах. Millions of tons of coal sludge have been accumulated in coal regions, but in turn, using waste in the briquetting process, one can significantly save energy and raw materials, reduce environmental pollution, as well as create new, efficient jobs and replenish local budgets. Hence, it is obvious that waste briquetting fully meets the goals of restructuring the economy, in particular, when restructuring the coal industry, it makes sense to create briquettes for processing waste in coal regions.   • The main source of energy in Kyrgyzstan is a hydroelectric power station, the operation of which depends on the volume of water in the Toktogul reservoir. Which, in turn, depends on the environment, in particular, with a cycle of dry years and harsh winters. We cannot resolve this problem. Therefore, the issue of energy conservation and energy consumption culture is important and necessary today. If every inhabitant of our country, regardless of age, uses electricity sparingly, we will preserve the possibility of life on our planet. Therefore, this is a very important and relevant issue for everyone.     The article examines potential integration of government initiatives in the field of environmental protection and policies aimed at the development of energy sector of the Russian Federation. The analysis, carried out on the basis of national ecological projects and the energy strategy of the Russian Federation, reveals that the two planning areas are practically disjoint. This indicates that integrated approach towards solving the issue of global warming through modification of energy supply and demand patterns, which is dominant in many Western countries, has little political support in Russia. The article concludes that the goal to combat climate change, pronounced by the Russian government, has not been followed through in the factual government plans.

  • Innovations in the nuclear industry are inextricably linked to economic evaluations of new engineering solutions. To improve the economic literacy of students of engineering areas of training at NRNU MEPhI, an innovative course on the economics of digital design and engineering in the nuclear industry has been implemented since 2016. The structure of the interdisciplinary course is modular, which makes it possible to involve in the teaching activity specialists who are most competent in the respective areas of training. To increase the involvement of students, a software and hardware complex has been developed, which provides through the wi-fi classroom system a permanent online contact of the teacher with students. During the lectures, students respond in real time through their gadgets (smartphones, laptops, tablets, etc.) to 5 questions on the materials of each specific lecture, and during the workshops - solve about a dozen problems in the explanations of the teacher also through gadgets. This at the end of each lesson allows the teacher on his laptop not only to have a list of responses of each student to the second, but also to adjust the subsequent sessions to the understanding of certain aspects of the course. The work of students in the network allowed even as a creative task to develop a technological package «Nuclear technology-2035», showing a promising vision of the development of the domestic nuclear industry. In 2016-2020, more than 1400 students of various engineering specialties were trained. Statistical processing of the results of the control of the educational process allows us to make preliminary conclusions about the abilities (giftedness) of students to certain activities described, including in the course materials. Software and hardware complex can be used for other educational programs, which, depending on the subject area of study allows you to form a kind of «digital portrait» of each student Инновации в атомной отрасли неразрывно связаны с экономическими оценками новых инженерных решений. Для повышения экономической грамотности студентов инженерных направлений подготовки в НИЯУ МИФИ разработан и около пяти лет успешно реализуется инновационный междисциплинарный курс «Экономика цифрового проектирования и конструирования в атомной отрасли». Модульная структура курса позволяет привлекать специалистов, наиболее компетентных в соответствующих направлениях подготовки. Для повышения вовлеченности студентов создан программно-технический комплекс, обеспечивающий постоянный интернет-контакт преподавателя со студентами. Студенты в режиме реального времени с помощью своих гаджетов (смартфонов, планшетов и пр.) дают ответы на вопросы в ходе лекций, решают задачи в ходе практикумов. В конце занятия преподаватель имеет ведомость ответов каждого студента с точностью до секунды и может корректировать последующие занятия с учетом понимания тех или иных аспектов курса. Работа студентов в сети позволила даже в качестве творческого задания разработать технологический пакет «Ядерные технологии-2035», показывающий перспективное видение студентами развития отечественной атомной промышленности. В 2016-2020 гг. обучение прошли более 1400 студентов различных инженерных специальностей. Обработка результатов контроля учебного процесса позволяет делать предварительные выводы о способностях (одаренности) студентов к определенным видам деятельности, описанным, в том числе, в материалах курса.     Climate change, combined with exposure to air pollutants, can adversely affect the quality of life of patients with pollinosis. Meteorological factors such as temperature and precipitation can correct the aeropalynological prognosis in different years. With this in mind, the purpose of this article was to study the influence of meteorological factors and pollutants on the dynamics of the pollen content of plants in the air and its modifications associated with climate change. It was established that the temperature increase in the spring in Bishkek favored intensive pollinating of trees and shrubs, and in the fall — of weeds. Precipitation and relative humidity dramatically negatively affected the pollen content, due to fragmentation, the disintegration of native pollen into smaller fragments. Air pollutants influenced both positively (dust, benz–a–pyrene) on the dynamics of the pollen content, and negatively (SO2, NO2, CO). The number of polymorphic, teratomorphic, deformed and fragmented pollen grains, especially of grass and weeds, has increased in the aeropatinological spectrum, which in the future will contribute to the weighting of pollinosis and the development of symptoms of pollen asthma. The obtained results serve as the basis for creating a regional pollen monitoring service, its inclusion in the global network and taking into account the allergenic properties of trees and shrubs when greening cities in the republic.

Проведенный анализ на примере опыта зарубежных стран и Кыргызстана показывает, что зеленая энергетика является основным элементом энергетической устойчивости и экологической безопасности городов. Авторы в рамках исследования приходят к выводам, что зеленая энергетика приводит к снижению энергоемкости ВВП при одновременном повышении обеспечения доступа граждан и экономических субъектов к надежному и современному энергоснабжению. This article discusses the trends in energy consumption by cities in recent years, and classifies them by consumption groups. The analysis based on the experience of foreign countries and Kyrgyzstan shows that green energy is the main element of energy sustainability and environmental safety of cities. The authors of the study come to the conclusion that green energy leads to a decrease in the energy intensity of GDP while increasing the access of citizens and economic entities to a reliable and modern energy supply.
