description Publicationkeyboard_double_arrow_right Article 2020Publisher:Zenodo Authors: Yarymbash D.S.; Kotsur M.I.; Yarymbash S.T.; Kylymnyk I.M.;In the designing preproduction of power transformers for calculating design data, a circuit models are widely used, which doesn’t fully reflect the structural features of the transformer and spatial energy conversion. This leads to a significant increase of the error of design calculations and calculations of the magnetization parameters in load operation of transformers. This is especially the case in networks with alternative generation of electrical energy. Therefore, the aim of the work is to estimate the influence of design features and non-linear characteristics of electrical steel on the magnetization parameters in loading variations mode of the transformer. To achieve this aim, an improved model of electromagnetic processes in loaded power transformers is proposed. Its scientific novelty makes sense in the conjugation circuit models of external network and user’s network with a spatial model of the magnetic field in the transformer. When the transformer working in operation mode, the magnetizing currents and idle currents are characterized by asymmetry and nonsinusoidality. Reducing the load of the transformer from operation to idle modes, these effects are enhanced. Therefore, the effective values of the magnetization currents increase in different intervals: (1.066%; 1.161%) for phase A; (1.275%; 1.303%) for phase B; and (1.187%, 1.308%) for phase C. At using of the data of the coupled circuit models and the magnetic field model for the ratios and coefficients of parabolic and polynomial regression provides high accuracy in calculating of the magnetization parameters under various transformer load conditions.

The work aim was the analysis of the transverse magnetic flux generator with a disk rotor, the stator poles optimal number selection and the resistance torque reducing. This resistance torque was created by one-sided magnetic attraction force from the permanent magnets on the rotor and it hasn’t been considered previously, which is a novelty of this work. The ways to increase the electromotive force in the generator are also considered. The main work goal was obtained by magnetic system analysis of generator using Ansys Maxwell software and disk rotor strength analysis using ASCON Компас-3D software. It is concluded that the magnetic reversal frequency of the stator cores depends on the number of permanent magnets on the rotor. The dependence of the magnetic induction average value in the U-shaped stator core on their number was obtained during the magnetic analysis. The disk rotor strength simulation allowed getting the maximum possible bend of the disk rotor under the influence of the one-sided magnetic attraction force. The neodymium permanent magnets help to improve generator efficiency and to decrease its mass-dimensional indicators. It was proposed to use an uneven permanent magnets distribution on the rotor in the transverse magnetic flux generator to reduce the resistance torque of the disk rotor. The permanent magnets attraction force that interacts with stator steel poles was considered. The dependence of magnetic attraction force of the permanent magnets on the air gap size of the generator has been obtained.

Наука и технологии The proposed method of calculation of the valve-inductor generator is based on the energy approach. The period of currents and voltages change is divided into a number of sections, where derivatives of currents and voltages are continuous. For each section, the consumed and stored energy as well the lost energy are calculated. Consequently, the energy produced by the generator has been determined. Предлагаемый метод расчёта вентильно-индукторного генератора основан на энергетическом подходе. Период изменения токов и напряжений разбивается на ряд участков, на каждом из которых производные токов и напряжений непрерывны. Для каждого участка рассчитываются потреблeнная и накопленная энергия, рассчитывается энергия потерь и, в результате, произведенная генератором энергия. №3(36) (2018)

The load mode of the agitator is ensured by the needle ferromagnetic elements moving inside a cylindrical working chamber under the influence of a rotating magnetic field, whose effectiveness can be predicted by analyzing the magnitude and nature of changes at the electromagnetic moment. The magnetic field ensures ordering of the ferromagnetic elements, therefore the magnetic permeability in it along the longitudinal and transverse axes becomes different. Due to the anisotropy of the magnetic properties of the composite medium in the working chamber, strong influences arise on this medium, based on the magnetic tension forces acting on the ferromagnetic elements. The purpose of this work was to present the method of calculation of the electromagnetic moment and determination of its dependence on the angular displacement of the rotating magnetic field of the inductor. The distribution of the magnetic induction inside the working chamber in the idle and load modes was compared, it gave an idea of the distribution of the magnetic field lines in those modes, set out the basic principles for calculation of the angular characteristics of the torque of the electromagnetic stirrer. The proposed method was based on the multi-position numerical calculations of the magnetic fields in the FEMM software package. Comparative calculations of the angular characteristics of the torque were performed at different magnetic permeabilities of the composite medium in the working chamber.

The article deals with the issue of creating a hybrid power supply system based on an electricity-generating wind turbine with magnetic blades. The study proposes a method of hybridization of wind turbines using its mast. This is carried out by freeing up the area occupied by solar panels and attaching these panels to the masts. Through this means, the turbine achieves an increase in the efficiency of wind energy usage. The study provides an algorithm for calculating the efficiency of wind energy use for the proposed hybrid power system and describes the design of a hybrid wind turbine for a centralized power generation. The study demonstrates the efficiency of such hybridization of wind turbines for the use of wind and solar energy. This approach to hybridizing the use of alternative energy sources streamlines their management with the help of the centralization of energy sources. Рассмотрены вопросы создания гибридной системы электроснабжения на базе ветроэнергетической установки (ВЭУ) с магнитными лопастями. Предлагается метод гибридизации ВЭУ с использованием ее мачту. Такое использование осуществляется освобождением площади занимаемое солнечным панелям, и конструируя эти панели на мачтах ВЭУ, и достигается увеличение КПД использования энергии ветра. Приводится алгоритм расчета КПД использования энергии ветра для предложенной гибридной энергосистемы. Описывается конструкция гибридной ВЭУ для централизованных источников энергии. Показана эффективность такой гибридизации ВЭУ для использования энергии ветра и солнца. Такой подход к гибридизации использования альтернативных источников энергии облегчает управления ими за счет централизации источников энергии. description Publicationkeyboard_double_arrow_right Article 2020Publisher:Zenodo Authors: Yarymbash D.S.; Kotsur M.I.; Yarymbash S.T.; Kylymnyk I.M.;In the designing preproduction of power transformers for calculating design data, a circuit models are widely used, which doesn’t fully reflect the structural features of the transformer and spatial energy conversion. This leads to a significant increase of the error of design calculations and calculations of the magnetization parameters in load operation of transformers. This is especially the case in networks with alternative generation of electrical energy. Therefore, the aim of the work is to estimate the influence of design features and non-linear characteristics of electrical steel on the magnetization parameters in loading variations mode of the transformer. To achieve this aim, an improved model of electromagnetic processes in loaded power transformers is proposed. Its scientific novelty makes sense in the conjugation circuit models of external network and user’s network with a spatial model of the magnetic field in the transformer. When the transformer working in operation mode, the magnetizing currents and idle currents are characterized by asymmetry and nonsinusoidality. Reducing the load of the transformer from operation to idle modes, these effects are enhanced. Therefore, the effective values of the magnetization currents increase in different intervals: (1.066%; 1.161%) for phase A; (1.275%; 1.303%) for phase B; and (1.187%, 1.308%) for phase C. At using of the data of the coupled circuit models and the magnetic field model for the ratios and coefficients of parabolic and polynomial regression provides high accuracy in calculating of the magnetization parameters under various transformer load conditions.

The work aim was the analysis of the transverse magnetic flux generator with a disk rotor, the stator poles optimal number selection and the resistance torque reducing. This resistance torque was created by one-sided magnetic attraction force from the permanent magnets on the rotor and it hasn’t been considered previously, which is a novelty of this work. The ways to increase the electromotive force in the generator are also considered. The main work goal was obtained by magnetic system analysis of generator using Ansys Maxwell software and disk rotor strength analysis using ASCON Компас-3D software. It is concluded that the magnetic reversal frequency of the stator cores depends on the number of permanent magnets on the rotor. The dependence of the magnetic induction average value in the U-shaped stator core on their number was obtained during the magnetic analysis. The disk rotor strength simulation allowed getting the maximum possible bend of the disk rotor under the influence of the one-sided magnetic attraction force. The neodymium permanent magnets help to improve generator efficiency and to decrease its mass-dimensional indicators. It was proposed to use an uneven permanent magnets distribution on the rotor in the transverse magnetic flux generator to reduce the resistance torque of the disk rotor. The permanent magnets attraction force that interacts with stator steel poles was considered. The dependence of magnetic attraction force of the permanent magnets on the air gap size of the generator has been obtained.

Наука и технологии The proposed method of calculation of the valve-inductor generator is based on the energy approach. The period of currents and voltages change is divided into a number of sections, where derivatives of currents and voltages are continuous. For each section, the consumed and stored energy as well the lost energy are calculated. Consequently, the energy produced by the generator has been determined. Предлагаемый метод расчёта вентильно-индукторного генератора основан на энергетическом подходе. Период изменения токов и напряжений разбивается на ряд участков, на каждом из которых производные токов и напряжений непрерывны. The load mode of the agitator is ensured by the needle ferromagnetic elements moving inside a cylindrical working chamber under the influence of a rotating magnetic field, whose effectiveness can be predicted by analyzing the magnitude and nature of changes at the electromagnetic moment. The magnetic field ensures ordering of the ferromagnetic elements, therefore the magnetic permeability in it along the longitudinal and transverse axes becomes different. Due to the anisotropy of the magnetic properties of the composite medium in the working chamber, strong influences arise on this medium, based on the magnetic tension forces acting on the ferromagnetic elements. The purpose of this work was to present the method of calculation of the electromagnetic moment and determination of its dependence on the angular displacement of the rotating magnetic field of the inductor. The distribution of the magnetic induction inside the working chamber in the idle and load modes was compared, it gave an idea of the distribution of the magnetic field lines in those modes, set out the basic principles for calculation of the angular characteristics of the torque of the electromagnetic stirrer. The proposed method was based on the multi-position numerical calculations of the magnetic fields in the FEMM software package. Comparative calculations of the angular characteristics of the torque were performed at different magnetic permeabilities of the composite medium in the working chamber.

The article deals with the issue of creating a hybrid power supply system based on an electricity-generating wind turbine with magnetic blades. The study proposes a method of hybridization of wind turbines using its mast. This is carried out by freeing up the area occupied by solar panels and attaching these panels to the masts. Through this means, the turbine achieves an increase in the efficiency of wind energy usage. The study provides an algorithm for calculating the efficiency of wind energy use for the proposed hybrid power system and describes the design of a hybrid wind turbine for a centralized power generation. The study demonstrates the efficiency of such hybridization of wind turbines for the use of wind and solar energy. This approach to hybridizing the use of alternative energy sources streamlines their management with the help of the centralization of energy sources. Рассмотрены вопросы создания гибридной системы электроснабжения на базе ветроэнергетической установки (ВЭУ) с магнитными лопастями. Предлагается метод гибридизации ВЭУ с использованием ее мачту. Такое использование осуществляется освобождением площади занимаемое солнечным панелям, и конструируя эти панели на мачтах ВЭУ, и достигается увеличение КПД использования энергии ветра. Приводится алгоритм расчета КПД использования энергии ветра для предложенной гибридной энергосистемы. Описывается конструкция гибридной ВЭУ для централизованных источников энергии. Показана эффективность такой гибридизации ВЭУ для использования энергии ветра и солнца. Такой подход к гибридизации использования альтернативных источников энергии облегчает управления ими за счет централизации источников энергии.
