Ce dimensionnement se fait pour un point de fonctionnement à la puissance maximale, puissance à fournir seulement de 1 à 5 jours par an. Une optimisation énergétique grâce à un logiciel pourrait permettre une économie des matières premières des conduites, des déperditions thermiques et de temps lié au dimensionnement. Le but de ce projet est de développer un algorithme itératif en C++, afin de calculer les pertes de charge en régime laminaire et turbulent selon le besoin de chaleur des clients dans un réseau ramifié. L’algorithme considère le réseau comme un arbre composé des points, selon un fichier d’entrée XML. Afin de simplifier la structure, seule la conduite d’aller est considérée. En plus seuls les points des divisons ou des consommateurs sont considérés comme importants dans une première version du Solver. Ces derniers sont nommés feuilles. Les entrées sont principalement l’énergie consommée par chaque sous-station, les longueurs des conduites, les propriétés des conduites et les températures d’aller et de retour du réseau. Les sorties du Solver se trouvent sous forme de fichier texte : débit, vitesse de l’écoulement, perte de charge, différence de température pour chaque branche, température et pression à chaque feuille. L’outil développé très simplifié permet d’imprimer les résultats pour chaque feuille principale dans la conduite d’aller et la visualiser dans QGIS. L’algorithme a été testé sur un cas d’étude réelle. Le résultat du Solver par rapport au tableur Excel actuellement employé par un bureau d’ingénieur a pu montrer son potentiel de précision et sa vitesse de résolution. Tous les résultats visuels sont cohérents par rapport aux résultats calculés.

Notre contribution vise à présenter les premiers résultats de la recherche menée dans le cadre du projet franco-italien Galilée 2020-2022, qui vise à effectuer une étude outillée des formations néologiques créées à partir des années 1980, en langue française et italienne, dans les domaines du climat et de la biodiversité. Après avoir délimité les tendances générales de la néologie « environnementale », nous analysons en particulier des lexèmes formés à partir de bio, représentatif de ces domaines. Our contribution presents the first results of a Franco-Italian research project (Galilée 2020-2022), which aims to carry out a corpus-based study of neological formations created from the 1980s onwards, in French and Italian, in the fields of climate and biodiversity. After outlining the general trends in “environmental” neology, we focus on lexemes built from bio-, a prototypical formant of these semantic fields.

Nous nous concentrerons sur les enjeux cardiovasculaires et rénaux. Les adaptations physiologiques et effets physiopathologiques sont décrits, particulièrement chez des populations vulnérables. Les conséquences cliniques des vagues de chaleur sont en grande majorité cardiovasculaires. Les accidents vasculaires cérébraux, cardiopathies ischémiques aiguës et morts subites sont augmentés jusqu’à 40 %. De même, les épisodes d’insuffisance rénale aiguë, les troubles électrolytiques et les lithiases rénales augmentent. Le risque d’insuffisance cardiaque et le nombre d’insuffisances rénales chroniques augmentent également dans les régions tropicales. Les médecins doivent être conscients de ces conséquences pour lesquelles ils seront impliqués à l’avenir. Climate change and global warming present major clinical challenges. We focus on cardiovascular and renal clinical consequences. The physiological adaptations and physiopathological effects are described, especially in vulnerable populations. The clinical consequences during heat waves, are mainly cardiovascular with stroke, acute ischemic heart disease and sudden death increased by up to 40%. Likewise, episodes of acute renal failure, electrolyte disturbances and kidney stones disease increase. The chronic consequences should not be overlooked, as the risk of heart failure also increases in high ambient temperature regions and there is also some evidence of an increase in chronic kidney disease in tropical zones. Physicians must be aware of these consequences as they will be involved in their management in the future.

La question foncière est centrale pour comprendre le déploiement local de la transition énergétique. En effet, les propriétaires terriens se trouvent au cœur des tensions que suscite localement l’implantation des éoliennes. Étudier la transition énergétique à partir de l’accès à la terre par les industriels de l’éolien permet d’interroger les pratiques de ces derniers et la régulation administrative de l’implantation des parcs éoliens. De plus, en prêtant attention à la manière dont les éoliennes modifient les territoires de chasse et perturbent les usages cynégétiques de l’espace, ce texte montre comment s’articulent différents régimes d’exclusion sur lesquels repose l’exploitation des ressources. The land issue is central to understanding the local deployment of the energy transition. Indeed, landowners find themselves at the center of local tensions caused by the installation of wind turbines. Studying the energy transition based on access to land by wind energy industrialists allows us to question their practices and the administrative regulation of the implantation of wind farms. Moreover, this paper highlights how different exclusion regimes are organized, on which the exploitation of resources is based. To do so, it explores the linkages between the energy transition and biodiversity conservation by discussing the effects of wind turbines on hunting. 30;1

Dopo aver evidenziato l'apparente 'fissità' dei sistemi regionali speciali e il contrasto in cui essa si pone rispetto alle grandi crisi del nostro tempo, il saggio definisce il concetto di 'sostenibilità' come paradigma emergente del nostro tempo. Rispetto agli ordinamenti regionali, gli autori sottolineano l'interesse per l'utilizzo della sostenibilità regionale come criterio di valutazione dell'azione istituzionale. Questa nozione, applicata in particolare alle identità regionali speciali, mette in evidenza la natura sistemica della sfida a cui le identità regionali speciali sono confrontate e assume un significato pregnante alla luce della crisi ambientale e climatica in atto.
