description Publicationkeyboard_double_arrow_right Article , Other literature type 2019Publisher:EDP Sciences The problem of torsion of a tubular belt on a straight route of a belt tubular conveyor (BTC) under the influence of stationary de-centering factors is considered. The effect of torques from uneven loading of the belt on the possibility of its torsion is investigated. It is shown, that the angle of rotation of the tape depends not only on the magnitude of the applied torque, but also on the design of the BTC, the geometric characteristics of the section of the tubular belt, the physical properties of its material. The effect of the coefficient of friction of the belt on the rollers on the possibility of its rotation has been investigated for various belt loading options with maximum irregularity. It is shown, that with a decrease in the load of the belt, the danger of its torsion increases. The boundaries, in which the coefficient of friction of the belt on the rollers must be found, are determined, so that the torsion of the belt does not occur.

Mykola Radchenko in OpenAIREAn advanced scavenge air cooling system for reciprocating gas engines of integrated energy system for combined electricity, heat and refrigeration generation has been developed. New method of deep scavenge air cooling and stabilizing its temperature at increased ambient air temperatures and three-circuit scavenge air cooling system with absorption lithium-bromide chiller and wet-type cooling tower was proposed. Such cooling method does not require essential constructive changes in the existing scavenge air cooling system but only an addition heat exchanger for chilling scavenge air cooling water of scavenge air low-temperature intercooler closed contour by absorption chiller. A chilled water from absorption chiller is used as a coolant. To evaluate the effect of gas engine scavenge air deeper cooling compared with its typical radiator cooling, data on the dependence of fuel consumption and power output of gas engine on ambient air temperature at the inlet of the radiator are analized. The efficiency of engine scavenge air deep cooling at increased ambient air temperatures was estimated by reducing the gas fuel consumption compared with radiator cooling.

The article proposes to consider a complex process of implementation of the state management measures of de-shadowing of the economic system in the conditions of globalization. The stages of the state policy of de-shadowing of the economic system in the conditions of globalization are substantiated: 1. Construction of the strategy of counteraction to the shadow economy. 2. Organization of legal and legislative bases of the process of counteracting the shadow economy. 3. Implementation of comprehensive measures to reduce the shadow sector. 4. Formation of motives and incentives for work in the legal sector of the economy. 5. Adding the shadow capital to priority sectors of the economy. 6. The growth of the legal sector of the economy. 7. Limiting the scale of the shadow economy. It is noted that the state policy to eliminate the shadowing of the economic system should be based on a systematic approach to the selection of the country's methods of influence on processes, which are implemented in this area, as well as approval and application of the effective instruments to implement the planned measures in practice (direct and indirect). The program of realization of the mechanisms of the state policy of de-shadowing of the economic activity in the conditions of globalization as a dynamic uniform environment is suggested which gives the chance to influence the growth of indicators of the legal sector of economy and unites a complex of operating subsystems.

The proposed couplings are designed in a way that makes them almost insensitive to the misalignment of the axes of connecting shafts, thus operating like an ideal hinge. The application of toothed couplings allows reducing the likelihood of unscheduled docking of the vessel, which, in turn, helps save significant costs for realignment and payment in case of the loss of the vessel’s transit capacity.

The task solving permit to evaluate the different designs belt conveyers reliable. The article represent the tasks of belt conveyers roller’s average TS determination were set and solved for the different types of roller supports. Dynamic efforts arised with the loading motion and caused with belt bend are principal factor for the calculation of TS rollers. The graph of dependence roller’s average TS from belt velocity for different roller’s types were obtained. Obtain analyses results permit to set: average roller TS decrease under velocity increases for all types of roller’s, TS for dumping overhead roller supports and damping roller supports is substantially greater, then for hard and overhead roller supports. In addition, at some values of the belt velocity TS service can sharply decrease for all types of roller supports. It takes place in resonances related to vibrations of belt at motion of large pieces of load. Achieved results may be applied in mining, metallurgical and building industry.

Serhii Lutsenko in OpenAIREThe economic efficiency of the enterprise and the length of its operation, the full utilization of mineral reserves and the total cost of operation depend on the selected depth and boundaries of opencast mining. In such conditions of the deposits’ development it is necessary to evaluate the capabilities of the raw material base for the further development of the mining enterprise. The basis for determining of the border overburden ratio is on the condition that the price of manufactured marketable output of the designed enterprise should not exceed the price of the same marketable output in the world market. The realization of this condition is achieved analytically. This takes into account the impact of the rate of return on the final depth of the designed open pit. A new method of determining of the border overburden ratio is developed, which ensures the competitiveness of iron ore concentrate in the world market. The value of the border overburden ratio is developed for the Pershotravnevij open pit of the Northern mining and processing plant, depending on the situation of the iron-containing products’ prices, which ensures the competitiveness of marketable iron-ore output in the domestic and world markets.

Kostiantyn Kovbyk in OpenAIREThe article aims to develop the resource-saving technology when mining steep ore bodies applying 250 mm-diameter boreholes to break ore into the compressed environment. This will reduce dilution of the mined ore mass in conditions of rock pressure around blocks. When mining iron ore deposits of Kryvyi Rih basin, applied mining systems allow for creation of the compensatory space as the first stage. However, these stopes fail under rock pressure, this influencing negatively ore breaking and extraction. The degree of extraction can be increased through breaking ore mass into the compressed environment. The width of the ore layer to be broken onto the compressed environment is determined through industrial investigations. To enhance breaking conditions, it is suggested to apply boreholes of a larger diameter. However, there is no technique developed for determining thickness of the ore layer to be broken depending on the borehole diameter and the fragmentation factor. When applying 250 mm boreholes, increase of thickness of the layer to be broken from 2 to 10 m is found to cause compaction of the previously broken layer up to 3 m with the optimal ore fragmentation factor of 1.3–1.5 and 3-fold decrease of lumps yield. This results from the fact that drilling a 250 mm borehole to secure even provision of the massif with explosives reduces the line of the least resistance.

Viktoriia Nianko in OpenAIREAmong the main reasons hindering the housing and communal complex development in Ukraine are the physically and morally outdated material and technical base, inefficient management structure and a significant share of state ownership. The lack of proper control over the tariff policy and the high cost of production make it necessary to find the new approaches to solving the problems related to the housing and communal services functioning. Attracting private investors to the housing and communal services makes it possible to reduce the financial burden on the budget, and also gives a possibility to make the enterprises that make up the housing and communal services profitable and ensure the provision of proper quality public services. Transfer use of housing and communal services enterprises to the concession management is a fairly effective form of public-private cooperation in this area. Housing and communal services are an important tool for improving the living standards of the population. Ensuring the housing and communal services efficiency growth is possible only if it is technically modernized. The solution to this problem can be achieved by attracting private investors to the industry, at the same time, the state should provide favorable conditions for these investors.
