Abstract

Данная работа посвящена исследованию экологической дипломатии стран БРИКС с самого начала их взаимодействия до настоящего момента, также дана краткая характеристика экологической дипломатии как феномена в современных международных отношениях. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Описать глобальные экологические проблемы современности; 2. Охарактеризовать систему международного сотрудничества в сфере охраны окружающей среды; 3. Определить факторы, необходимые для формирования эффективной системы экологической безопасности; 4. Выделить основу формирования экологической политики и дипломатии; 5. Дать характеристику способам и инструментам формирования экологической дипломатии стран БРИКС; 6. Оценить перспективы развития экологической дипломатии стран БРИКС. В ходе написания работы было проанализировано множество статей, монографий и актуальных электронных и новостных ресурсов. Также были изучены официальные документы, касающиеся нормативно-правовой базы в вопросе экологической безопасности и дипломатии между странами БРИКС. В результате написания работы автором были выявлены слабые и сильные стороны в вопросе экологической дипломатии стран БРИКС.

This work is devoted to the study of environmental diplomacy and the BRICS countries from the very beginning of their interaction to the present, and a brief description of environmental diplomacy as a phenomenon in modern international relations is also given. Tasks that were solved in the course of the study: 1. Describe the global environmental problems of our time. 2. Characterize the system of international cooperation in the field of environmental protection. 3. Determine the factors necessary for the formation of an effective environmental safety system. 4. Highlight the basis for the formation of environmental policy and diplomacy. 5. To characterize the ways and tools for the formation of environmental diplomacy of the BRICS countries. 6. To assess the prospects for the development of environmental diplomacy of the BRICS countries. In the course of writing the work, many articles, monographs and relevant electronic and news resources were analyzed. Official documents related to the regulatory framework on environmental safety and diplomacy between the BRICS countries were also studied. As a result of writing the work, the author identified strengths and weaknesses in the issue of environmental diplomacy of the BRICS countries.
