Abstract

The analysis of the market of beet sugar by-products in Russia is carried out and development prospective of their deep processing into biofuel and other products are assessed.. Possible production volumes of ethanol from beet molasses and pectin from beet pulp is calculated production development constraints for domestic deep processing products are revealed the experience of foreign countries is considered lost profi t as a result of inefficient handling of defecate is defined.
