L’INDAZOLE ET SES DERIVES : SYNTHESES, REACTIVITES ET PROPRIETES BIOLOGIQUES
In this review paper, we wish to discuss and summarize indazoles synthesis and functionalization such as bromination, iodination, N-alkylation, N-arylation, Suzuki–Miyaura cross coupling and direct arylation. Then, in the second part, various drugs containing indazole system and the biological properties of indazole derivatives, including antiinflammatory, antimicrobial, anti-HIV, anticancer, antagonist TRPV1, antihypertensive, and other applications will be presented and discussed.
