Methodology of enterprise management strategy formation: conceptual and environmental principles
The subject of the study is a set of theoretical and methodological, scientific and practical provisions for the formation of the methodology of enterprise management strategy. The purpose of the study is to develop on the basis of modern concepts of methodology for the formation of enterprise management strategy, to determine its content and parametric characteristics. Research methods. In order to comply with the conceptual integrity of scientific development, the dialectical method of scientific cognition, as well as empirical–theoretical and formal–logical principles were used. Results of work. According to the results of the study proposed model of formation of strategy of management of energy saving of construction enterprises in the market of commercial real estate. Field of application of results. The presented developments should be implemented in the work of enterprises of the energy and construction sectors of the market, namely in the implementation of innovative projects in the process of implementing energy saving measures, conducting energy audits and energy certification of buildings. Conclusions. In accordance with the functional conceptual–environmental space, a synergetic model of energy saving management system based on «Green lease» and «Surveying» is formed, which contains elements not only of evolutionary development (creation, formation), but also of synergetic process. The process of syncretization of these concepts in the formation of enterprise management strategy is studied, which provided an opportunity to develop a model of its implementation.
