For further information contact us at helpdesk@openaire.eudescription Publicationkeyboard_double_arrow_right Article Czech RepublicPublisher:Univerzita Pardubice Authors: Mrlinová, Monika; After 2000, the Russian economy gradually achieved high rates of economic growth exceeding 7 %. A favorable economic performance enabled Russia to repay foreign debts, create high foreign exchange reserves and reduce country’s poverty. Nevertheless, this economic performance was not created through an economic efficiency, nor reflected the quality of the tax system or a low level of corruption, which would attract foreign investors, but was driven by the export of raw materials and by the favorable development of the world prices of these commodities. The long-term persisting favorable conditions enabled the Russian economy to presents itself as a world-energy superpower. However, during 2008, when the global financial crisis accompanied by an enormous drop in raw materials prices shook the global economy, the Russian economy suffered a gradual slowdown and a consequent decline in the economic performance. The Russian economy, which experienced an enormous pace of economic growth in the previous period, began to collapse. Given these facts, the ambition post is to clarify the formulation of energy policy of Russia and then focus an attention on negative economic phenomenon so-called Dutch Disease. The basic method is a quantitative method, regression namely time series analysis.

Wellbeing is a popular key term in professional and non-professional literature. Due to the widespread use of this term, it is possible to find different approaches to evaluating the level of wellbeing employees in an organization. The reason is also the frequent connection of wellbeing with job satisfaction or employee performance. Although experts do not always agree on the impact of specific human resource management approaches on employee wellbeing, there are many practical approaches to influencing wellbeing. The problem, however, is to determine the level of well-being workers themselves, as well as the different views of managers and employees themselves. Using a questionnaire survey in the organizational environment in the Czech Republic, the approach to wellbeing according to managers and employees was examined. Subsequently, the survey serves to clarify the differences in the perceived level of wellbeing according to the relevant groups.

Praktická část práce vyhodnocuje odchylky napětí a flikr konkrétních sítí NN poskytnutých společností E.ON. ; Katedra elektroenergetiky a ekologie ; Obhájeno ; This Master thesis analyses the impact of renewable energy sources (RES) on the voltage quality in low-voltage distribution system. The thesis pursues mainly the effect of photovoltaic power plants due to the increase of their numbers in the Czech Republic in the last few years. That has caused higher demand on the distribution network control. The theoretical part is focused on the current usage of RES in the Czech Republic as well as in Europe. Furthermore the major requirements for voltage quality with respect to EN 50160 standard are discussed. The practical part evaluates voltage variations and the flicker of specified networks provided by the E.ON company. There are analysed results of monitoring of 23 networks between 2011 and 2013. The aim is to find out whether voltage quality parameters (voltage variations and flicker) comply with the standard. Finally the specific technical options for stabilizing distribution network voltage are proposed and their benefits are discussed.
