Оценка возможностей технологий искусственного интеллекта и машинного обучения для содействия расширению производства энергии в развивающихся странах является одной из целей данного исследования. Эти проблемы становятся общепринятыми из-за роста несанкционированных подключений к электросети и того факта, что большое количество энергии не учитывается и не оплачивается. Решение проблем, возникающих из-за частых отключений электроэнергии и повсеместного отсутствия доступа к электроэнергии во многих развивающихся странах, является одним из ключевых факторов требующих особого внимания. Результаты показывают, что искусственный интеллект и машинное обучение вносят значительный вклад в области прогнозного обслуживания турбин, оптимизации энергопотребления, управления сетями, прогнозирования цен на энергию, а также оценки спроса на энергию и эффективность строительства домов нового поколения. В исследовании также рассматриваются вопросы о том, что необходимо сделать для того, чтобы развивающиеся страны смогли использовать искусственный интеллект и машинное обучение в энергетическом секторе.The growth of consumption and inefficient use of power grids, fluctuations in supply and demand trends, the lack of critical analytics for successful management are just some of the problems that energy companies around the world are currently facing. Evaluating the capabilities of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies to promote the expansion of energy production in developing countries is one of the goals of this study. These problems are becoming common due to the growth of unauthorized connections to the power grid and the fact that a large amount of energy is not taken into account and is not paid for. Addressing the problems arising from frequent power outages and widespread lack of access to electricity in many developing countries is one of the key factors requiring special attention. The results show that AI and ML make a significant contribution in the field of predictive maintenance of turbines, optimization of energy consumption, network management, forecasting energy prices, as well as assessing energy demand and the efficiency of the construction of new generation homes. The study also examines what needs to be done in order for developing countries to be able to use artificial intelligence and machine learning in the energy sector.

For further information contact us at helpdesk@openaire.eudescription Publicationkeyboard_double_arrow_right Article 2023Publisher:ВНИИ агрохимии When interpreting the data of 30-40-year field experiments on sod-podzolic soils and ordinary chernozem, it is shown that the energy efficiency of farming systems is determined by the genesis and fertility of soils, the optimal choice for specific conditions of crop rotation systems, fertilizers, processing. The yield of sugar beet on ordinary chernozem was 30.1 t/ha when using N44P52K36 – 43.2 t/ha, when applying 12 t/ha of manure at the same time – 45.7 t/ha.With an unjustified increase in fertilizer doses for a crop that is not provided with the efficiency of the headlights and the totality of soil properties, the law of diminishing returns is manifested, both in terms of the effect on increasing the yield and in terms of the effect on improving soil properties and product quality. On poorly cultivated sod-podzolic soils, it was more profitable to grow herbs and vico-oat mixture, on well-cultivated ones – winter wheat. It is shown that the alternation of crops, the choice of optimal processing methods, and the relationship between soil properties had a significant impact on the energy efficiency of growing agricultural crops. При интерпретации данных 30-40-летних полевых опытов на дерново-подзолистых почвах и обыкновенном черноземе показано, что энергетическая эффективность систем земледелия определяется генезисом и плодородием почв, оптимальным выбором для конкретных условий систем севооборотов, удобрения, обработки. Урожай сахарной свеклы на обыкновенном черноземе составлял 30,1 т/га, при применении N44P52K36 – 43,2 т/га, при внесении одновременно удобрений и 12 т/га навоза – 45,7 т/га. При неоправданном увеличении доз удобрений под урожай, не обеспеченный КПД ФАР и совокупностью свойств почв, проявляется закон убывающей отдачи, по влиянию как на увеличение урожая, так и на улучшение свойств почв и качество продукции. На слабоокультуренных дерново-подзолистых почвах более выгодно выращивание трав и вико-овсяной смеси, на хорошо окультуренных – озимой пшеницы. Показано, что существенное влияние на энергетическую эффективность выращивания с.-х. культур оказали чередование культур, выбор оптимальных способов обработки, взаимосвязи между свойствами почв. The main factors of interrelation of ecological, social indicators with financial and economic ones are systematized. В статье исследуется опыт Республики Казахстан в области устойчивого развития, реализации соответствующих проектов. Изучен опыт институтов развития Казахстана, крупных компаний, занимающихся добычей полезных ископаемых, в области устойчивого развития, реализации ESG-проектов. Authors: E V Basalaeva;In the recent years, green economy has been actively studied in Russia and the world as a whole. It should be noted that there are no specific general picture of green economy, therefore it seems extremely necessary to fill this gap. Summarizing the materials on this topic, it is easy to notice that without discussing the essence of the green economy, all publications can be reduced to two directions. The first is the minimum interference with nature and the maximum reduction of the damage caused to the ecosystem of the planet. The second is the "carbon footprint", which is proposed to be monitored, as well as to introduce various measures limiting CO2 emissions into the atmosphere. The problem is that the solutions to the CO2 problem proposed today are not so obvious and unambiguous, because based on these solutons, the latter begins to contradict the former. As a solution, it is proposed not to limit emissions on the whole planet, but only to "redistribute" them through a quota system. Countries with an exceeding levels of the corresponding emissions are invited to buy quotas from those countries whose emissions are below a certain norm and continue to pollute the environment. The volatility of determining the values of the quotas themselves, as well as the subjective nature of their establishment, obviously does not contribute to reducing emissions, and these measures cannot be considered as measures towards building a real green economy. This article discusses the basic issues of green economy and the possibilities of its development in Russia and the world as a whole. В последнее время во всем мире и в России активно исследуется «зеленая экономика». Необходимо констатировать, что при этом не приведено конкретных очертаний «зеленой экономики». Представляется крайне необходимым заполнять этот пробел. Обобщая материалы на эту тему легко заметить, что, не обсуждая суть «зеленой экономики» все публикации можно свести к двум направлениям. Первое – это минимальное вмешательство в природу и максимальное снижение наносимого экосистеме планеты вреда. Второе – это «углеродный след», который предлагается отслеживать, а также вводить различные меры, ограничивающие выбросы СО2 в атмосферу. Проблема в том, что предлагаемые сегодня решения проблемы СО2 не столь очевидны и однозначны поскольку исходя из них, второе начинает противоречить первому. В качестве решения предлагается не в целом ограничение выбросов по всей планете, а лишь «перераспределение» через систему квотирования. Странам с превышением уровня соответствующих выбросов предлагается покупать квоты у тех стран, у которых выбросы ниже определенной нормы, и продолжать загрязнять среду. Волатильность определения значений самих квот, а также субъективный характер их установления, очевидно, не способствует снижению выбросов, и эти меры нельзя рассматривать как меры по построению настоящей «зеленой экономики». В данном исследовании представлен обзор существующих методов и технологических разработок в области технологий транспортировки нефти и газа. Критический анализ связан с повышением энергосбережения, сокращением выбросов и изменением энергетической структуры. Исследование показывает необходимость дальнейшего повышения энергоэффективности, сокращение потребления энергии, воды, материалов и выбросов, а также необходимость обеспечения безопасности для обширной нефтегазовой сети.The technology of transportation and storage of oil and gas involves the study of ways to reduce energy consumption and carbon footprint through a supply chain linking all links – from the extraction and processing of oil and gas in oil and gas fields to the main pipelines of liquefied natural gas, storage facilities and terminals. This study provides an overview of existing methods and technological developments in the field of oil and gas transportation technologies. The critical analysis is related to increasing energy savings, reducing emissions and changing the energy structure. The study shows the need to further improve energy efficiency, reduce energy consumption, water, materials and emissions, as well as the need to ensure safety for an extensive oil and gas network.

In the European Union, concerns about disruptions in the supply of energy resources from Russia have intensified. In this article, the author examines the issue of the impact of mutual sanctions of the EU and Russia on the European energy sector in modern political reality. The study reflects the current degree of dependence of the European Union on Russian energy. The author outlines the positions of the heads of the EU member states regarding the imposition of energy sanctions against Russia prohibiting the import of energy resources, as well as the position of the Russian side on the introduction of counter-sanctions. Also, the article determines the actual changes in the EU energy sector in the form of rising energy prices and increased imports. Rethinking the EU's energy strategy will lead to long-term changes in the sector, including a reduction in energy dependence on Russia. В Европейском Союзе обострились опасения по поводу перебоев в поставках энергоресурсов из России. В данной статье автором рассмотрен вопрос влияния взаимных санкций ЕС и России на европейский энергетический сектор в современных политических реалиях. Переосмысление энергетической стратегии ЕС приведет к долгосрочным изменениям в секторе, в том числе к снижению энергозависимости от России. Оценка возможностей технологий искусственного интеллекта и машинного обучения для содействия расширению производства энергии в развивающихся странах является одной из целей данного исследования. Эти проблемы становятся общепринятыми из-за роста несанкционированных подключений к электросети и того факта, что большое количество энергии не учитывается и не оплачивается. Решение проблем, возникающих из-за частых отключений электроэнергии и повсеместного отсутствия доступа к электроэнергии во многих развивающихся странах, является одним из ключевых факторов требующих особого внимания. Результаты показывают, что искусственный интеллект и машинное обучение вносят значительный вклад в области прогнозного обслуживания турбин, оптимизации энергопотребления, управления сетями, прогнозирования цен на энергию, а также оценки спроса на энергию и эффективность строительства домов нового поколения. В исследовании также рассматриваются вопросы о том, что необходимо сделать для того, чтобы развивающиеся страны смогли использовать искусственный интеллект и машинное обучение в энергетическом секторе.The growth of consumption and inefficient use of power grids, fluctuations in supply and demand trends, the lack of critical analytics for successful management are just some of the problems that energy companies around the world are currently facing. Evaluating the capabilities of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies to promote the expansion of energy production in developing countries is one of the goals of this study. These problems are becoming common due to the growth of unauthorized connections to the power grid and the fact that a large amount of energy is not taken into account and is not paid for. Addressing the problems arising from frequent power outages and widespread lack of access to electricity in many developing countries is one of the key factors requiring special attention. The results show that AI and ML make a significant contribution in the field of predictive maintenance of turbines, optimization of energy consumption, network management, forecasting energy prices, as well as assessing energy demand and the efficiency of the construction of new generation homes. The study also examines what needs to be done in order for developing countries to be able to use artificial intelligence and machine learning in the energy sector.

The yield of sugar beet on ordinary chernozem was 30.1 t/ha when using N44P52K36 – 43.2 t/ha, when applying 12 t/ha of manure at the same time – 45.7 t/ha.With an unjustified increase in fertilizer doses for a crop that is not provided with the efficiency of the headlights and the totality of soil properties, the law of diminishing returns is manifested, both in terms of the effect on increasing the yield and in terms of the effect on improving soil properties and product quality. On poorly cultivated sod-podzolic soils, it was more profitable to grow herbs and vico-oat mixture, on well-cultivated ones – winter wheat. It is shown that the alternation of crops, the choice of optimal processing methods, and the relationship between soil properties had a significant impact on the energy efficiency of growing agricultural crops. При интерпретации данных 30-40-летних полевых опытов на дерново-подзолистых почвах и обыкновенном черноземе показано, что энергетическая эффективность систем земледелия определяется генезисом и плодородием почв, оптимальным выбором для конкретных условий систем севооборотов, удобрения, обработки. Урожай сахарной свеклы на обыкновенном черноземе составлял 30,1 т/га, при применении N44P52K36 – 43,2 т/га, при внесении одновременно удобрений и 12 т/га навоза – 45,7 т/га. При неоправданном увеличении доз удобрений под урожай, не обеспеченный КПД ФАР и совокупностью свойств почв, проявляется закон убывающей отдачи, по влиянию как на увеличение урожая, так и на улучшение свойств почв и качество продукции. На слабоокультуренных дерново-подзолистых почвах более выгодно выращивание трав и вико-овсяной смеси, на хорошо окультуренных – озимой пшеницы. Показано, что существенное влияние на энергетическую эффективность выращивания с.-х. культур оказали чередование культур, выбор оптимальных способов обработки, взаимосвязи между свойствами почв. Authors: E V Basalaeva;In the recent years, green economy has been actively studied in Russia and the world as a whole. It should be noted that there are no specific general picture of green economy, therefore it seems extremely necessary to fill this gap. Summarizing the materials on this topic, it is easy to notice that without discussing the essence of the green economy, all publications can be reduced to two directions. The first is the minimum interference with nature and the maximum reduction of the damage caused to the ecosystem of the planet. The second is the "carbon footprint", which is proposed to be monitored, as well as to introduce various measures limiting CO2 emissions into the atmosphere. The problem is that the solutions to the CO2 problem proposed today are not so obvious and unambiguous, because based on these solutons, the latter begins to contradict the former. As a solution, it is proposed not to limit emissions on the whole planet, but only to "redistribute" them through a quota system. Countries with an exceeding levels of the corresponding emissions are invited to buy quotas from those countries whose emissions are below a certain norm and continue to pollute the environment. The volatility of determining the values of the quotas themselves, as well as the subjective nature of their establishment, obviously does not contribute to reducing emissions, and these measures cannot be considered as measures towards building a real green economy. This article discusses the basic issues of green economy and the possibilities of its development in Russia and the world as a whole. В последнее время во всем мире и в России активно исследуется «зеленая экономика». Необходимо констатировать, что при этом не приведено конкретных очертаний «зеленой экономики». Представляется крайне необходимым заполнять этот пробел. Обобщая материалы на эту тему легко заметить, что, не обсуждая суть «зеленой экономики» все публикации можно свести к двум направлениям. Первое – это минимальное вмешательство в природу и максимальное снижение наносимого экосистеме планеты вреда. Второе – это «углеродный след», который предлагается отслеживать, а также вводить различные меры, ограничивающие выбросы СО2 в атмосферу. Проблема в том, что предлагаемые сегодня решения проблемы СО2 не столь очевидны и однозначны поскольку исходя из них, второе начинает противоречить первому. В качестве решения предлагается не в целом ограничение выбросов по всей планете, а лишь «перераспределение» через систему квотирования. Странам с превышением уровня соответствующих выбросов предлагается покупать квоты у тех стран, у которых выбросы ниже определенной нормы, и продолжать загрязнять среду. Волатильность определения значений самих квот, а также субъективный характер их установления, очевидно, не способствует снижению выбросов, и эти меры нельзя рассматривать как меры по построению настоящей «зеленой экономики». Настоящая статья посвящена базовым вопросам «зеленой экономики» и возможностями ее развития в мире в целом и в России в частности. В данном исследовании представлен обзор существующих методов и технологических разработок в области технологий транспортировки нефти и газа. Критический анализ связан с повышением энергосбережения, сокращением выбросов и изменением энергетической структуры. Исследование показывает необходимость дальнейшего повышения энергоэффективности, сокращение потребления энергии, воды, материалов и выбросов, а также необходимость обеспечения безопасности для обширной нефтегазовой сети.The technology of transportation and storage of oil and gas involves the study of ways to reduce energy consumption and carbon footprint through a supply chain linking all links – from the extraction and processing of oil and gas in oil and gas fields to the main pipelines of liquefied natural gas, storage facilities and terminals. This study provides an overview of existing methods and technological developments in the field of oil and gas transportation technologies. The critical analysis is related to increasing energy savings, reducing emissions and changing the energy structure. The study shows the need to further improve energy efficiency, reduce energy consumption, water, materials and emissions, as well as the need to ensure safety for an extensive oil and gas network.

In the European Union, concerns about disruptions in the supply of energy resources from Russia have intensified. In this article, the author examines the issue of the impact of mutual sanctions of the EU and Russia on the European energy sector in modern political reality. The study reflects the current degree of dependence of the European Union on Russian energy. The author outlines the positions of the heads of the EU member states regarding the imposition of energy sanctions against Russia prohibiting the import of energy resources, as well as the position of the Russian side on the introduction of counter-sanctions. Also, the article determines the actual changes in the EU energy sector in the form of rising energy prices and increased imports. Rethinking the EU's energy strategy will lead to long-term changes in the sector, including a reduction in energy dependence on Russia. В Европейском Союзе обострились опасения по поводу перебоев в поставках энергоресурсов из России. В данной статье автором рассмотрен вопрос влияния взаимных санкций ЕС и России на европейский энергетический сектор в современных политических реалиях. Отражена текущая степень зависимости Европейского Союза от российской энергетики. Обозначены позиции глав государств-членов Евросоюза в отношении введения энергетических санкций против России, запрещающих импорт энергоресурсов, а также позиция российской стороны по введению контрсанкций. Выявлены фактические перемены в энергетическом секторе ЕС в форме растущих цен на энергоносители и увеличения импорта. Переосмысление энергетической стратегии ЕС приведет к долгосрочным изменениям в секторе, в том числе к снижению энергозависимости от России.
