From the point of view of a systemic approach, an attempt is made to identify and classify the factors that can measure the contribution of higher education institutions to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals at the regional level. These factors are correlated with the corresponding tasks, as well as possible problems that are posed by the present unstable situation, and hinder sustainable development of the society. The research uses system-wide methods of analysis and synthesis, generalization and analogy. The analysis of the tasks and problems presented in the article allows us to identify and investigate the cause-effect relationships between the factors that determine the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals and the complexities that accompany this process, and also contributes to the holistic perception of the concept of sustainable development by university staff members and students. The results of the study can be used in event planning within the framework of implementing the strategies drawn up by universities in the context of the sustainable development paradigm.

The clinical indicators, clinical efficacy, level of pain and complication rate of the two groups were recorded and compared. Results Indicators such as the operation duration (38.64±14.42min), blood loss (30.42±8.21ml), length of stay (4.71±1.82 d), first anal exhaust (21.82±6.65min), drainage volume (72.02±4.21ml), length of incision and the time for the recovery of gastrointestinal functions in the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05). The clinical efficacy of the observation group (96.77%) was higher than that of the control group (80.65%), with statistical value =4.0260 (P<0.05). The level of pain of the observation group was lower than that of control group (P<0.05), while the complication rate in the observation group (3.22%) was also lower than that of the control group (22.58%) (P<0.05). Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is an effective treatment of gallstones complicated with gallbladder polyps, which can alleviate pain and improve the prognosis, and is thus worthy of promotion.

Wastewater of this industry is intensively polluted with easily decomposable organic substances, which can cause great damage to water bodies. Existing wastewater treatment technologies are extremely energy-consuming due to deficiencies in the analysis of the composition of liquid media, which can reveal an excess of maximum permissible concentrations of not more than ten percent of the total amount of normalized pollution. In the present paper, data on the existing wastewater discharge obtained by the laboratory method are presented, and the level of their pollution is estimated. Information about the developed Microbiological Treatment System and its ability to reduce pollutant concentrations is presented: for suspended solids by 17 times, for mass concentration of fats by 17 times, for BOD5 (biochemical oxygen demand) by 45 times, for COD (chemical oxygen demand) by 10 times, in artificially created storage ponds.
