Горнодобывающая промышленность России находится в процессе трансформации под влиянием перехода к низкоуглеродной экономике, которая содержит в себе, как возможности, так и угрозы для ее развития. На сегодняшний момент необходимы дополнительные исследования, позволяющие определились стратегии устойчивого развития горнодобывающей промышленности и ее перспективы в новых условиях функционирования. Целью исследования является выявление особенностей развития горнодобывающей промышленности в условиях перехода к низкоуглеродной экономике и нахождение стратегий ее дальнейшего устойчивого развития. Задачами исследования являются анализ текущего состояния горнодобывающей промышленности; определение влияния процесса перехода к низкоуглеродной экономике на горнодобывающую промышленность России; формирование сценариев развития горнодобывающей промышленности в условиях перехода к низкоуглеродной экономике. В качестве методов авторами были использованы компаративный анализ, статистический анализ, обобщение и сравнение, а также метод сценариев. Результатом исследования является перечень основных факторов, влияющих на развития российской горнодобывающей промышленности в условиях перехода к низкоуглеродной экономике и предложения по ее стратегическому развитию. Авторы делают вывод, что главным фактором является тенденция повышения спроса на возобновляемые источники энергии и предлагают сценарии развития горнодобывающей промышленности. The Russian mining industry is currently characterized by adaptation to the low-carbon economy principles, which contains both opportunities and threats for its development. Additional research is needed to determine the strategies for the sustainable development of the mining industry at the present moment and to reduce the negative impact of the global decarbonization policy. As a goal, the authors highlight the finding such special characteristics of the Russian mining sector that are in the conditions of transition to a low-carbon economy and finding strategies for its further sustainable development. The authors set the following tasks: to assess the Russian mining sector as an object of a low-carbon economy; to identify factors that have a strong influence on the transition to a low-carbon economy on the Russian mining industry; scenarios formation for the mining industry development in the conditions of transition to a low-carbon economy. The author used comparative analysis, statistical analysis, generalization and comparison as methods, as well as the scenario method. The result of the study is a list of the main factors affecting the Russian mining industry development in the context of the transition to a low-carbon economy and proposals for its strategic development. As a conclusion, the authors propose to identify the trend of increasing demand for renewable energy sources as the main reason for changes in the mining sector and propose scenarios for the mining industry development.

Цель работы – изучение теоретических основ управления финансовой устойчивостью, методов управления дебиторской задолженностью, и разработка мероприятий по управлению финансовой устойчивостью для выхода на международный рынок компании. Для реализации поставленной цели необходимо решить следующие задачи: - рассмотреть теоретические и методологические аспекты оценки финансовой устойчивости и дебиторской задолженности компании; - провести анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности компании; - дать характеристику экономической деятельности компании и описать организационную структуру; - осуществить анализ динамики дебиторской задолженности, ее оборачиваемость; - разработать рекомендации по совершенствованию системы управления дебиторской задолженностью. Объект исследования – Общество с ограниченной ответственностью «Строительный торговый дом «Петрович» (далее по тексту СТД Петрович), компания занимающаяся оптово-розничной торговлей строительных материалов. Предмет исследования – финансовая устойчивость, в частности состояние дебиторской задолженности компании на примере СТД Петрович. При выполнении настоящего исследования использовались методы финансового анализа: горизонтальный, сравнительный, метод коэффициентов. The purpose of the work is to study the theoretical foundations of financial stability management, methods of managing accounts receivable, and develop measures to manage financial stability to enter the international market of the company. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to solve the following tasks: - consider the theoretical and methodological aspects of assessing the financial stability and receivables of the company; - to analyze the financial and economic activities of the company; - characterize the economic activity of the company and describe the organizational structure; - to analyze the dynamics of accounts receivable, its turnover; - develop recommendations for improving the receivables management system. The object of the study is the Limited Liability Company “Construction Trading House “Petrovich” (hereinafter referred to as STD Petrovich), a company engaged in the wholesale and retail trade of building materials. The subject of the study is financial stability, in particular the state of the company's receivables on the example of STD Petrovich. When performing this study, the methods of financial analysis were used: horizontal, comparative, coefficient method.

Горнодобывающая промышленность является основой для развивающейся отечественной экономики. Однако для успешного функционирования всего хозяйства необходима развитая обрабатывающая промышленность. Все эти компоненты должны функционировать совместно и составлять единый экономический организм. Казахстан – территориально крупная страна, которая отличается многообразием полезных ископаемых, где каждый регион специализируется на определенных отраслях промышленности. В статье выполнен обзор горнодобывающей промышленности Павлодарской области. Исследованы и изучены положительные и отрицательные стороны функционирования крупных горнодобывающих предприятий и их влияния на окружающую среду. Для наглядности приведены таблицы и рисунки, что позволит более объективно оценить сложившуюся картину. The mining industry is the backbone of a growing domestic economy. However, for the successful functioning of the entire economy, a developed manufacturing industry is needed. All these components must function together and form a single economic organism. Kazakhstan is a geographically large country with a variety of minerals, where each region specializes in certain industries. The article provides an overview of the mining industry of the Pavlodar region. The positive and negative aspects of the functioning of large mining enterprises and their impact on the environment have been investigated and studied. For clarity, tables and figures are given, which will allow a more objective assessment of the current picture. Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Анализ маржинальной прибыли ТЭЦ (на примере Первомайской ТЭЦ ПАО «ТГК-1»)». Данная работа посвящена изучению особенностей формирования маржинального дохода ТЭЦ и комплексному анализу маржинального дохода с целью выявления возможностей его повышения. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Анализ энергетических предприятий и деятельности ТЭЦ на рынке. 2. Характеристика производственной деятельности Первомайской ТЭЦ и особенностей получения дохода на данном предприятии. 3. Разработка методологии расчета маржинального доходаТЭЦ-14 и комплексный анализ формирования маржинальной прибыли за выбранный период. 4. Разработка мероприятий по повышению уровня маржинального дохода на Первомайской ТЭЦ и оценка экономической эффективности проведенного мероприятия. Исследование проводилось на базе Первомайской ТЭЦ ПАО «ТГК-1». Для аналитической и расчетной части выпускной работы использовалась внутренняя отчетность компании и информация о внутренних процессах предприятия. Был проведен анализ производственной деятельности ТЭЦ-14 и структуры и динамики себестоимости энергии. Также была разработана методология для расчета маржинального дохода ТЭЦ с учетом количества и особенностей установок. По результатам детального анализа формирования маржинальной прибыли было принято решение о сокращении удельного расхода топлива до минимального за рассматриваемый период и использовании только газа в качестве топлива на котельной. Расчетная часть показала, что общая маржинальная прибыль вырастет на 18,9 %. Таким образом предложения по сокращению удельного расхода топлива и использование только газа в качестве топлива привело к значительным улучшениям показателей эффективности работы ТЭЦ-14. The topic of the final qualifying work: "Analysis of the marginal profit of the CHP (on the example of the Pervomaisk CHP of PJSC TGC-1)". This work is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the formation of the marginal income of the CHP and a comprehensive analysis of the marginal income to identify opportunities to increase it. Tasks that were solved during the study: 1. Analysis of energy enterprises and CHP activities in the market. 2. Characteristics of the production activity of Pervomaiskaya CHPP and the features of income generation at this enterprise. 3. Development of the methodology for calculating the marginal income of the SEC-14 and a comprehensive analysis of the formation of margin profit for the selected period. 4. Development of measures to increase the level of marginal income at Pervomaiskaya CHP and assessment of the economic efficiency of the event. The study was conducted based on Pervomaiskaya CHPP PJSC "TGC-1". For the analytical and calculation part of the final work, the company's internal reporting and information about the internal processes of the enterprise were used. The analysis of the production activity of CHP-14 and the structure and dynamics of the cost of energy was carried out. A methodology was also developed for calculating the marginal income of the CHP, considering the number and characteristics of the installations. Based on the results of a detailed analysis of the formation of margin profit, it was decided to reduce the specific fuel consumption to the minimum for the period under review and use only gas as fuel at the boiler house. The estimated part showed that the total margin profit will grow by 18.9 %. Thus, proposals to reduce specific fuel consumption and the use of only gas as fuel have led to significant improvements in the performance indicators of CHP-14.

Несколько лет назад о вопросах устойчивого развития и внедрении стандартов ESG говорили в основном банки и промышленные компании. В последнее время произошло изменение этой ситуации, и сейчас крупнейшие российские ритейлеры уделяют этому аспекту пристальное внимание. Розничная торговля - один из динамично развивающихся секторов российской экономики, превосходящий другие отрасли по темпам роста. На протяжении последних лет сектор розничной торговли в России продемонстрировал заметный рост, опередив западные, прежде всего европейские, страны. Relevance and goals. Stability of the world oil market is one of foundations for sustainable functioning of modern global economy, in which oil is the basic resource of production process not only for fuel, but also for many consumer goods. Accordingly, implementation of economic interests of various participating countries in this market leads to dominance in the world economy. The goal of the study is to identify the main trends in development of the world oil market in modern conditions and to determine economic interests of the main countries participating in the market. Materials and methods. Realization of the goal was achieved on the basis of study of statistical indicators of oil trade in the world market, comparative analysis of the activities of countries in exporting and importing oil. The research methodology is based on systematic approach. Results. The analysis of current state of the world oil market was carried out, the main exporters and importers of oil were identified, the share of oil in foreign trade of the main participating countries was determined and their influence on the state of the market was highlighted. Conclusions. The world oil market is unstable and is influenced by many factors: from the activities of individual states (the United States and China have a significant impact on both demand and supply of oil), oil organizations (OPEC sets oil production quotas for its participants and limits oil supply) to the coronavirus pandemic, which led to noticeable drop in demand and, consequently, lower prices in the market in 2020. Актуальность и цели. Стабильность мирового рынка нефти является одной из основ устойчивого функционирования современной глобальной экономики, в которой нефть – базовый ресурс производственного процесса не только для топлива, но и для многих потребительских товаров. Соответственно реализация экономических интересов различных стран-участниц на этом рынке приводит к доминированию в мировой экономике. Целью исследования является выявление основных тенденций развития мирового рынка нефти в современных условиях и определение экономических интересов основных стран-участниц рынка. Материалы и методы. Реализация поставленной цели была достигнута на основе изучения статистических показателей торговли нефтью на мировом рынке, сравнительного анализа деятельности стран по экспорту и импорту нефти. Методология исследования базируется на системном подходе. Результаты. Проведен анализ современного состояния мирового рынка нефти, выделены основных экспортеры и импортеры нефти, определена доля нефти во внешней торговле основных стран-участниц и выделено их влияние на состояние рынка. Выводы. Мировой рынок нефти является нестабильным и на него оказывают влияние множество факторов: от деятельности отдельных государств (США и Китай оказывающих заметное влияние как на спрос, так и на предложение нефти), нефтяных организаций (ОПЕК устанавливает квоты добычи нефти свои участникам и ограничивает предложение нефти) до пандемии коронавируса, которая привела к заметному падению спроса и соответственно снижению цен на рынке в 2020 г. The oil refining industry in modern conditions has faced significant changes caused by the global energy crisis and the unstable state of the world economy as a whole. Constant volatility and the presence of exogenous shocks in the development of the world oil market lead to unpredictable consequences and make it difficult to predict structural changes in oil refining, its investment needs and assess the prospects for the development of world oil product markets. This article attempts to establish the relationship between development trends in the global oil market and the development potential of global oil refining. The article pays attention to some aspects of the energy policy of the countries of the world, assessing the dynamics of profitability in oil refining, and analyzing the deficit state of the oil product markets. As a result of the study, we have proposed probable scenarios for the development of global oil refining, including taking into account the measures taken by individual countries to regulate the industry. Отрасль нефтепереработки в современных условиях столкнулась со значительными изменениями, обусловленными глобальным энергетическим кризисом и нестабильным состоянием мировой экономики в целом. Постоянная волатильность и наличие экзогенных шоков в развитии мирового рынка нефти приводят к непредсказуемым последствиям и затрудняют прогнозирование структурных изменений в нефтепереработке, ее потребностей в инвестициях и оценку перспектив развития мировых рынков нефтепродуктов. В настоящей статье предпринята попытка установить взаимосвязи между тенденциями развития мирового рынка нефти и потенциалом развития глобальной нефтепереработки. В статье уделено внимание некоторым аспектам энергетической политики стран мира, оценке динамики рентабельности в нефтепереработке, анализу дефицитного состояния рынков нефтепродуктов. В результате исследования нами предложены вероятные сценарии развития мировой нефтепереработки, в том числе с учетом предпринимаемых отдельными странами мер по государственному регулированию отрасли. Объект исследования – сотрудничество России и Китая. Предмет исследования – значение энергетического сотрудничества России и Китая для ШОС. Цель работы - показать влияние энергетического сотрудничества стран и их развитие в рамках ШОС. Методы и методология исследования - статистический, сравнительный, эмпирический метод (сбор, рассмотрение и анализ статистических данных), литературного анализа. В процессе работы изучались следующие источники информации: статистические данные, представленные на интернет-порталах статистического бюро России и Китая, а также статьи, касающиеся энергетической сферы и развития энергетического сотрудничества России и Китая в рамках ШОС. В результате исследования был рассмотрен опыт сотрудничества в сфере энергетики России и Китая, который в последствии оказала значительное воздействие на социально-экономическое развитие. Эффективность разработок определяется анализом актуальной статистической информации, использованием первоисточников на русском, японском и английском языках, возможностью применения полученных результатов проведённого исследования в учебных целях в рамках программы на направлении «Зарубежное регионоведение». The object of the research is cooperation between Russia and China. The subject of the research is the importance of energy cooperation between Russia and China for the SCO. The purpose of the work is to show the impact of energy cooperation between countries and their development within the SCO. Research methods and methodology - statistical, comparative, empirical method (collection, consideration, and analysis of statistical data), literary analysis. In the course of the work, the following sources of information were studied: statistical data presented on the Internet portals of the statistical bureaus of Russia and China, as well as articles related to the energy sector and the development of energy cooperation between Russia and China within the SCO. As a result of the study, the experience of cooperation in the energy sector of Russia and China was considered, which subsequently had a significant impact on socio-economic development. The effectiveness of developments is determined by the analysis of relevant statistical information, the use of primary sources in Russian, Chinese and English, the possibility of using the results of the study for educational purposes within the framework of the program in the direction of "Foreign Regional Studies".
