A study was carried out and relevant conclusions were presented on how the pandemic affected the hotel business in Europe and Russia. The authors examined and analyzed in detail the indicators of forecasts in the sphere of the Russian hotel business, particularly in the regions. The authors paid special attention to the study of open public spaces and conducted a detailed analysis, which made it possible to identify the opportunities for the development of the hotel business. In the article the main trends of a pandemic and post-pandemic are studied – the need to reinforce sanitary measures. The research focuses on identifying the features of the economic state of the regions during the pandemic. The authors developed and substantiated the areas that are relevant, useful and applicable for the hotel business; revealed the features of the process of restoration of the hotel business. Special attention is paid to the study of state support measures; the features of their further actualization for the development of the tourism industry are presented. The authors have proposed the ways to overcome the crisis, contributing to a slow, but accurate and safe recovery of the hotel business and an increase in demand.

The necessity of applying an integrated approach to the solution of industrial and social problems of the agricultural sector of the country is proved and reasoned.

In addition to the sluggish economy, the COVID-19 health protocol rules require that only 50 percent of passengers can be transported for public transportation. This study tries to identify the use of public transportation and the factors that influence this use during the adaptation period for the new habits of the COVID-19 pandemic. Data on the frequency of using public transportation before and during the pandemic was processed with the index formula. Before the pandemic period, using public transportation was often, with an index value of 60.8%. During the pandemic period, 10.1% of respondents did not do activities outside the home. Respondents who moved outside their homes (89.9%) used private vehicles (88.3%) and 11.7% public transportation for their trips. The type of public transportation often used is online transportation (motorbike and car) by 62.1%. The frequency of use of public transportation is rare (44.9%) and very rarely (40.8%); the rest are often (9.7%) and very often (4.5%). This value will produce an index value of 44.5% with a sparse interval interpretation. A hypothesis test was conducted between the respondent's characteristics (gender, age, occupation, and vehicle ownership) and the frequency of using public transportation. The result shows that the factor influencing the frequency of using public transportation is the respondent's occupation.

This study tries to identify the use of public transportation and the factors that influence this use during the adaptation period for the new habits of the COVID-19 pandemic. Data on the frequency of using public transportation before and during the pandemic was processed with the index formula. Before the pandemic period, using public transportation was often, with an index value of 60.8%. During the pandemic period, 10.1% of respondents did not do activities outside the home. Respondents who moved outside their homes (89.9%) used private vehicles (88.3%) and 11.7% public transportation for their trips. The type of public transportation often used is online transportation (motorbike and car) by 62.1%. The frequency of use of public transportation is rare (44.9%) and very rarely (40.8%); the rest are often (9.7%) and very often (4.5%). This value will produce an index value of 44.5% with a sparse interval interpretation. A hypothesis test was conducted between the respondent's characteristics (gender, age, occupation, and vehicle ownership) and the frequency of using public transportation. The result shows that the factor influencing the frequency of using public transportation is the respondent's occupation.

This paper mainly includes BMPV system capacity determination, 24 hours ahead of energy usage and PV generation forecasting, and day-ahead optimal strategy development. Firstly, based on collected history energy demands, weather data, and building information, the install capacity of PV is defined by roof area. Furthermore, the battery capacity is constructed by China's latest photovoltaic energy storage capacity standard. Secondly, the ensemble learning model is established using a time-series algorithm and Long Short-term memory (LSTM) to predict day-ahead energy consumption. Moreover, an interval prediction method is used to forecast the PV generation for the next 24 hours. Finally, the accurate energy consumption prediction and PV generation interval are introduced to establish the BMPV system scheduling strategy. The day-ahead optimization scheduling strategy was developed based on Mixed integer linear programming (MILP), targeting minimal economic cost. As a result of the optimization process, the proposed strategy could save 4.8% in economic costs and reduce the peak load of the main grid effectively. Moreover, it can effectively optimize the energy consumption structure of buildings or even distributed energy systems and can provide feasibility to achieve net-zero energy consumption without sacrificing any comfort of occupancy.

Saleh Lahade's ideas were based on the physical environment and severe human settlement were damaged, the stagnation of the economy and the occurrence of stagnation in social life as a result of prolonged armed conflict. The concepts offered are based on falsafah and local wisdom that has long been developed, such as the spirit to act when finding something that is broken, the spirit of never giving up, the spirit of honesty, the spirit of independence (to maradeka), and the spirit of building harmony in people's lives. To develop his ideas M. Saleh Lahade used the concept of cluster units. Through this approach, rural service units are built in one mini cluster to create effectiveness and efficiency in public services. In addition, it also encourages the creation of a better physical and social environment, a more secure public health, and faster economic wheels.

The test results showed good values of the correlation coefficient (0,96) and the standard deviation (0,4 and 3,5). The range of the content of aromatic hydrocarbons in the test samples is in the range of 24,9 - 30,5 mass %.

A study was carried out and relevant conclusions were presented on how the pandemic affected the hotel business in Europe and Russia. The authors examined and analyzed in detail the indicators of forecasts in the sphere of the Russian hotel business, particularly in the regions. The authors paid special attention to the study of open public spaces and conducted a detailed analysis, which made it possible to identify the opportunities for the development of the hotel business. In the article the main trends of a pandemic and post-pandemic are studied – the need to reinforce sanitary measures. The research focuses on identifying the features of the economic state of the regions during the pandemic. The authors developed and substantiated the areas that are relevant, useful and applicable for the hotel business; revealed the features of the process of restoration of the hotel business. Special attention is paid to the study of state support measures; the features of their further actualization for the development of the tourism industry are presented. The authors have proposed the ways to overcome the crisis, contributing to a slow, but accurate and safe recovery of the hotel business and an increase in demand.

In the article the main trends of a pandemic and post-pandemic are studied – the need to reinforce sanitary measures. The research focuses on identifying the features of the economic state of the regions during the pandemic. The authors developed and substantiated the areas that are relevant, useful and applicable for the hotel business; revealed the features of the process of restoration of the hotel business. Special attention is paid to the study of state support measures; the features of their further actualization for the development of the tourism industry are presented. The authors have proposed the ways to overcome the crisis, contributing to a slow, but accurate and safe recovery of the hotel business and an increase in demand.

In addition to the sluggish economy, the COVID-19 health protocol rules require that only 50 percent of passengers can be transported for public transportation. This study tries to identify the use of public transportation and the factors that influence this use during the adaptation period for the new habits of the COVID-19 pandemic. Data on the frequency of using public transportation before and during the pandemic was processed with the index formula. Before the pandemic period, using public transportation was often, with an index value of 60.8%. During the pandemic period, 10.1% of respondents did not do activities outside the home. Respondents who moved outside their homes (89.9%) used private vehicles (88.3%) and 11.7% public transportation for their trips. The type of public transportation often used is online transportation (motorbike and car) by 62.1%. The frequency of use of public transportation is rare (44.9%) and very rarely (40.8%); the rest are often (9.7%) and very often (4.5%). This value will produce an index value of 44.5% with a sparse interval interpretation. A hypothesis test was conducted between the respondent's characteristics (gender, age, occupation, and vehicle ownership) and the frequency of using public transportation. The result shows that the factor influencing the frequency of using public transportation is the respondent's occupation.

One of the most popular DER systems is the Building mount photovoltaic (BMPV) system. In this paper, a large office building is taken as a case study to develop an optimal day-ahead strategy for the BMPV system considering 24 hours ahead of energy consumption and PV generation uncertainty. This paper mainly includes BMPV system capacity determination, 24 hours ahead of energy usage and PV generation forecasting, and day-ahead optimal strategy development. Firstly, based on collected history energy demands, weather data, and building information, the install capacity of PV is defined by roof area. Furthermore, the battery capacity is constructed by China's latest photovoltaic energy storage capacity standard. Secondly, the ensemble learning model is established using a time-series algorithm and Long Short-term memory (LSTM) to predict day-ahead energy consumption. Moreover, an interval prediction method is used to forecast the PV generation for the next 24 hours. Finally, the accurate energy consumption prediction and PV generation interval are introduced to establish the BMPV system scheduling strategy. The day-ahead optimization scheduling strategy was developed based on Mixed integer linear programming (MILP), targeting minimal economic cost. As a result of the optimization process, the proposed strategy could save 4.8% in economic costs and reduce the peak load of the main grid effectively. Moreover, it can effectively optimize the energy consumption structure of buildings or even distributed energy systems and can provide feasibility to achieve net-zero energy consumption without sacrificing any comfort of occupancy.

One of the most popular DER systems is the Building mount photovoltaic (BMPV) system. In this paper, a large office building is taken as a case study to develop an optimal day-ahead strategy for the BMPV system considering 24 hours ahead of energy consumption and PV generation uncertainty. This paper mainly includes BMPV system capacity determination, 24 hours ahead of energy usage and PV generation forecasting, and day-ahead optimal strategy development. Firstly, based on collected history energy demands, weather data, and building information, the install capacity of PV is defined by roof area. Furthermore, the battery capacity is constructed by China's latest photovoltaic energy storage capacity standard. Secondly, the ensemble learning model is established using a time-series algorithm and Long Short-term memory (LSTM) to predict day-ahead energy consumption. Saleh Lahade's ideas were based on the physical environment and severe human settlement were damaged, the stagnation of the economy and the occurrence of stagnation in social life as a result of prolonged armed conflict. The concepts offered are based on falsafah and local wisdom that has long been developed, such as the spirit to act when finding something that is broken, the spirit of never giving up, the spirit of honesty, the spirit of independence (to maradeka), and the spirit of building harmony in people's lives. To develop his ideas M. Saleh Lahade used the concept of cluster units. Through this approach, rural service units are built in one mini cluster to create effectiveness and efficiency in public services. In addition, it also encourages the creation of a better physical and social environment, a more secure public health, and faster economic wheels.

The calculated equation was tested on a series of regular gasolines and by the cross-validation method. The test results showed good values of the correlation coefficient (0,96) and the standard deviation (0,4 and 3,5). The range of the content of aromatic hydrocarbons in the test samples is in the range of 24,9 - 30,5 mass %.
