Abstract

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Разработка технологического подхода к снижению негативного экологического воздействия угольных генерирующих мощностей». Данная работа посвящена исследованию мер по увеличению экологической эффективности угольных объектов генерации на примере Новочеркасской ГРЭС. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. ​Выявление ключевых правовых и нормативных требований по экологическим показателям генерирующих мощностей на современном этапе. 2.​ Оценка технико-экономических показателей Новочеркасской ГРЭС и показателей экономической и экологической эффективности. 3. ​Исследование подходов к повышению экологической эффективности угольных электрических станций. 4. ​Анализ перспектив конкурсного отбора Новочеркасской ГРЭС в программе ДПМ-2 с целью обновления основных фондов. 5. ​Разработка комплексного подхода по повышению экологической эффективности Новочеркасской ГРЭС. Исследование производилось на основе оценки динамики технико-экономических и экологических показателей. В результате была создана финансовая модель для оценки экономической эффективности проекта модернизации, что подтвердила хорошую окупаемость проекта. Также проведен анализ экологической ситуации и разработан подход к снижению негативного экологического воздействия с оценкой капитальных затрат.

Topic of the graduate qualification work: "Development of technological approach to reducing the negative environmental impact of coal-fired generating facilities". This work is devoted to the study of measures to increase the environmental efficiency of coal-fired generating facilities on the example of Novocherkasskaya SDPP. The tasks that were solved in the course of the study are: 1. Identification of key legal and regulatory requirements for environmental performance of generating facilities at the present stage. 2. Assessment of technical and economic indicators of Novocherkasskaya SDPP and indicators of economic and environmental efficiency in terms of performance indicators. 3. Study of approaches to improving the environmental efficiency of coal-fired power plants. 4. Analysis of Novocherkasskaya SDPP competitive selection prospects in DPM-2 program with the purpose of fixed assets renewal. 5. Development of comprehensive approach to improve environmental efficiency of NovocherkasskayaGRES. The study was carried out on the basis of assessing the dynamics of technical, economic and environmental indicators. As a result, a financial model was created to assess the economic efficiency of the modernization project, which confirmed a good payback period of the project. Also, the analysis of the environmental situation was carried out and the approach to the reduction of the negative environmental impact with the assessment of capital costs was developed.
