Разработка Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑкого Ð¿Ð¾Ð´Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð° к Ñнижению негативного ÑкологичеÑкого воздейÑÑ‚Ð²Ð¸Ñ ÑƒÐ³Ð¾Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ð³ÐµÐ½ÐµÑ€Ð¸Ñ€ÑƒÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ Ð¼Ð¾Ñ‰Ð½Ð¾Ñтей
Тема выпуÑкной квалификационной работы: «Разработка технологичеÑкого подхода к Ñнижению негативного ÑкологичеÑкого воздейÑÑ‚Ð²Ð¸Ñ ÑƒÐ³Ð¾Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ… генерирующих мощноÑтей». Ð”Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð°Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ð°Â Ð¿Ð¾ÑвÑщена иÑÑледованию мер по увеличению ÑкологичеÑкой ÑффективноÑти угольных объектов генерации на примере ÐовочеркаÑÑкой ГРÐС. Задачи, которые решалиÑÑŒ в ходе иÑÑледованиÑ: 1. ​ВыÑвление ключевых правовых и нормативных требований по ÑкологичеÑким показателÑм генерирующих мощноÑтей на Ñовременном Ñтапе. 2.​ Оценка технико-ÑкономичеÑких показателей ÐовочеркаÑÑкой ГРÐС и показателей ÑкономичеÑкой и ÑкологичеÑкой ÑффективноÑти. 3. ​ИÑÑледование подходов к повышению ÑкологичеÑкой ÑффективноÑти угольных ÑлектричеÑких Ñтанций. 4. ​Ðнализ перÑпектив конкурÑного отбора ÐовочеркаÑÑкой ГРÐС в программе ДПМ-2 Ñ Ñ†ÐµÐ»ÑŒÑŽ Ð¾Ð±Ð½Ð¾Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¾Ñновных фондов. 5. ​Разработка комплекÑного подхода по повышению ÑкологичеÑкой ÑффективноÑти ÐовочеркаÑÑкой ГРÐС. ИÑÑледование производилоÑь на оÑнове оценки динамики технико-ÑкономичеÑких и ÑкологичеÑких показателей. Ð’ результате была Ñоздана финанÑÐ¾Ð²Ð°Ñ Ð¼Ð¾Ð´ÐµÐ»ÑŒ Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð¾Ñ†ÐµÐ½ÐºÐ¸Â ÑкономичеÑкой ÑффективноÑти проекта модернизации, что подтвердила хорошую окупаемоÑть проекта. Также проведен анализ ÑкологичеÑкой Ñитуации и разработан подход к Ñнижению негативного ÑкологичеÑкого воздейÑтвиÑÂ Ñ Ð¾Ñ†ÐµÐ½ÐºÐ¾Ð¹Â ÐºÐ°Ð¿Ð¸Ñ‚Ð°Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ… затрат.
Topic of the graduate qualification work: "Development of technological approach to reducing the negative environmental impact of coal-fired generating facilities". This work is devoted to the study of measures to increase the environmental efficiency of coal-fired generating facilities on the example of Novocherkasskaya SDPP. The tasks that were solved in the course of the study are: 1. Identification of key legal and regulatory requirements for environmental performance of generating facilities at the present stage. 2. Assessment of technical and economic indicators of Novocherkasskaya SDPP and indicators of economic and environmental efficiency in terms of performance indicators. 3. Study of approaches to improving the environmental efficiency of coal-fired power plants. 4. Analysis of Novocherkasskaya SDPP competitive selection prospects in DPM-2 program with the purpose of fixed assets renewal. 5. Development of comprehensive approach to improve environmental efficiency of NovocherkasskayaGRES. The study was carried out on the basis of assessing the dynamics of technical, economic and environmental indicators. As a result, a financial model was created to assess the economic efficiency of the modernization project, which confirmed a good payback period of the project. Also, the analysis of the environmental situation was carried out and the approach to the reduction of the negative environmental impact with the assessment of capital costs was developed.
