Strategii de afaceri aplicate în vederea creșterii sustenabilității
In this paper we analyzed the essence and content of a business strategy applied in the field of tourism in order to increase the sustainability of companies in this field. Thus, in order to achieve competitiveness, world leaders develop competitive business strategies and apply them with particular attention in order to increase it but also to maintain a leading position on the market. Thus, the business strategy is a core of sustainability, of sustainability in the business field and must be applied with special attention but also always adapted to the changes in the market. The research methodology focused on the use of several research methods such as: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, abduction, qualitative research. In conclusion, we note that business strategies in the field of tourism contribute beneficially to companies in order to ensure sustainable sustainability, but also to identify certain opportunities and threats that may appear on the market and that can be exploited by companies.
