The refrigerant R22 has great damage to the ozone layer. R404A is currently the mainstream environmentally friendly refrigerant approved and recommended by most countries in the world, and has zero damage to the ozone layer. Based on this, the performance of heat exchangers of R22 and R404A with different inlet qualities with the circuit number were simulated and compared by EVAP-COND software. The results show that the capacity of the evaporator with R404A was greater than that with R22. Moreover, the difference in the capacity of the evaporator with R410A and R22 drops first, and then it rises. The flow path with the number of circuits 2 had the largest heat exchange rate. The heat exchange rates of R22 and R404A are 4.40kW and 4.50kW, respectively. The heat exchange amount of R404A was larger than that of R22, and the difference in heat exchange amount decreases first and then increases with the increase of branches, and the maximum difference was 4.41%. R404A can be used as a substitute for R22 and had a higher heat exchange rate. It is more environmentally friendly and saves energy.

In recent years, the concept of sponge city has been applied in different places. There are also many experts on sponge cities who believe that to build a sponge city in the city, we need to improve and optimize the rainwater system. In this way, we can better explore the way to plan and design the stormwater system when conducting the construction of the sponge city. This paper will also analyze and study the characteristics and functions of rainwater system planning in the construction of sponge city, and also point out the difficulties of the city in the construction of sponge city. Nowadays, the city must make clear its optimization direction, methods and principles in the transformation of rainwater system, and the optimization and transformation of rainwater system can also improve the construction progress of sponge city faster. The optimization and application of rainwater system can lay a solid foundation for the construction of sponge city.

The object of the study is the water supply and sanitation system of an industrial enterprise. Currently, many enterprises do not use the treated industrial waste water in the water supply cycle. Therefore, the use of treated wastewater is of practical importance. The scheme of thermal treatment of waste water for obtaining pure condensate by evaporation is proposed. The main results of the study are the technical solution for the development of the enterprise's wastewater treatment complex. Pure condensate is obtained in an instant boiling evaporator. The research method is based on the calculation of energy costs in wastewater treatment for different types of waste water. The results of the study allow us to determine the optimal set of energy equipment for obtaining pure condensate and its further use. The specific practical significance lies in the development of a technical solution that helps the treatment of wastewater and the reduction of emissions into the water basin.

In recent years, with the rapid development of the rural economy, while the living standards of rural residents have been greatly improved, the environmental conditions in the rural areas are not optimistic, and water pollution is one of the most important ones. Therefore, in order to improve the rural ecological environment and promote the task of water pollution control, Shandong Province has issued “the Governance Action Plan of black and odor water in rural areas of Shandong Province”. This article mainly uses “ the Action Plan” as a guide to analyze the current situation of rural black water bodies in Shandong Province and the current problems and related countermeasures, and follow the “comprehensiveness, applicability, economy, long-term effectiveness and safety. According to the black and odorous water problems caused by natural, technological and human factors, we will adopt comprehensive methods such as water purification, dredging, source control and pollution interception[1]to promote the treatment of black and odorous water bodies in rural areas, solve outstanding water environment problems in rural areas, and speed up construction of beautiful and livable countryside.

After the carbon neutral target is proposed, China’s new energy will usher in a leapfrog development, and its volatility and randomness put forward higher requirements for the flexibility of the power system. Energy storage has strong flexible adjustment capabilities. With the continuous improvement of technology and economy in recent years, it has been promoted and applied in all aspects of the power system, and its value in improving system flexibility is gradually reflected. This paper satisfy the power balance system and new energy given perspective, aiming at the lowest cost of power supply, regional energy storage size optimization model is put forward, with a actual regional power grid as an example, has carried out empirical research, quantitative analysis of correlation between the development of new energy and energy storage scale and verify the model is scientific and accurate.

The paper represents the analysis, which has helped to establish the usage of gas hydrate technologies in the methane conversion. This gas could be obtained in different ways. Possibilities and sources for the gas obtaining have been demonstrated. Use of other environmentally friendly sources to support operation in such systems in terms of joint energy complex has been considered. The necessary kinetic connections to provide operational sustainability of all the constituents have been given. The approach helps evaluate quantitatively the priority of its physicochemical transformations to obtain gas hydrates artificially. It is possible to transport methane at considerable distances when it is solidified. Actually, in this case there is no necessity to build costly compressor stations and pipelines for its transportation to consumers. The approach is extremely important for mining regions as it helps prolong the operating period and working out of the abandoned and off-balance coal reserves. In this case, it is proposed to apply special gasification technologies tending to maximum methane recovery. The proposed solutions give the possibility to define the trends of our further research. They will be highlighted in the following authors’ studies.

In South Korea, the evaluation criteria for the shading devices installation are defined by regulations, but the standards of design methods are not clearly established. The installation of shading device is used to solar control in building. It has become mandatory for some public buildings due to revised regulations. Generally this device mean is horizontal shading at upper window. Therefore, a design of horizontal shading device which takes into account the energy consumption of the building is required, and indoor environmental problems which may occur due to the installation of them should also be taken into consideration. This research studied to propose a design which takes into account the energy consumption which may occur if the horizontal shading device is installed, and suggest an improved design method of horizontal shading devices on the basis of the analysis of the problems that may occur when they are installed. Consequently, it was confirmed that as the length of the horizontal shading device becomes longer, the incoming daylight is reduced and the indoor intensity of illumination becomes lower, and thus, more lighting energy may be consumed in a room where the shading device is installed than in the one where it is not. Therefore, annual energy consumption was calculated by applying the lighting control and it was found that the total energy consumption decreased as a result of the reduction in energy consumption for air conditioning and fans and further decrease in lighting energy consumption.

The coal mining enterprise is a high-tech complex, which at the same time exerts all kinds of negative impact on the environment (emissions of pollutants into the air, wastewater discharges, production and consumer waste disposal). To improve environmental safety, it is necessary to study the local environmental and economic system and its main elements in order to improve managerial efficiency. The known approaches to the definition and the features of local environmental and economic system functioning are analyzed in the article. The directions for improving the efficiency of local eco-economic “industrial enterprise-environment” system management were developed on the basis of the synthesis of the study of theoretical developments of domestic and foreign researchers and the analysis of factual data. The work done is of practical importance for large industrial enterprises that exerts a diversified negative impact on the environment for preparing to the efficient sustainable managerial decisionmaking.
